It was finished a day before and they will update you everyday. Front and rear bumper done correctly. I hope you can also recommend a mechanic who is good in fixing cars. But your body shop its awesome. I highly recommend this collision center. Thanks for repairing my Honda CRV 2010

I had some front-end damage from a fender bender. My friends told me I shouldn't use the repair shop that the insurance company recommended, but everything turned out great. I feel Caliber was very thorough in finding every bit of damage. I'm very happy with the result.

*EDIT* Things went downhill right after we picked up our car. We noticed the paint on the top of the fender, on the opposite side they worked on, was very thin and see-thru. They told us it was delamination. It clearly was not. It looked like something was laid on the fender and chemically burned the finish. Also, the windows were coated in something, probably overspray. You could see tape lines and the outline of a sign that was on the windshield. We had to take it back so they could remove whatever it was on the glass. Then we figured out it's all over the entire car. They did agree to repaint the damaged fender. The "NEW" door they put on sounds very hollow, unlike the other doors, which are solid. And, the locking mechanism is not working. Seems like it's not connected. I feel like they dont have enough staff in the shop, so things get rushed along. They have offered to fix the door lock, but I don't have enough confidence in them to take it back.***Very smooth process. Communication was great. Updates whenever it was needed. The quality of work is very professional. I was surprised at how much info they made available to me about the repairs. The staff was compassionate and eager to help. Joy made sure I was kept up to date. She was knowledgeable about the entire process.

Very pleased with the repair and painting of scrapes on the back side panel. Could not tell after the repair that anything had been damaged. Great customer service, everyone was welcoming and accommodating. So pleased also that they buffed out a long scratch on the other side of the vehicle with no additional charge. They washed the car and vacuumed and wiped down the inside, which was nice because it was dirty when I left it. It was super convenient that I could leave the rental car there when I picked up my own so I didn't have to find a ride. I would definitely use them again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scheduled my estimate within a few days. Advisor was very knowledgeable about the car and went into much detail about best and worst case scenario and how long it may take. They communicated directly with my insurance and rental car company. Scheduled the repair within a few days. Sent me text updates every 2 days that were specific to my car. Finished a day early. They also vacuumed and dusted the entire interior. Highly recommend! Waiting area has drinks and snacks :)

Absolute worst experience ever. They gave us a timeline of 2 weeks and it took them 4 weeks. They had billing issues and incompetencies. Administration really needs to better discipline

I had an estimate written for my vehicle by a young lady up in the front office. I've never been met by such quality, customer service. It was a breath of fresh air to be greeted by smiling faces and to be treated so kind in a time where technology keeps our human interaction to a minimum. The short time that I was there, I was impressed by the education and patience shown to me by the office staff in something I know nothing about (automobile repair). I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for repair and I will be referring anyone who needs their vehicle serviced!

Everyone at Caliber was very friendly and kind. They kept me updated on the status and did great work. Before returning my truck, they even cleaned it inside and out! My experience with Caliber Collision in Millersville was outstanding. After my car accident, Caliber Collision was on the list my insurance company provided. I checked out their Google reviews and gave them a call. With respect to the estimate and payment, they dealt directly with my insurance. On my end, the customer service left nothing to be desired. They even have an arrangement with a rental company to have a rental car available at drop off.I worked with Terry, who was exceptionally helpful, transparent, and communicative. I was unfamiliar with the process of getting repairs covered through insurance, so Terry helped me through the process and answered all of my questions. She waited until AFTER the necessary parts (based on the insurance estimate) were delivered to have me drop off my vehicle. Then she sent me regular text updates to let me know where my car was in the repair process.My car looks as good as new, and despite the obvious negative impact of being in an accident, this experience was easy and stress-free. I can t say that I hope to ever have to go to Caliber Collision again, but should I ever require repairs to my vehicle, they will absolutely be my first choice.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with caliber collision in Millersville. They were always great with me and understanding. I loved that I received regular text updates throughout the process and when I picked up my car, I was able to leave my rental at the shop.I didn't have the added step of needing an extra person to drive one vehicle or wait for the rental to pick it up. It was all taken care for me. My car looks wonderful and has been great since I picked it up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went there to get an estimate on my car, and the staff was phenomenal! They went over everything with me and helped me get a better knowledge of my vehicle. I will definitely be returning if needed. I recommend them to anyone who needs any type of body work done to there vehicle!

Awful experience. They failed to communicate with insurance for nearly a month without being prodded via phone, refused to do the work they quoted us for, lied about the status of the car, AND that any other body shop would do the work. After 3 months of pain we finally decided to salvage the car and they gave us only a day and a half to work through the bureaucracy of getting a salvage title from the MVA before charging an absurd storage fee every day (including weekends) the car was not picked up. I wish I had spent 3 months learning how to weld via youtube videos to do the work myself - it probably would've been more productive and a lot less stressful. Pick anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Good service. Would recommend. My truck was hit and I opted to have it repaired at the nearby caliber collision. They provided good communication, a quick estimate, and decent turnaround time on my vehicle. Caliber Collision Millersville is one of the most professional businesses I ve unfortunately had to deal with. Unfortunately this has been my 3rd time having my wife and I car repaired here, from other people hitting me of course.Each time the work was done properly on time and looks awesome, like nothing happened. I m very protective of my vehicles and don t let just anyone touch my cars. I also hate businesses that give you the run around and aren t honest, this place is honest and you will not be disappointed.Guaranteed worked for 3 years (I believe) is also a safe reassurance that you can trust the job is done correctly. Ive probably given 2 or 3 reviews in my life for good customer service and job well done. This is one of them. Thank you again.
