Excellent service!Had to bring my car in after a minor accident and from start to finish, the service was excellent. All the staff is very friendly and the communication throughout was very good. Plus, the finished the job in half the time they thought. (3 days vice 7)I highly recommend them for any work needed.Thank you!

I will start by in saying I was treated with respect by all employees I delt with. But I was very disappointed in the amount of unnecessary recommended repairs. Also in the beginning communication was great they even sent a link to a site that kept you up to the minute of wh what exactly they were doing with your car. But after the first link came through I tried to go back and see if it had been updated and it never was.

I have used service king twice in the past 6 months for body work. Both times they were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. I also rented a car both times. They worked with my insurance and everything was organized easily and fast. From getting an estimate, to dropping the car off and picking up the rental.

The staff is great and the repairs look great. My only complaint is that my headlights didn t get reconnected. Wouldn t be a big deal except I figured it out as I m driving home at dusk to realize I can t see in front of me and had to drive back roads with no street lights. Had some issues with a car I brought in. Color match was good, but had to bring it back a few times due to electrical issues and missing pieces. All was resolved in a few hours over the course of two additional trips. They honored their warranty and it was handled quickly and professionally.But like most people, when we get our cars back after an accident, we would like to for them to be brought back to the way they were before... I know it can't be perfect, but I felt like these were simple issues that could be handled at the time of the inital body work.Guy working on repairing driver window motor had dog poop on shoe and tracked it in car.

Please do yourself a favor and do not use Service King. I took my truck in with a dented bumper and had to get it towed away!!! I brought my truck in because of a dented front bumper, very minor damage to my truck, but since it was covered by the other driver s insurance I thought I would get it fixed. When I took it in for an estimate the guy told me it would take a day or two to get fixed. After a $650 dollar estimate it took the over 3 WEEKS to get the work done and $1200, I am not sure what drove up the price, but that was on the insurance company. Then after keeping my truck 3 weeks, they call me to tell me that the work was done but the truck is no longer running and I will need to have it towed to a mechanic to get it fixed at my own expense. On top of that I was out of town for Navy Reserve Duty when the work was finally complete so my rental car was canceled and I was responsible for covering 3 days of the rental out of pocket while the car sat at the airport! Overall just a very frustrating experience and definitely do not recommend using them.

Had an appointment to get my car repaired, was told it wouldn t take more than two days, and we would receive a text with an update in the morning. It s the afternoon and we ve had to call them to find out that our repair won t be started for days despite the fact that we have an appointment! No thanks, if you re not able to plan appropriately, I don t need you touching my car.Edit: response to ownerThe delay was not due to your work on the car and uncovering some more damage than previously anticipated. Your office scheduled us for a two day job and then took other people preferentially over the weekend who had deer damage, which then negated our scheduled appointment and pushed our scheduled time out until one week. No one told us when we dropped off the car and left it overnight. Leave a car for a week just to pull out a dent and repaint? Seriously?

In need of a repair to my trunk latch a neighbor recommended here. I normally take my car to a Kia dealership but there s not one around so thought I d give this place a try. I took it in for an estimate. Not only was the girl not knowledgable at all, I had to wait over 25 minutes. My dad owns an auto body shop, one of the top ones in New England, so I have car knowledge and obviously so does he.It gets worse the estimate came back to be $400. Turns out you can buy the part for $35. I am not super mechanical but was able to replace the trunk latch in under 25 minutes. Explain to me how $400 is okay? Not only were there unreasonable charges there was a $200 miscellaneous section so the repair shop can charge you for whatever they feel like that day.Having knowledge of collision repair shops, I strongly urge people to use somewhere. You can get people who are more knowledgable and prices that won t burn a hole! Don t go here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! You can be polite all day long. But at the end of the day when ur car is hit in the front and u do not look at the core support OR the hood. And u dont fix it properly. But to make it worse the electronic wire harness senor is cracked and not working properly which is a safety factor. And I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired properly that is VERY sad to me. The air bag deployed and that seemed to be the only thing they were worried about. 10 thousand in damages and probably should have been totalled if u would have actually looked at the car in the beginning and gave a proper estimate. Because there is still money being put out by my insurance company for additional repairs. Bad business. I refused to take it back! Should have been right. No excuse

Heads Up Folks. You might want to avoid using this body shop. My recent experience with them was devastating. They came up with almost $1,800 more in the estimated damages than my insurance company and totaled my vehicle. After taking it to another body shop I was able to get the work done quite professionally and within the insurance companies estimate. This use to be the Wentworths Body Shop and was a very reputable shop which did excellent work and was such a pleasure to deal with, however they have now changed ownership and they now just pick and choose what jobs they want to do and if they do not wish to work on your vehicle they deem it as totaled. Not exactly the kind of neighborhood business we need in this small area of Lusby.

I am having a very miserable experience. I picked up the car after hours the day before Thanksgiving. When driving home the car began making a terrible noise from the front end like something was dragging. I stopped to evaluate and the front underbody and wind deflector was missing. It was there when the vehicle was brought in and missing when it was picked up. Also all of the body clips that hold the underbody on were not present. Parked the car at my house and we took my wife s vehicle out of town to visit family. On Sunday the vehicle was taken back to the shop. Called and explained the issue on Monday, the shop committed to fixing under the existing claim. After two weeks without notification I called to inquire about status and was informed that the insurance declined to cover. Never informed by the shop of an insurance issue. I explained the issue again and was informed it was not their issue, if I wanted it repaired I would have to file another claim. When the car was initially dropped off it was not a problem and certainly pieces didn t go missing on their own. I notified the insurance company and they are looking into it. It is clear that pieces were left off during reinstallation at the shop. Very difficult to articulate this with the team. The shop did not reinstall all of the parts they took off. Now other components (under body plastics) are damaged from dragging on the pavements. Was a simple $100 replacement of some underbody plastic and body clips. Now it has turned into 2 weeks off loss of use. I am banking on USAA making it straight to make up for the shops negligence. The next stop is small claims court if we can t resolve this. I am most disappointed in the 2 weeks of loss of use that could have been avoided by a simple call from the shop regarding the insurance companies reply to them. USAA will generally bend over backwards to help bridge the gap. Far from my experience with this shop, barely get a simple acknowledgement of a potential craftsmanship issue with reassembly or even a notification of an insurance challenge.

This place is amazing!I had the back of my car damaged the trunk was crushed in they fixed it very quickly and also updated me everytime to let me know if there was going to be a time change and if it would take longer or less time. Highly recommend. Staff is very polite :)

Called early morning after having an accident going to work, they couldn't find a tow truck and could not get me into a shop close to home and there are two. Said he would find a tow truck and call me back...I didn't hear back from them for 4 days. Horrible initial customer service.

Closed on Saturdays according to online hours. Call the shop and phone states they are open from 9-12 on Saturdays, then phone system hangs up. Hours on door, after driving to location, have saturdays as closed. Would be nice if they opened on the weekend so the working people could actually get an estimate written.

Good work after wet sanding to match surrounding areas. Color matching or blending was good. Price was twice what quoted verbally when making appointment. Get it in writing or it never happened.
