Laura Saenz was extremely pleasant to work with during my experience at Car Corporation. Laura was knowledgeable about the Charger I was interested in and was able to answer all my questions and then some! She provided quality service and was not pushy one bit. I HIGHLY recommend asking for her if you re looking for a genuine purchasing experience. Thank you, Laura I love my new Charger! Ask for her if you want to be treated like a queen!

JUST WANTED TO SHARE THIS SO THAT BUYERS ARE AWARE BECAUSE THIS DEALER DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF ME AS A CLIENT!Careful with this dealer - I bought a ford fusion hybrid and after they told me that I shouldn't worry because they were going to take care of anything that could be wrong, mechanically speaking, I purchased my car and before I hit 3K miles, the car started acting up. It was/is making a loud noise in the cabin, so I called the dealer, and struggled to get them to look into it. After a couple calls and speaking to different people, finally got in contact with the manager and he told me to drop the car off. After few days they told me that they "fixed the issue" which they didn't because on my way back home, it started making the same noise and the dealer manager pretty much lied to me, telling me that they fixed the issue which they never did..... I suspect they kept the car several days (very inconvenient) and never checked anything.Now I am being told by several other mechanics that the issue is the transmission!! Now I have this vehicle with a loan and have to deal with a transmission issue.There were other smaller issues as far as communication and misleading pictures from this place, but the major issue for me is that I now have a bigger problem than not having a car - I have a broken car with a high interest loan. Hope this helps people who are looking for a used car dealership.

Best experience I ever had with my Salesmen being Candy Shaver. She went above and beyond to ensure I get my dream car I wanted. Very professional and pleasant to speak with. If you need a great car with reasonable prices and low mileage definitely check this place out. I will certainly come back for my next car in the future. I'm very happy with my car,and cannot stop smiling.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Raquel and Car Corp. As soon as I entered the showroom I was impressed by how clean the facilities were and how friendly the staff was. I was introduced to Raquel who was very patient with me as I had many questions. So many of the dealerships I visited prior had vehicles that looked nothing like the pictures. They had a great selection and the vehicles were in great condition. I had already had my trade in appraised twice and Car Corp gave me 1000 dollars more than my best offer. Thank you to Raquel and Car Corp for a terrific buying experience!!

WOWWWW ! I have to say I am blown away by the level of customer service at this facility. They had a car that I wanted for a long time in perfect condition with only 60k miles on it and had it ready for me that same day. Personally want to thank the representative Candy for her endless support and friendliness, she even filled up my tank on her own dime. It seriously doesn t get better than this. Thank you again Car Corporation

I am very big on customer service and feeling welcomed when I walk into a dealership. From beginning to end this dealership was amazing!!! Friendly no pressure atmosphere. Our sales person Mo was a pleasure to work with!!! She was friendly and made us feel great about our purchase. She was honest and open. We never felt like she was just trying to sell us anything. I knew what I wanted and in a couple of hours (thanks to our fantastic finance person)we were out the door. We will be back.

Luv Raquel, she is so awesome. Right away my son became best friends with her. She was so friendly and helpful. She was on it with any questions or concerns without any hesitations. She made buying the car so perfect I appreciate her and the staff. We love the new car. Recommend if you are looking to buy a car, see Raquel and the team you will not be disappointed.

I had excellent experience with Morelia Mo and Brent as well .I purchased the 2014 es 350 Lexus. Staff was friendly and straightforward. I recommend giving them a look if your looking for nice ride .

My hubby and I are very happy with our experience at Car Corp in Millersville. The website is transparent about the vehicle selection with the car fax reports. Bridgette helped us as we tried to find the right car for our son. Brent was very detailed in going over the financing and mechanical break down options. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this dealership!!! Best car buying experience I have had yet!! Raquel is absolutely amazing there!!! She knows exactly what she is doing and makes sure the customer is completely happy!!!The owner is very down to earth and stood and talked to us while we waited for paperwork to be finished.If you are looking to buy a good car go see Raquel!!!

Please thank the sales staff, and the detail crew for stay late, tending to my requests and helping me return my rental car.I am typically some one who drives the wheels off a car, so odds are I ll likely not see you again, but If someone asks I ll definitely refer them to you should the be inclined to go out to Baltimore.Hope you are having a good day, and thanks for being so accommodating.

