They also got it done faster than they originally told me and they cleaned the inside of my vehicle so those were bonuses. Quality Auto Body was top notch. They kept me advised throughout the whole process. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and found a few more things damaged that initial inspector didnot see. I d give negative stars if I could, my insurance sent me here when I had a branch go through my back windshield and into my trunk. I was without my vehicle for almost a month, during which they must have left it outside with a huge hole in it. When I got my car back, the floorboards were wet from where they had cleaned the carpets . It did not dry out. When getting into my car to go to work, I noticed it smelled like mildew and there was condensation ALL OVER the inside of my car. The gas gauge, the stereo, the windshield, the floorboards, everything was WET. I called to let them know as I have really bad asthma and can t drive a car that smells like / has mildew and is soaked. They told me to bring it in SIX DAYS LATER and wouldn t take it any sooner. I opened my trunk to inspect further and see if I could find the source of the smell only to find that there was broken glass all over the inside, the trunk is SOAKED, and found MOLD growing in my trunk. The only explanation is that they did not clean it out when they replaced the back windshield and fixing the panel over the back of the trunk after leaving it outside with a giant hole in it, exposed to all of the rain we had gotten during the course of a month while my car was in their possession. They will absolutely RUIN your vehicle.

Quality Auto Body and Repair did a great job on my 2023 WRX: it looks like new again, and they weren t expensive, AND they were very easy and friendly to work with. I recommended them to a family member, and she is getting a repair done on her Subaru at Quality Auto Body as well. I have a nearly new 22 mustang GT I hit a deer with and decided to use this shop for repair (insurance claim) the shop changed geicos original estimate to supposedly use all OEM Ford parts. The texture on front splitter is definitely wrong but what do I know/ who cares. The car was delivered a few days late. Nobody bothered to call me. My door was left open in rain due to door lock mechanism removed. I luckily knew something like that was a possibility and stopped night before to tape up what I could for the holiday weekend. When I went to pick up the car the third time they burned through the clear coat and needed to reaply it. The 4th time I went to pick up the car the hood would not shut and the entire leading edge of the hood had either no clear coat. No paint or even bare spots with aluminum showing. At this point they gave me rental and "fixed" the hood. The paint looks bad. Multiple shades of white. Paint gauge reads all over the place. Clear coat is splotchy and hazy in multiple spots. Bugs in hood. They painted right over a rock chip. Would have taken 5 minutes to fill and sand it. My steering wheel has a gauge in it from keys or sharp ring. They adjusted my seat and steering column every damn time for no reason at all. My skid plate up front is broken from the collision and never was replaced. Rather than bending my license plate bracket straight (aftermarket) they screwed it on crooked to compensate adding a hold with a self tapping screw. My front bumper doesn't line up with fenders and has the worst panel gap I've ever seen. All in all this car got really messed up by this shop and I don't even want them touching it anymore. They also left rags and sandpaper in my engine bay

Couldn't tell where the damage was. The truck looked like the day I bought it 2 years ago. I would recommend everyone to come here. Hopefully I won't need to come here again, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Look here first you won't regret it.

I just picked up my car from Quality Auto Body. My car had been involved in a hit and run accident. They did a fabulous job! My car looks brand new. They did not have to but they even vacuumed it out before returning it to me. They had it fixed and ready for me 3 days early. From start to finish, the customer service and care was exceptional. Kelly sent text messages to keep us updated on the progress of our vehicle. Before any work was done they gave us an estimate. We were informed if additional work was required. They worked with the insurance company provider for our claim. We were very well pleased with finish the product and would use this company again and certainly recommend them highly to anyone seeking the services that they provide. Quality did an excellent job on our 22 Kia carnival repair after a collision. They managed to bring our kia back to life after the whole driver side of the vehicle was damaged. They provided updates on our vehicle daily through text messages to where I never once had to call and ask for any news on it. Kelly and Steve were great to work with. Seamless process, they worked with my insurance and Enterprise rental company direct. Steve and his crew know what they are doing! I ve taken multiple vehicles there and will only go to them. On my one truck they repaired it when it was darn close to being totaled I got it back and it looked like it was brand new. They tell me when my truck will be done and it s always done on time, if I have any questions they do their best to help! This place is awesome! I dropped my car off Monday night and was called Wednesday and told it was done! A rental was washed clean and waiting for me to drive. When I picked my car up , the work done was great and my car was washed and vacuumed clean. Stevie long and the employee s were so kind and polite . Highly recommend.
