We used to live in Crownsville and were recommended by a friend to use this shop several years ago. We haven t been anywhere else since, even after we moved. They are worth the extra drive. Friendly, reliable, and we ve never felt like they are taking advantage of us or price gouging! They are the best!

Auto Sense is a wonderful place to take your vehicle to have it repaired. My family has been taking their vehicles to Auto Sense for the past 20 plus years and we have never had any problems. The family-owned business treats everyone as though they were family. Prices are great and service is even better. If your vehicle needs to have any maintenance done to it, I would highly recommend Auto Sense for all your needs.

Great communication, very thorough, doesn't try to upsell you on things or scare you. We've had no issues on our repairs, and their garage is big enough to work on cargo vans (which we converted into a camper). Highly recommend!

Hello Everyone,I just had my truck repaired at Auto Sense. Great experience from initial call to completed repair. Phil was great to speak with, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Replaced my fuel pump assembly and so far so good. Will return for future automotive repair needs as well. Thank you Auto Sense team!

My old Chevy Silverado 2500HD had problems with the drive train, rear brakes and park brake. Autosense fixed it all with great quality parts and good technical skills. I've put 200 miles on the truck since they did the repairs and everything is working great.I recommend Auto Sense for any vehicle that needs a professional diagnosis and repair.

I had a wonderful experience here as a first-timer. I'm terrible with names so I hope I get them right. I found Auto Sense on Google and they had wonderful reviews, and since they are so close to where I live, I gave them a call. It was the Saturday before Christmas so I didn't expect anything other than making an appointment for the following week. I called and spoke to Phil. I told him that I believed my battery needed replacement and when I jumped it, the check engine light was on. He asked if it was my primary vehicle or a secondary. I told him it was my brother's truck and he recently passed away so it was now a secondary vehicle. He said if I could get it to him soon, he would at least be able to take a look at it but couldn't promise that he would be able to fix it before next week. I jumped the truck and drove to the shop. Phil was extremely kind and helpful. I filled out the paperwork and he said he would give me a call to let me know what the issue was. He asked if I had a ride home and I told him I would call an Uber. He said we have a shuttle service and Victor could take me home. Victor was so friendly and we had nice conversation on the way to my house. A couple of hours later, Phil called and said the battery needed to be replaced and nothing else. He gave me the price and said he would have it ready in about 30 minutes. He asked if I needed Victor to pick me up and said he would send him shortly. I was very appreciative of the quick service, fair price, and kindness. The check engine light is no longer on and the truck is running well. My brother loved that truck and I am thankful they were able to resolve the issue same day. Thank you so much! I am a customer for life!

I wouldn't take my F150 anywhere else. I used to go to the dealer for maintenance & repairs but you get tired of feeling ripped off by the dealerships. Phil & Ken run an honest & trustworthy operation with fair pricing. It's rare that you can place your full trust in a local garage, but, this is definitely one of those places! Highly recommended.

It is hard finding a car repair shop you can trust. I am very meticulous when it comes to my vehicles and where I take them. Well I have found my official favorite car repair shop. This shop is extremely honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and their communication is second to none. I don t live close, but for this type of top tier service that I receive here it s worth the distance. I will be bringing ALL of my cars here going forward(I have 4). I m not easily impressed, but I am highly impressed with Auto Sense from the very first time I brought my suv in for an inspection a year ago. Thank you Auto Sense for being the car shop industry savior. Really good business still exist that care about their customers and providing stellar service. Big shot out to Ken and the rest of the staff. You got a customer for life!!!!Thank you!!!, Thank you!!!, Thank you!!!

This was my first experience with Auto Sense but I will be back. They didn't try and oversell me on things for my almost 20 year old car with >200,000 miles that I only use for "dirty" jobs around town and had competitive pricing. Phil Haines did a great job providing information and advice regarding what services made the most sense and what wasn't worth the investment.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I left a review after receiving service, but I have to leave another one. They are exceptional!!! Who checks on you a few months down the road to make sure everything is still ok? They do!!! I can t say enough great things about this company. They care about who they service!!! I am eternally grateful for using them to service my car. Thank you Auto Sense Auto Service Center!!!

Phil and Ken are amazing. I was dreading finding a good mechanic after moving to the area but was treated with respect and courtesy the second I walked in. After several issues found with my truck, Phil even took the time to try and get coverage with my extended warranty. They have got a long-term customer now. Give this place a shot if you are looking for a mechanic!

Car broke down had it towed here after seeing all the great reviews. Knowing everywhere was busy I expected to wait days. Thankfully they were able to fix everything same day, gave me price quotes on everything before working. And a great point at the bottom of signing the paperwork is a 24month or 24k mile warranty on their work. Spoke with Ken most the day about the work done. Originally had a engine fan issue but they tested the components and found no issue and saved me time. But had a odd brake problem and the mechanics were able to find a brake booster check valve that they replaced to fix the problem. Very timely and diligent work done to ensure they found the exact problem. Went in for an auto inspection, guest service was superb! Friendly and professional. Given the time these things usually take to finish I was both surprised and thrilled that the job could be finished in a few minutes shy of the estimate. I'll be back for other services offered for sure. Special shout out to Phil who had handled appointment details and was surprisingly at the desk on arrival. I was recommended to go to Auto Sense by my wife cause my engine light was on and needed to pass inspection. I went to 3 other auto service centers in the area who were unable to fix the issue. Fast forward, Auto Sense was able to fix the issue which was a little above my budget but considering the complex repair it was I understand. Now my vehicle passed inspection and the engine light remains off. Thanks, I will be back to get my air condition fix.Service: Engine repair

Got my car MSI here. Service was quick and guys were friendly. Honest, fair pricing and answer questions with patience. Definitely recommend if you don't trust or not sure if you are getting a fair deal with your existing mechanic.

I called these guys to ask about mounting tires on some 19" wheels and they not only charged a fair price, they took extra care to mount the tires without scratching the wheels. I will definitely go to them again for my tire mounting needs.

I am now 67 years old, and Auto Sense is absolutely the most honest, competent, and reasonably priced auto shop I have ever found. Ken and Kenny were both very friendly on the phone! They were able to get me an appointment the next day and did not disappoint. my car battery kept leaving me, i was using a portable jump box, i called they said bring it right over and even had it completed by the time i got off work. Nice job!!! new battery, cable and post. Guys appreciate you getting it done quickly. I would come back again.