Look no further than this place for your next car! From the time we walked in, Raquel greeted us with a huge smile! No pressure at all! Such a wonderful experience that they don t hassle you. I've never written a Google review before, but I just had to share my experience with anyone considering working with the Car Corp Team. For starters, I want to point out that the team members who worked with me across the three separate visits I made before moving forward on my car purchase were nothing short of an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I personally had the opportunity to work with Raquel who I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to get their next vehicle. She was very well versed on the inventory, and she really took that extra step to make sure that I was informed on the options presented to me. Jamie was phenomenal as well, the team very clearly takes pride in their work, and I personally felt that the atmosphere was so casual and sociable but professional at the same time. Another part of the experience that made my visit worth sharing was the trade in process. John & Jamie were fair in the assessment and final proposition, which is really what mattered to me. We discussed other appraisal values on the table, all the while, Raquel fought for me and got me the the absolute MOST value for my trade in. That, combined with the stellar APR proposal Bernard lined up for the Honda Civic just made the process an absolute slam dunk in my book. The team at Car Corp of MD is doing something very differently from other auto dealers in the industry; From the team members working together to make their customers happy, to the businesses leadership going above what is required or standard to make sure you feel secure and confident in your purchase, I can say without a doubt that if you're looking at options for your next car, Car Corporation of MD is a must visit. I found that the weekdays were the best time to come in and discuss options, the weekend days are hectic, though thats the expected tradeoff. While the location is on the small / medium size in terms of lot space, Car Corporation of MD more than makes up for that in vehicle quality alone. It's clear that the vetting process the owners put their inventory through comes from their integrity in doing right by their customers, and that is made apparent fairly quickly. HUGE thank you to Raquel and Jamie for guiding me through the process and adding one more satisfied customer to their list! I give both Raquel and the operation as a whole my full endorsement, 5/5!

I was looking for a preowned car with low milage, so I called Car corp and Candy pickup, she was a great rep with awesome customer service so I had to go in to check the dealership out, so I met with Candy and she easily placed me in the perfect car I was able to test drive it and it was great, so I decided to get it and she made the whole process really smooth and I was out of there in such little time. Thank you Candy you were freakin AWESOME!!!!

Went in this place with a mission. One sales person couldnt help me (she just seemed to lazy) but MO came to the rescue!!! Can t say any bad things about our companies experience with her or the manager. They have helped us find the right trucks for our fleet and have been more then helpful!!! Quick easy process!!! THANKS MO!!!!

Laura Saenz, was wonderful to work with. I emailed her what I wanted in my new car. Laura was able to not only get everything on my list, but also at a great price! From the beginning to the end I felt like a valued customer. It was very easy to schedule an appointment via email. My salesperson was Lexi. Lexi worked with us for hours showing us cars, hearing our wants, and helping with the paperwork until we were able to get the car we fell in love with. Through the whole process, we worked with Lexi, Wendy, and Bernard. All 3 were knowledgeable, patient, and kind and helped us to understand the very confusing car buying process.

The service was excellent and very efficient I was able to get the vehicle I wanted same day with no complications Morelia was very helpful with the process and made sure all of the necessary preparations were made so the car was road ready and taken care of. Laura was our salesperson. She is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Both times we went to see the vehicle, it was near closing. It didn't seem to bother Laura at all.Wendy finalized our deal. She was also polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Her patience showed while explaining the bill several times. Additionally we were there way past closing, Wendy and Laura were professional the whole time.We did buy the car and are happy with the deal.

I had the opportunity with working with Bridgette and Bernard. I came in hoping to get my dream car which was a Crosstour and they gave me just that ! They were sooooo positive and so happy with me! Bernard talked me through all of the finances and explained to me what the process would be. They even called me a few days after asking me how was I enjoying the car. They have truly made my dreams come true! Thank you guys so so much !

I want to start by saying that this is the first time I leave a positive review for a car dealership and it's been so many years since I bought my very first car. The whole process with Laura was as easy as it could be. She was easy to communicate with, very accommodating and helped throughout the process to make sure I had all my questions answered.Their finance manager worked with me to find a good rate for my personal situation and I never felt any pressure to buy additional services.All in all it was a great experience.
