*UPDATED HOURS* They open at 9am everyday, NOT 10.When coming to Costco Tire Center, you know what you are getting. Good work for cheap, but you will be waiting a long time. If you don't have an appointment, you will be waiting all day. That's just how it is. It's not because they're not working hard, you are just in line with a lot of other people. I've come here many times to get my tires patched for free (thanks to Baltimore streets riddled with nails), and I've never had any issues.

they found nail in my tire when AAA didn't on two occasions and towed me to AAA site and reinflated tire, saying it was fine. I am grateful Costco helped me.

New tire install took longer than their estimation (estimated 75 min, actually 2h). Quality of work was very good. Lug nuts were torqued properly, and tires were inflated to mfg specified pressure.

Had my car tire patched here since I bought a set of Michelin and a patched was under warranty. My first issue.Had them mount and balanced the tires on new rims they scratched all five lug holes on all wheels and told me about it after they done it to all 4 rims.. so okay mistakes happens then back to the patch they scraped the outer edge of the rim on the tires they patched I mean we pay a membership for better service .. now I have to find 2 separate quotes to get the rim taken care off thank you Edd

I purchased 4 tires from them, and scheduled my appointment. Once my Tacoma was there I received a phone call from their tech, telling me there weren't any lights on when he pulled into bay, but one tire had a regular valve stem. I told him the tire with the other tpms sensor was on the spare, under the bed of the truck. He told me the other three were dead anyway, and gave me an additional price to replace all 4. I declined new sensors. He called me back to tell me the sensors didn't fit the rim well, and regular valve stems should be installed, to prevent leaks. I now have a tpms light on, so the tpms sensors obviously were not dead.Save your money, and the aggravation, and go somewhere reputable.

Friendly professional people who will try to fit you in for a tire repair even if you don't have an appointment. However, if you're getting new tires installed, be prepared to wait. I made an appointment for 5:30 PM and was told it would be around a 75 minute wait. 2.5 hours later, I finally get my car back around 8:15... They frequently seem understaffed and overwhelmed.

This is not my usual tire place, but after my experience yesterday, it will be. I received the absolutely best customer service that I ve had in a long time and I really appreciated it. Thank you Shawn for assisting me. This is a very busy place and I could see how well run it was. It gave me complete confidence to have my tires done here. This is a very well trained team and they work very well together. I ll definitely come back here.

The quality of the install is great but the guy Danny and the girl that works there both have no personality and a very negative entitled attitude. I travel to other Costco s to get my tires installed even though I live 3 minutes from this one. If you had better customer service at the tire center then people would come here often.Edit: went there yesterday and had a better experience. Had different people working and they were much more friendly.

We have been a loyal Costco/Price Club member for many years and are always very satisfied, taking all of our vehicles there for years. Excellent place for tires.No complaints other then sometimes wait time is a bit too long, but the staff and service is always superb.The customer service is top notch... most knowledgeable people in the tire industry.Nothing but the best.

First time shopping for tires and was disappointed by the salesman Danny. Very unprofessional and gave me lack of knowledge on tires. I had an appointment and they say I was not in their system after speaking to one of their employees the day prior. Be aware, they put in fake appointments. I would not recommend getting tires from him.

Great prices and warranty but customer service is lacking. I made an appointment a week in advance and it made no difference in wait time vs people off the street. They don't call when your car is done and they take so long to answer the phone it makes you think they're closed. They aren't friendly on the phone or in person. I can't fathom bringing my car here to get warranty work or repairs done just due to the sheer frustration experienced buying the tires.

Yesterday we went shopping in Costco. After we finished shopping, we found we could not start our car. it was around 6 PM and the tire center and nearby pepboy were all closed at this time on weekends. Fortunately a young sir from the tire center seeing me wandering in front of tire center door and told me he is the employee there, but he didn t have key to open the door to help me. He then guided me to Costco front desk and the employees there went to fetch the tools and helped us restart our car. Many thanks to the young sir who offered me help, another sir who helped us check the car under the sun, and other Costco employees who helped us. Sorry that we forgot to ask their names. They are really helpful, warm, and professional. Thank you again guys! :)

Usually have top of the line customer service but about a week ago that changed. I stopped by to get a torque check done on my car after getting a balance & rotation done. After going to the front desk to request the torque check, I get my receipt and told to go to the rear to get the torque check done by pulling up in front of any of the bays. I get there and the employee in the bays is walking around on his cell phone texting/browsing the web/playing a game. I rev my engine after a few minutes to see if I get his attention and he still didn't notice I was there waiting for 7 Minutes. After sitting there for another 5 minutes, he went to the back in the break room. 15 Minutes went by without him even noticing I was within 10 feet from him. I honked my horn and he came out and said "You here for a pressure check?" I said No I'm here for a Torque Check.Costco Tire Center could had been robbed and the employee wouldn't even notice anything is going on.And I thought you weren't supposed to use any Cell Phones while working in the Tire Center Bays due to safety precautions

Had a flat tire last night had to have the donut put on until I could drive to Costco this morning. They fixed the flat rotated n checked all the other tires nc.Great job finished in less time than they said.

Got 4 new tires this past summer. Had a flat that was not repairable. Luckily they had it in stock and within an hour, I had a new tire for $18 because of the service plan!

The lines are always a bit long but it's because the customer service is phenomenal. The prices are very fair and the tires all come with road hazard insurance that has saved me numerous times.

As a costco member the tire center is the worst . 3 times now that I decided to bring my car here. And every single time they do not fail to disspapoint. Will never bring my vehicle here for service or tires
