TRUST, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CHARACTER, ETHICS, MORALS, and VALUES are the very foundation of this business that the owner has set for their standard of excellence in service established by Keith, to Jeremy welcoming you in their lobby to get the process started to the certified techs that all take pride in their work with a complete thoroughness and knowledge you know your in the right place especially when your intuition and gut confirm as much.The greatest sign of a successful business is word of mouth advertising and seeing their and parking lot packed Monday thru Friday with vehicles to be repaired by returning customers! This group of professionals treat you like family and talk to you not at you as well as listen to you not just hear you.If you re not taking your vehicle here my one and only question to you is simply why?YOU NEED TO BE!!GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS - BALTIMORE MOTOR WORKS! I'm so impressed with Baltimore Motor Works , the best service in the world highlyRecommend. My Mercedes loves them too. Jeremy will take care of you, very professional explains everything and also recommends what's best for your car. My car was detailed there as well, Patrick did a fantastic job. Keith and company are top notch. No stone left unturned in this shop. They continue to go above and beyond on each service and project that I leave them. Top notch! Communicates verbally, via email and texts so you are always up to date on what's happening with your vehicle. Very pleasant, friendly and professional to deal with. Always follows up to make sure every is fine after the fact. Workmanship is excellent as well!

Baltimore Motor Works make it so easy! From scheduling, drop off, quotes, work and pick-up- on time as promised! And, the team personally checks in to assure any questions are answered. I would rate 10 stars, but the rating stops at 5! Thank you Baltimore Motor Works.

I learned about Baltimore Motor Works from my co workers. I have had my 2016 Audi A6 serviced at the dealer since it was new. When I took the car in for check engine light, due to a hard start, the dealer replaced the crank sensor. The crank sensor did not resolve the issue, and I was informed the next step was to pull the transmission, to check the reluctor wheel, $3400 to start.I picked the car up and brought to Baltimore Motor Works. They quickly informed me there is a better solution, use a camera to check the reluctor. Through several checks, they determine it was a wiring issue, and not a mechanical issue. I could not have been more happy.If you are in the Mid Atlantic region and need a truly professional team work on your car, call them.

A flawless 10/10 experience! Working with Jeremy and Keith was truly a pleasure. Since this marked my first encounter with a major car repair, specifically a timing chain replacement, they somehow managed to make it an enjoyable journey. They consistently provided updates every step of the way, and their extensive knowledge was truly impressive. Now, I have my car back, running as if it never experienced any issues! I'm extremely thankful and fully committed to returning to them for my car needs, even if it involves a drive of over an hour. Thank you all once again!!! :)

I am so glad I stumbled upon you guys a couple of years ago. Other mechanics had little to no knowledge about Mini coopers and things were botched. I have had no issues with repairs since I started using your services. You even housed my mini when I was ill and was not able to pay for repairs. Love you guys!!!

I brought my vehicle in with a persistent error code related to an intake manifold flap malfunction. Upon initial diagnosis the tech determined that an electrical component was failing and not the intake. I was given a cost and time estimate and the work was approved. Both the time and cost estimate met expectations and I was back on the road error code free. Another great experience with Baltimore Motor Works!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I must say the behavior displayed by the staff this morning was truly disgusting!!! Customer service is extremely displeasant. The staff doesn t speak and are too busy on their phones and laptops to offer any assistance, let alone speak. How do you come to work and not work? It s people out here who need a job and would glad report to work with a pleasant attitude.

After a long day at work, I got to my car to find a business card for a BMW repair shop. I just got my car and was happy for the pleasant surprise. A few months later, I took my car to Keith. I ve been getting my car serviced for the last few years. Keith and his staff are always welcoming, professional and provides excellent service. One thing I love about Keith is, he will not do work on your car unless it needs to be done. If not, he ll tell you, it doesn t need to be done.
