I am so happy to drive this car! It is a fantastic upgrade for our family of three kids. Mike even made the customization to include the third row seating. It's well kept, and I haven't had any problems. Tons of storage. I found the purchasing process very simple. He was speedy and honest. I would defiantly recommend Galaxy.

These guys stand behind their word. I purchased an '05 Chevy Silverado which ended up needing 2 new catalytic converters. Not only did they replace both catalytic converters, but also traced the source of a wiring issue I hadn't noticed. Their cars are guaranteed to pass MD inspection, which is difficult so give them credit. It's a small business, so call ahead before you visit. Do your research, inspect the car you want and you'll get a quality vehicle.

The place is a dump, from its broken windows to its crappy buildings. I've never had worse customer service in my life and I'm not one to complain. They first told me I couldn't test drive because it was raining and it's not safe. Weird, but I came back the next day. He kept asking me if my husband was with me. The car needed a jump and when I informed him the transmission fluid was dark brown (it's supposed to be pink) he yelled at me. He told me that he is a mechanic and I am not and Im wasting his time. He yelled at me that woman should not be allowed to drive and to get off his property. (They are Arabs) I wouldn't have believed it if I wasn't there. Do not go here!

My family and I have purchased several vehicle from this company over the past 13 years. I have had a vehicle returned to there for repairs and was quite pleased with the process and speedy return of my vehicle. I do appreciate doing business with these kind of guys and will continue considering them honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Called due to website stating in house financing, told they do not finance. Disappointing but is what it is. They do seem to have good prices on used trucks, but you have to have great credit or loads of cash to purchase from this dealer. I guess it pays to lure potential buyers in with an outdated website.

I purchased a vehicle from Galaxy Auto. It was MD Inspected and came with a 30 day warranty. After driving the vehicle for 9 days, I began to notice a mechanical problem. I called immediately and without any hesitation I was told to bring my car back for repair. I must admit, my car was fixed and ready for me to pick up by 5pm the same day. I haven't had any problem since and trust that they stand behind their vehicles and service. Thanks Galaxy!

I would like to tell EVERYONE looking at coming here to NOT GO HERE! I was sold a car that was in a flood and had major flood damage. Two months after I purchased this car my husband had to spend 4,000.00 on a new engine. I was also promised a few other things that would be fixed like o2 sensor , etc. Which when brought to the lot I was laughed at. There are no lemon laws in Maryland and these people obviously knew that. Now it won't pass emissions and we were told that it would be another 1600.00 to fix the 6 or 7 other problems it has. I dont have it now but Ill post a copy of the emissions review and the reasons why it failed. I had just been involved in a head on collision last september and I was obviously easy pickins to take advantage of someone! Me and my husband were ROBBED and like I said we wouldve gone to court but there are no laws to protect people from situations as this.

Pleasant, cooperative, helpful and accommodating. Stopped in with our teenage son, who was interested in buying his own vehicle. He had no credit experience and Galaxy was able to help him out with their in house financing.

I bought my 2014 jeep patriot from here. It s my first car and i m in love. Customer service was amazing.. couldn t ask for anything better. Definitely would recommend galaxy auto!!

I just bought a Chevy Tahoe back on 12/28/19 when I looked it over everything seemed good until I got it home,Mike the salesman seemed like a very honest person,well he never told me there was no spare tire the horn didn't work and it had a exhaust leak,he knew all this at time of sale,well he got me a tire and split the difference on the repairs,how do you have knowledge of this and sell me a vehicle for 13,000 dollars,well I thought that was it because I just spent the kinda money I did,well two days ago the water pump start leaking under warranty I'm thinking I'm covered this guy told me that is not covered because leait is not part of the motor know I'm like lawyer time
