Rob, Val, Bob, and the mechanic provided excellent customer service. Dealership stated my rear brakes was at 2/32 and needed replacement; however, upon taking my car here it was determined they were at 5/32 saving me much needed money at the moment.They even took me back into the shop and showed me the measuring tool used for brake pads and what it was measuring at, further validating their work. Will definitely be back for future car needs.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Bob's Automotive Repair and Service. Rob provided excellent customer service and the owner, Bob went above and beyond to make sure my car was properly serviced. If you want an honest assessment and fantastic service, don't hesitate to give them a visit.

My car broke down on 95 s and I googled automotive repair near me and Bobs popped up so I selected them. From the time I walked inside I felt a great vibe Rob was amazing to the customer before me I felt great about his service. Once he got to me he very professional and honest and willing to help in anyway possible. Although the news of my transmission being blown up from another shop Negligent Rob helped me and made it very clear what went wrong with my truck. Thank you Rob and Bobs for all y all do and will do for the people

Sunday morning, on a three hour drive home, our car suddenly started blinking dashboard lights and stuttering. We found Bob s and Monday morning they quickly assessed the source and were able to get us back on the road. Thanks, Rob !As I waited that morning I watched the way they handled a variety of customers and car issues. Such professionalism, knowledge and warmth. I only wish we had a Bob s near where I actually live.

This place and their staff have been nothing short of amazing. They one of the few that will be honest with you and list your options. I can say ever since became a customer here I wouldn t want to go any where else. The staff is personable and their work speaks for its self. I wouldn t trust my car in any other place.

From the customer service to the actual work done on my car at Bob s everything was excellent! I am beyond thankful! The waiting area is very neat and well kept and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my car that multiple shops and mechanics told me they couldn t fix and Bobs fixed it in minutes! I will definitely be back for any automotive needs!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

On the road from Missouri when we experienced trouble with a tire. My husband drove to the shop and problem was fixed in 20 minutes. Friendly and expert service.They went above and beyond to get us on the road again and ready for travel. I went to Bob's Automotive because I was experiencing issues with my Honda Fit's AC. They quickly identified the issue to be the compressor and got right to work. They worked with my extended warranty company and I to ensure I got the best price possible and had a direct and quick answer to every one of my questions. I felt like the entire team at Bob's automotive was invested in making sure my issues were resolved quickly and easily and I would happily bring my car back to them.

Where should I start? Let's start with the greetings. When you enter through the doors of this establishment, the greetings are automatic. Three people sitting to your right as you walk, and they all greeted you at the same time. For me that was an invitation to be myself, and that I did. Warm and friendly customer service does it everytime. Anyway, I expressed my concern regarding my vehicle. Long story short, they diagnosed my vehicle, told me what the problem was, and how much it would cause. My vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction, and I'm happy to say, "I'm still happy driving my vehicle without a problem. I went back to them to replace my head lamp in my suv, because I know they would take great care of my vehicle, which they did. They also service my daughter's and son-in-law's vehicles.Bob Automotive deals with luxury vehicles, and I have an Infiniti.If your vehicle is a luxury vehicle, and you wish for it to have the best of care, and service, take it to:Bob's Automotive Repair located at 1106 Middle River Rd, Middle River.Gratitude and respect to everyone at this location.Thanks againJackie Dallas

I walked in this morning needing an Alternator put in as the previous mobile mechanic cross threaded the bolt to hold down my new alternator. It was 10:00am they were able to get me in right away as the car had to be towed in. My car was repaired by 1:00pm !!!! They were professional, polite , understanding, and overall a great experience! Bobs will be my new auto repair shop for all my auto repair needs for my entire family ! Thank you very much !!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable employees, exceptionally clean shop and compassionate people willing to listen to your vehicles problems and let you explain how you need to get youl repair to the finish line in your budget in a timely manner. They only failed my vehicle inspection because I told them about the accident..I would never go to these poeple again..After they failed the inspection they wouldn't give a quote to repair the minor items..After they said they would check multiple times but never called around for the parts. After I got the vehicle repaired myself because I was tired of waiting for them..They charged an additional fee to look at the repaired items..also the guy at the front desk was very racist..I would give Bobs zero stars if I could..Please never go to this racist company

