I had my engine unexpectedly go out on me right before Christmas. RCS had it ordered and installed while dealing with my warranty in record time with expediency and professionalism.

Ryan and his team are professional and honest. I am a mechanic myself at a dealer and if I run into something I can't handle or don't have time for I send family and friends to Ryan. He re-sealed my mother n laws old 94 Accord engine and put a timing belt on my dad's Chevy sonic. Super dude. Give them a try if your looking for honest fair work.

Affordable, reliable and competent repairs from a local independent owner, who cares about the customer. Better than auto dealer repair services, without the hassle. You really don't need to look any further for dependable car repair.

I took my 1969 Mustang Mach 1 to get an alignment done. Ryan Seeley took great care of me and got my car laser straight!! He even let me watch and explained things as he went along. I HIGHLY recommend RCS Automotive. Thank you Ryan!! Keep up the great work!!

If you're looking for honest mechanics, you've found them! Ryan and Roger and very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. I find the after hours drop box very convenient so that I don't have to miss any time at work. My vehicle is always finished in the same day and I am always satisfied with the work that is performed as well as the price. We've brought our car here twice now and each time they have been honest and give really super fair prices. The first time they had an extra part from some other job and the price wound up being cheaper because they just gave us the piece. This time they sent pictures via text of the parts that needed to be replaced showing us how bad it was. They shared other things that could be replaced, but there was absolutely no pressure to have them fixed right in that moment. Very honest people!

They did an excellent job. I had a lot of work done from manifolds to control arms replaced. A job that would have taken other shops a few weeks to do was done in a week. I ve been getting my oil changed elsewhere and noticed with almost every oil change something was found wrong with my car. Most recently and costly was 2 rear struts and trailing arms averaging to almost 2k in repairs. I became suspicious and decided to get a second opinion. I m a big review person, that s how I found RCS automotive. They looked over my car and found nothing wrong with my suspension components and I was only charged the labor fee, saving me 2k!!! They were honest and professional. A month later my car wouldn t start and would die shortly after jump starting it. My battery is only 2 years old so I took my car to Advance Auto Parts for a battery check. Shockingly the battery came back fine after checking it twice. RCS was super busy at the time but was so kind to squeeze my car in (I was persistent that I only wanted them to look at my car because I trusted them so I didn t mind the wait). Their test showed my battery was in fact bad. I had a 3 year warranty on my battery which was purchased at Advance Auto Parts, however, they wouldn t change my battery outside the store since their policy stated they had to have 2 employees inside the building at all times and only had 2 staff members working. I called 3 other Advance Auto Parts and they were short staffed as well telling me the same thing even the following day they didn t have enough staff. I was going into day 4 without my car due to a defective battery which was still under warranty. I was extremely upset and frustrated. That s when the 2 mechanics at RCS stepped in and went above and beyond to help me out even when they were closing up for the evening. They drove to Advance Auto Parts and picked the battery up for me and replaced it themselves, still only charging me the labor fee! I m extremely thankful for everything the 2 guys at RCS has done for me. It s so hard to find trustworthy, professional, and quality workers these days and so glad I found it at RCS. I will always return! Thanks again!!!

I work for an extended warranty company and want to give a shout out to this shop for being HONEST!! Every claim is always perfect labor and parts pricing and never a sketchy story. Every claim is this way for years after I looked. This is hard to find and I have been in this business over 30 years now. Super impressed and they should be recognized for this!!!!!!

I made an appointment through RepairPal which is a warranty service through Carmax's Maxcare warranty. For some reason, I didn't get notified that my appointment was switched to a week later but Bryan still let me drop off my 2018 Honda accord to get looked at. It was showing an Emission System Problem. When I read the code it was a misfire on cylinder 1. I dropped it off on Friday and he liked at it the same day and said it showed misfires on cylinder 2 and 4. He said he would need to cold start it on Monday to further diagnose the issue. Monday came around and he seen that cylinder 1 was missing hard so he would have to swap the injectors to a different cylinder to see if it followed. This is a common tool to diagnose a bad fuel injector. He told me the only way they would warranty it is if a fault was found. If not I would have to pay the 364$ for diagnosis. He messaged back an hour later stating that it was a bad injector and he was submitting it for warranty claim. This is where everything went south. Not on Bryan's side but more on the warranty company. The warranty company only wanted to pay for 1 hour to diagnose the issue. Which to swap the cylinder takes 2.8 hours on paper which is standard across the board. You have to remove the intake manifold, battery, throttle body, air intake just to swap the injector. And then put it back together enough to test and make sure it doesn't throw any additional codes. Then another 2.8 hours to install the new injectors and put everything back together and test. So this is 6.6 hours total labor. I have no doubt it took close to this. Especially added the time arguing the facts on the phone. I called the warranty 8 times in total between Monday and Tuesday and spent over 2 hours on the phone going back and forth. I shouldn't have had to do that as a customer. The warranty clearly states that it covers the cost to diagnose and repair as long as a fault is found. Which it was. Bryan also spent close to the same amount of time on the phone with the warranty company. Which shouldn't be the case. If this is a trusted mechanic who the warranty company refers you to through the repair pal network, then they should trust their word out took the amount of time it did. They ended up approving another 1.8 hours which left 1 hour unpaid. And they also didn't credit me for my 50 dollar deductible which I had to call 3 times to get changed. In total it ended up costing me 225 dollars when it should of been 50$. But it's better than the original 575 the warranty wasn't going to cover. I thank Bryan and his team for fixing my car and the help dealing with the warranty company.Service: Engine repair

