I can not say enough great things about Brian and his crew! Not only do they do amazing work but Brian is a great person and has been so good to our hard working 22 year old son who has just been through it lately. As a mother this means the world to me! Great prices and outstanding service! Won t ever use anyone else. Thanks Brian for everything!!!

Was referred to Sturgis Trans through Foltz Automotive because I thought they could repair my transmission. But they don't do the work that I needed done. Called and made an appointment to drop my vehicle off. Within a few days, she was repaired and ready to go. The back story behind this repair is my transmission completely failed as I was coming home late one night and I was stuck on the road. A mechanic shop fixed my transmission and got my car moving again for $2600 but it eventually started jerking forward as I would drive and would barely get momentum. Since Sturgis has repaired my transmission, no thanks to the automotive place who is not in this county, which was been a couple of months now, she gets speed like she used to. And I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend Sturgis for all your transmission needs. Like the gentleman on the phone said, hopefully he won't see me again regarding this vehicle, but if I do need transmission work I'll be back for sure.

Bryan and his crew does AWESOME work. They are fair, honest and not out to get over on you like you feel about some mechanics. I highly recommend them to take care all of auto repair needs!

Great guys, took my 07 Accord to Sturgis for a 2nd opinion after another shop said I needed a new transmission. Brian drove the car and gave me a fair and honest assessment about the life expectancy of the transmission and suggested repair was not imminently needed. He and his partner are really cool guys and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommended.

By far the best duo of mechanics you'll ever find for a small business owner. Definitely puts Priority on vehicles that can't be down long. Super happy with Sturgis. Highly recommend them. If there was a 10 star option I'd give them 12.

This place is truly stand-up. Bryan Sturgis and his shop Sturgis Transmission took us in at a drop of the hat, when our family had broke down in MD on the way home to Maine from vacation in Florida. And since he was up against back-order statuses for any replacement Transmissions, he successfully repaired/rebuilt the current one in our Tahoe and had us back on the road in 24 hours. This guy is a straight shooter, no BS, and stands by his word. Out of what Google showed for 7 options on listed shops in the area, I'm some glad we went with this one Service: Transmission

Mechanic drove my jeep over to Sturgis unexpectedly. The shop had no problem assessing my vehicle and fixing the clutch and fly wheel, all while keeping me in the loop (cost, timeliness). So far, I have had no issues and it is shifting smoother than ever. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, turn around time, and knowledge that the shop owner displayed. I would definitely recommend Sturgis to friends and family for any transmission needs.

My faithful 2001 Mazda 626 needed a quick turn transmission replacement for my trip to Florida the following weekend. Brian, with incredible communication skills and transparency, presented a wide selection of options, warranties, and time estimations for completion. I was highly informed and could not have been more pleased with my service.As part of his service, he required me to visit him within 2 weeks to perform a checkup to confirm that everything was working perfectly.My highest recommendation for transmission work in Baltimore... he takes of your car with a level of detail that you only dreamed that you had!PERK: He performs other quality maintenance as well. Give him a call and ask about it... he is a honest and humble as it gets!

Brought my '03 Jeep here after it threw a transmission code. After having work done with them, I can assure you that you'll be in good hands. Honest, genuine, and VERY knowledgeable. They called me regularly with in depth updates on what they found in my transmission, and I had my car back and fixed in less than a full day. Highly reccomend.

This is where I always go to get my car fixed. Brian is great and doesn't charge extra willy-nilly. He is the guy to go to and only charged you What you need. Really great service.

BRIAN IS AWESOME! HE KNOW HIS STUFF! GREAT PRICE AND QUIALITY WORK!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!! I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A MECHANIC WHO IS HONEST AND LOVES WHAT THEY DO....I FINILLY FOUND HIM!HAD MY HONDA ODYSSEUS TRANSMISSION WORKED ON BY HIM, RUNS LIKE NEW.I ALSO THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW HE DOES MORE THEN TRANSMISSION WORK SWELL..