I went to Bob s to get the state inspection for my car done because they already had great reviews. So I brought my car in, gave them the required info, and they got started right away. After an initial inspection, one of the main techs, Tim, came into the lobby and talked to me about what he saw. He then took me to my car on the lift, raised it a bit because I m much taller (I thought that was courteous) and walked me through everything he noticed that might cause concern. After that, he gave me a rough estimate of time & cost for what should be done that turned out to be a pretty accurate estimate in the end. The next day I got my car back in perfect condition and the peace of mind that it would be in good hands from now on when I need service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

First brought my car there about 2 years ago Bob came recommended by a friend. He did a wonderful job with excellent and quality service (and at $1300.00 less than J&H wanted to charge me). I had my starter replaced recently and it had a parts issue. Tim was excellent, courteous and had it fixed for me the very next day..at no charge. They gave me quality service and stand behind their work. I won t let anyone else work on Jazzy (yes I name my cars lol)

My first encounter with Bob's Automotive was several years ago. I recall them installing the battery for my vehicle and charged me $20.00 for labor as I had purchased the battery from the dealership. I called and spoke with Bob. He was very nice and professional. He told me to bring the vehicle to his shop and he would charge $20.00 cash for installation the battery. Bob was true to his word; And I have been using Bob's Automative ever since.My other encounters were with Chuck. He too, is kind and professional. This year, I recall Chuck helping me with two of my vehicles. The first vehicle needed the right and left lower control arms replaced as the bushing split. Chuck provided affordable estimates and a quick turnaround time for completion. Bob's Automotive completed the work and my vehicle runs better. The second vehicle required two air filters replacement. Once again, I worked with Chuck. The same day I called to inquire about the cost for two air filters, Chuck was able to order the air filters and install them within an hour. Bob's Automative has great customer service and quick/reasonable turnaround times.Lastly, I would like to add Bob's Automotive will NOT sell you an unnecessary service (Like the dealership). This repair and service shop prides themselves on ethical behavior ALL the time. Please do yourself and your vehicle the favor of visiting Bob's Automotive. Finding a trustworthy automotive shop is very difficult but Bob's Automotive is just that. I have had several vehicles serviced here and LOVE the honesty that you receive from them. Their prices are extremely competitive and their work is TOP NOTCH. Very friendly staff that are personable and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

Bob is absolutely one of the most honest person who takes pride in his work. He cares about every customer and every vehicle. Bob is very honest with his work and pricing. My family has been bringing all our vehicles to bob for over 8 years (from old location to new location). I am a mother of 3 that knows nothing about car parts but Bob will take the time to explain everything to me and make sure I am comfortable with what he is doing. Bob is the best in this field and will never take short cuts.

If I could give this shop six stars out of five I would. Had some work done on my Audi a4 and Tim did a phenomenal job. I had a blow off valve and vibrant resonator installation done. Clean, beautiful work. Outstanding customer service, pricing, and timing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get anything fixed or done to their cars!

I greatly appreciate the awesome customer service (Chuck) and thorough inspection (Phil) of a used car by Bob's Automotive as I was buying it from Carmax. They gave me a write up of what they found and Carmax is fixing the issues for my purchase.Thank you guys!! When I find a business that has wonderful customer service plus they are fair in price, I will give them my business 100%.This review is mostly for ladies. Ladies, are you looking for a mechanic that will not take advantage of you because you are a female? Bob's Automotive Repair is the place for you to go .I went to another shop and they wanted to charge me $3k for what ended up costing me less than $800. Bob explained to me in detail what actually needed to be fixed so myself and others on the road can be safe. Bob took the extraordinary step to find other ways to fix what the other shop wanted $2k for without charging me that exorbitant cost. I highly recommend Bob's Automotive Repair in Middle River, MD.Now, I don't want to seem like Bob only takes care of women...but....if you are a male looking for a Great mechanic with Great customer service..... Bob will take care of you also!!!

Had to find a new mechanic after the one had been using for 34 years passed away. Very pleased with Bob's Auto Repair and Service. Honest, good pricing, great customer service. Really to the time to listen to my concern and understand my issue. Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly grateful to Bob and his guys! Drove out to Middle River to check a car that looked that fantastic and seemed to drive great. Took it to Bob's by chance to get checked and they looked it over immediately and quickly told us it a long list of the things wrong with it. They showed me the areas they were referring to directly on the car and explained why they were problematic. They let me know the car was not in good condition and definitely not in the impeccable condition it was being presented as all with remarkable discretion as the dealer was in the same room! They didn't even charge me for their invaluable assistance that saved me several thousand dollars! I highly recommend Bob's Auto, they are very competent and do a great job explaining issues -- I imagine they are equally apt at addressing them.
