Ladies & Gents..I want to leave this review because we all know it can be very stressful, trying to find a reliable, honest mechanic.. Price point is also huge in this economy. Even though parts and many of things have also went up for The Shop owners.. I found myself weighing my options at a few places, and then I found Steve..4 years ago.. You re going to be relieved, knowing that you don t have to look around for another auto mechanic..Anything from bigger jobs to smaller jobs have always gotten done well, and I never had to take the car back.because something was done poorly .He s always respectful ..And will explain thing s if you ask ..Don t come by looking for something for nothing .These guys work very hard . And it s an old school knowledgeable work ethic .. Appreciate that is still around .. And You can leave knowing you re not getting played ..Thanks guys for keeping the Toyota tuned ! And running smooth

They don t stock or repair tires as a tire shop. And after stating that it was urgent, they hung on me without any warning.

A great little automotive shop!The owner is straight with you about your vehicle and will make recommendations for work to include not getting work done, Simple because it would make more sense to get a new vehicle. He will not going to string you along.Also he has a fenced lot of security is important to you.Great turn around time. I'm never in a hurry for a vehicle and make sure they know it's not a rush. And I seem to always get my vehicle back within the week.If your still going to a dealership because you think your getting better service, you need to rethink that, they overcharge you for everything. Labor is $150+ an hour, parts are charge a premium plus a service fee to purchase them. You won't receive that here.Infact, he may pass on some savings to you if he gets a discount.

It was a great experience meeting the famuous Steve and Wills. They gave my car a VIP treatment and were very straight and honest. They did not attempt rip me off , fake or falsify the inspections to make more money off me like some shops do. I will not hesitate recommend their service. I wish I cld give them a 10 star rating. Keep doing what you do.. indeed twas a lovely experience. Thank you.

Mr. Steve is a decent, honest and professional mechanic. Thorough and makes safety a priority. As a female, I feel more educated about my car than anything else because he takes the time to explain things to you in layman's terms. If you get your car to him early enough, you should have your car by noon or so... depending on what you are getting done. Prices are reasonable as well. Thanks Mr. Steve! You're awesome.

Highly recommend this place. Mr. Dunn takes the time to show you what was repaired/replaced so you know you are not getting ripped off. Reasonable prices and because I have an older car that I don't want to invest a lot of money he will prioritize what is most important. I live close by and he's sent someone to pick me up after my car was done when it was raining. That's customer service!

Looking for a shop, to do repairs on my Genesis. I had read reviews regarding Dunn Rite auto, so i decided to take my car there. As i walked in the door, i was greeted by Steve and as i explained what i needed, he politely informed me on a cost, how long the work would take and that he would call me on a labor price. After we discussed labor price, steve called me 2 1/2 hrs and told me that my car was done. Amazing. I will recommend to my friends.

Dunn-Rite is the most honest and high quality automotive place I have ever been to. I have been a customer for more than 4 years now.Steve is one of the most honest and amazing mechanic! I would highly recommend Dunn-Rite. Exceptional customer service and great quality of work.

I m a new client. Dunn-rite was recommended by my coworker. I called asking for price to get all 4 tires changed.. definitely cheaper than where I usually go. They were even ready to schedule me the following day. I got all my 4 tires replaced today and it only took them about half an hour! Great service!

My car alternator went up on me this morning, every place I tried was booked and these wonderful guys at Dunn-Rite squeezed me in to make a miracle for me. Genuinely great people AMAZING SERVICE, been looking for a good repair shop family and I think I just found them. Thank you guys so much for everything. Till next time! Take care.

I found Dunn-Rite Automotive online while searching for a close, reliable and honest place to take my son's car. Dunn-Rite was amazing and just what I was looking for. They fixed everything timely and they (Steve) were helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. I called Steve many times with questions and he was patient and thoroughly explained everything. I highly recommend them and would definitely go back if I ever need work done.

I've lived in Middle River for years now, but have never noticed Dunn-Rite, until I did a google search on automotive shops in the area. The customer service is great, my vehicle is always serviced quickly, and I leave knowing that my vehicle is being taken care of. I would recommend Dunn-Rite to anyone looking for an honest, and competent automotive company.

Steve and his staff will treat you right. Great work and great repair pricing. This was my first visit, but it won't be my last. I am happy to say I have now got an honest local auto repair shop.

