Very Professional, Honest and Great customer service! It is very hard to find a Trustworthy Mechanic . Alvis Automotive was referred to us after a local Mechanic performed some work on one of our trucks and did a horrible job. We will continue to support this business in the future!Thank you!

A bushing in a belt pulley on my 2009 Duramax went bad and caused the belt to come off. I was able to limp to Goose Creek store where a local farmer who happened to be refueling his rig refered me to Alvis Automotive. I called and Vic came out within 15 mins to assess the issue. I was able to get my pickup to his shop about a 1/2 mile away. Once there Vic took time away from his already busy schedule to remove and replace the pulley and have me on the road in about an hr. I live two hours away in Haford county. Great service and mechanical knowledge.Thanks Vic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Traveling to ocean city had a bit of car trouble, called at 3:30 and explained the problem. Had my wife and daughter with me and he was willing to stay past close to repair the vehicle and get us back on the road. Upon arrival he found the problem quick and had us back on the road before 5. Was very up front and honest with what was wrong and what was needed to correct it. 10/10 great man. Took both my vehicles here for state inspection, he was very professional both my cars failed but once I took them back with repairs completed no issues with re-inspection. Great shop overall really recommend to everyone. My break line was corroded and leaking fluid really fast. I called around to at least 10 places from Vienna to Salisbury to get it fixed. Nobody could do it right away or they quoted me an INSANE price. We called Alvis, they took a look at it, completed the job in less than a day and did it for a very fair price. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will use them as my go-to place for now on. Thank you Alvis!Service: Brakes

I had an Appointment this morning at 8:30 They got me in for that appt. Very quickly and were ready when I got there. They were fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I have another car I will be taking to them for inspection.
