Had my first service done here today. Got there right when they opened and was in and out in a little over an hour. Comfortable waiting area and the lady at the desk is super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

Always get me in and out fairly quickly. Comfortable waiting area . Best feature is the buy 5 get 1 free oil change! Keeps me coming back!

I have a great experience every time I have my vehicle in for service. Between fluid changes and new tires, Mobil 1 has the best, most honest, knowledgeable, friendly service. I highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change today which they always do a killer job. But also the techs there even turned off that stupid wheel sensor light that s been glowing in my dash for weeks. Thanx fellas. Great friendly service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

So I had to get away from southern tire they tried to replace one of my tires without my permission and when I asked they said there was a problem and I said that's not what I came in for then they stated we have only one tire and it costs a lot straight rip off. Now I used mobil one and had a great experience the only problem is why aren't you open on the weekends . I don't like to take time off of work to get my oil changed can someone please explain the business model.Service: Oil change

Absolutely terrible service. I came in at 715am. The guy at the desk says 1 hour wait. I said no problem. This place doesn't take appointments and theres only 2 people in the waiting area. There is 2 technicians in the garage and the guy at the desk. How the hell does someone who comes in one hour after me get in and out 1 hour before me???? Absolutely unacceptable. They also tell me I need a new air filter I said "go ahead" what no one told me is they had to order it and wait for it to be delivered which was another 15 mins..... I've been going here for years. Ever since Joey left its going down hill fast..... Today will definitely be my last time here.Service: Oil change

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received today. I have been coming here for MANY YEARS to have my oil change and etc done but they lost me as a costumer today. I came in for my free oil change as I have been doing for years. You get a card and after so many they are free and thats half the reason I have always came. Today the man at the front told me they no longer do the free oil change because they are merging with next door. I then asked him why not honor it and he just kept saying he could not. I found that incredibly ignorant on customer service as they should honor the ones who are in the line for their free ones and not give out any more cards.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have previously left five star reviews for this place .. this new management is terrible you get greeted with it's a 3-hour wait as soon as you walk in the door.. not even a hello !!! and you need your registration and driver's license I've been coming here since they opened and never had to wait more than a half an hour .. it's a shame to see a local business run so un-professionally and poorly !!!!

Wonderful group of hard working people with your best interest in mind. I love their variety of services, normally only getting oil changes. Well, I needed new back tires for my mustang and they hooked a lady up with amazing prices, and quality. I feel safe again as a consumer. The specific person named Johnny went out of his way to help me find what I needed, for my budget, with the most pleasant manner. I dont want to leave the remaining team out. I really appreciated, as a lady, being treated well, with kindness, professionalism, and patience during a stressful time. -suseen

I ve been going too Mobile one Mechanicsville for a few years now but the last TWO TIMES I ve had service there my tire pressure light has come on and sure enough I ve had a nail in my tire. I m not saying it s purposely be done but maybe they need a cleaner shop area. I can t afford the service there and a new 120.00 tire or 30 plug every time I go there anymore so that s the last time I ll be having service done there which sucks because I liked that place.

The service is always friendly and quick here. While they will let you know if they see something off, they don't try to push you into receiving extra work. Basic, no nonsense, and always fast oil changes.

Only place I can trust when it comes to realiability. No matter the time they always have time to service your vehicle. Very friendly and handle your vehicle with extreme care. If you wanna place that's good any every aspect of a quick service center this is the place to go.

Not only was I "in and out", but the mechanic noticed two missing screws on a plastic cover under my car. Rather than letting it be, passing the buck or try to up charge me, it was pointed out and they put the cover back in place with new screwsThat little bit extra makes all the difference for the impression left with a regular customer

Love this place!! Super honest guys working there. I dropped my bank card in my seat and the guy picked it up and put it in my passenger seat. Thankful so thankful cause I know of other places where I wouldn't have been so lucky!!

Always professional and courteous! Excellent service I have been going to Mobil 1 Express in Mechanicsville, MD for 1. 1/2 or 2 yrs. Always held true to Express service!
