Atlantic tractor serviced my x-360 for the first time today. They came on site and did everything here. They did an exceptional job.I would be remiss if I did not mention that there was a problem. The technician made a mistake. There was no attempt to hide it, there was no attempt to discount it or deny. What he did do was say, there was a problem, it s my fault, I m sorry and we ll fix it. When I went out to check on the status there was a second truck that showed up with the replacement and that replacement had already been installed. Then he apologized again.Mistakes happen and things go wrong, in my estimation it s how you deal with them that demonstrates the commitment to ensuring that your reputation is above reproach and that you care about your customers.I hope that this review is some measure of recognition of the service that I received today. I don t know if they ll anyone will be persuaded by my experience but their integrity, guaranteed my business.

I took my 1025R in for a full servicing (tractor, backhoe, loader and mid mower), hydraulic fluid change, blade change and repair the park brake. I m very happy with both the work and customer service. Not only that, the turn around was impeccable. I wish I could remember my mechanics name but he and Zack were awesome!

I can honestly say that in speaking to Mr Hutchinson and the team in Waldorf I have a renewed confidence in the work that is performed at this location. I can honestly say that they did everything in their power to address my concern with my warranty at John Deere.

Drove 25 mins up to schedule an appointment to get some work done to my lawn mower and was asked to go down the hallway to talk to someone else. The person was not at their desk, so I waited about 10 minutes. The employee returned and asked me to give them 5 more minutes so they could eat their donut, my business will go else were. They are new to this area, you would think that they would try to build clientele.

First interaction with was Dennis when he picked up the mower; fantastic guy, professional and knowledgeable too. Next interaction was with a employee in the service dept. and it wasn't that good. Lot of bad information, no communication, finally get in touch and the issues she's talking about don't even exist on my mower. From that point on I dealt with Blair and everything turned around. The actual issues my mower was brought in were addressed, communication improved, and an immediate delivery/return of my mower closed the deal. As long as Dennis is picking up and dropping off, and Blair is handling things....Atlantic Tractor will keep my business.