I took my dads truck there to be inspected so we can sell it. I figured it needed a few things fixed because he wasn't able to drive due to illness. But I also knew that my dad took very good care of any vehicle he ever owned. The truck had minor brake issues and failed. My brother fixed most of it but we took it back for the brake line to be fixed by RCS. My brother validated all the issues that failed were honest. Truck was fixed and passed. While i was paying my bill i noticed how clean and organized this shop was. I also loved all the affirmations they have on the walls. They are honest and fair and i would definitely recommend them. I am a business owner, so i really appreciate hard, honest good working people!

A+ service!! RCS replaced a right lower control arm on my girlfriend's Honda CR-V that had a stripped bolt when other shops were unable to, it was no issue at all for RCS!! If you are looking for a honest, friendly, professional, quality, reliable repair shop then look no further, this is your place!! I am new to the Rosedale area and have been to several repair shops in the area and this was by far my best experience, I will be bringing our vehicles here anytime a repair is needed as well as referring anyone that I know or may come across needing a repair or repairs!! Had my car inspected there last week.It was a older car but in good condition .It only need a few minor to pass that I was already aware of.they did great work at reasonable price. Most importantly they were honest and will go there again.

I've been going to them for maybe the last 3 years or so and they have always been honest. They are very professional, and always gives a great explanation of services requested, needed or suggested. Great place. When my daughter bought her first used car, this was the first place I sent it. These guys went above and beyond for me & my car! Not only did the take my car last minute during a snow storm, they communicated with me every step of the way. They were professional, educated, and friendly. I even showed up on Saturday to pick it up not realizing they were closed. Roger came in on his day off just so I didn t have to wait until Monday. I will for sure be using these guys moving forward and referring anyone I meet to them. Pricing was super affordable and probably way better than anyone in the area as well.My car feels brand new! My car was nearly totaled and Rcs automotive had my car working in less than two weeks. They were in constant communication with me as far as the progress of my car, any other issues that appeared as they worked on my car and any prices changes or additions regarding my car. They also did my boyfriends state inspection on the process of working on my car and many other cars within a very timely manner. 10/10. I have been going to RCS ever since I got my first car. Always professional. Up front. No cut cards. Great customer service and respect. The only place I take my cars. I also always tell my friends and family. Great work RCS! Keep it up!!!

Expensive. But services are good and fast. The owner and his lieutenant (or 2 owners - don't know) are nice, pleasant and common sense people. In my 3 years going there I have never been overcharged or sold what I don't need. Definately a place to go to.

Terrible customer service- was referred to them by my warranty company and Ryan took complete advantage of the situation. He did some work on my car with out calling for approval and then called the warranty company only to find out it is through factory warranty which any good mechanic would know before doing any work!! Needless to say he made a big mistake and charged me for the work and was completely disrespectful upon pick up of the car! Told me I should have done my homework and known about my warranty also told my step son the reason he was no longer a mechanic was beciase he couldn t handle it ! I have never been taken advantage of by any mechanic like this before and had such unhonest work done! Needless to say once my husband arrived Ryan changed his tune and called the warranty company and in fact after going there twice and being disrespected I was correct we shouldn t have to pay!

This is a real automotive repair shop!! I finally found a place I can trust. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Ryan and his team are the best and have a passion for this business. The man just don t have it in his heart to take advantage of people. I recommend all my family and friends to this shop. If your tired of being ripped off, if your tired of waiting forever to get your vehicles back and then getting a piss poor job done then give him a chance and I guarantee you won t be disappointed and you won t use anyone else again. I found this place on a recommendation and it has saved me a lot of time and money.

Customer friendly I dropped my vehicle off 1 day prior to appointment and they had time to search for the problem and do the repair that day. They took the time to tell me what they found how long it would take and the cost. I also needed a ride back when I dropped off my car. They not only dropped me off they came back to get me when my car was ready.

These guys are the best!!! Not only did they do a full exhaust from the Kook headers to the Solo system,they removed a broken head bolt at a outstanding price!! Ryan is a class act and Steve is the man!! The G8 GT sounds and runs like it should have from day one!!! 10 STARS!!! Update on 2/22/18 yet again these guys totally impressed me with thier attention to detail and the fast service and outstanding professionalism! Makes you feel like family!! Customer for life!