Would give them 10 stars is possible. Took my 2005 Honda Odyssey in for a.c. service in June. Steve diagnosed the problem quickly, informed of the issue and had it back to me for only about $100. He also did a complimentary vehicle check and gave me a list of recommended repairs, with costs of parts and labor, in order of priority. This week, needed to have my van towed and immediately went back to Dunn Rite. They has the problem diagnosed and let me know before lunch time. Steve had that repair completed that day, but kept it overnight to complete an additional repair that was previously scheduled to do later in the week. The price was even less than quoted as he found a less expensive part. The van was promised to be done by lunch, but he called at 9am and said it was completed! Would HIGHLY recommend Dunn Rite to anyone looking for a fair, honest mechanic that will have your vehicle "Dunn Rite." 5

The service here is always THE BEST! My wife and I were referred to this auto shop a few years ago. The shop owner is always honest with you. I can't say anything but great things about this place. If you need service for your vehicle and you're looking for a good spot to have it done, this is the place to go.

I had my 2002 Audi A6 in shop for Oil Change & Filter Service.I was very pleased with the way was this procedure done, yes, that was really Done Right.Steve is very kind person a definitely very good mechanic.I will bring my another car, 2014Toyota Camry when is time for service as well,Highly recommended repair auto shop for sure !!

The BEST auto work shop I ve been to in my life, including living in both CT, and MD. I was on the last day of my temporary registration and In need of a Maryland vehicle safety inspection FAST! Despite being completely booked with appointments (offset by the generally smaller average size of the auto shop, and staff), The owner Mr.Steve kindly agreed to perform my MVA inspection HIMSELF that same morning I called Dunn Right Auto. Upon service, Mr.Steve promptly began the test within just minutes of me entering the door, thoroughly completed the test in less than an hour, and didn t even try to sell me any extra frills nor did he attempt to worry me in to fixing something just to nickel and dime me. As someone with a lack of car-knowledge, it often feels like a challenge to find an ethical car mechanic/shop that I know I can trust to treat me like Dunn Right Auto, and now that I ve seen this business operate first-hand I know where I ll be taking my hard-earned money from here on out.SIDEBAR: I wasn t the only person Mr.Steve blessed that day! The young man who had been waiting in the shop before me was in a similar situation (MVA inspection/expiring tags), but was in need of multiple unexpected repairs on his car. I listened to the owner quote him an amazing price, and tell him to just come back in a few hours and they d make it work for him. a lot of people are the ONE good deed a-day type, but Mr.Dunn is just helping people ALL day long. I m so Thankful for Dunn Right Auto!!

Steve is the mechanic you wish you always knew. I am so glad I walked into his shop one day on a whim. His prices are great but his character and ability are what make me know I won't go anywhere else with my car as I can go to dunn rite auto. If you can get there, go to dunn rite!

Dunn rite saved us allot of money. We got quoted 5,000 to fix our car just to pass inspection by a place on Pulaski hwy. And we went to dunn rite and the quote was only 875.00 this guy really does excellent work and cares about the people he does work for without draining your pocket. He is down to earth and we will never go to any one else again.

Fantastic experience! - I have taken my Volkswagen to two major dealerships in the area and it has been a nightmare both times. I saw Steve's shop and saw a couple of Volkswagens in the lot and I thought, why not. At the time I had a V.W. with over 200K miles on it. I knew it needed a little work, but I wasn't sure if it was worth fixing. Another mechanic might have seen this as a big opportunity to nickle and dime someone. Not Steve! Steve looked over my vehicle and was extremely thorough! He found about 15 things wrong, and in the end recommended that I don't fix anything, but simply get rid of the vehicle. Where can you find a mechanic that cool? I have been taking my good V.W. to him ever since and his workmanship and knowledge has been perfect! Thanks Steve! Always good to have a great mechanic you can count on!!!GO SEE STEVE!!!

I have lived in the Middle River White Marsh area for 7 years I've had some interaction with other repair places ( not very good) mr. Dunn and his team get the job done right, on time and under budget. And talk to you honestly and with integrity. That is all I could ever hope for a modern-day mechanic.

This is will be my repair shop from here on. If you prefer non commercial repair shops, this is the shop. Professional, polite, and highly trained techs. Steve and his crew have come through for my company and me each and every time. Hopefully i wont have any repair needs any time soon, but if i do it will be Dunn-Rite.

My first time here and I am very impressed. Came for an inspection and the owner was very fair. It's hard to find a place like this with honest mechanics especially with state inspections. I'll definitely be back for any jobs I can't handle myself.
