There is a reason that this shop is so highly rated. This is a great family owned auto shop in a residential community. The owners are very knowledgeable, interesting, and friendly. They didn't try to upcharge me for all sorts of crazy things like most shops do. They do quality work. The waiting area is very clean and smells great.

I will ONLY go to SNT!! Everyone there is AMAZING!! Very honest and very good prices. They were pretty fast in repairing my wheelchair van, which I need for my daughter. They were even able to fix me on pretty fast. Thank you all so much!!

Excellent experience. I walked in, on a busy Saturday, and the gentlemen attached my license plates quickly and did not charge me. That was very thoughtful and it demonstrated top-notch customer service.

SNT is nearby so I took an older car I bought to be inspected. I didn't have an appointment, but SNT squeezed me in the next day and was able to inspect it quickly. Car failed for one item, and they recommended a very reasonably priced place to take it. After the work was completed, they quickly verified and the car passed. Great guys all around!

The staff at SNT automotive were kind, helpful, and skilled. I m from out of state but I had my car towed to this mechanic after cracking my oil pan on a loose man hole cover. They prioritized the job from the start and we re communicative throughout the whole process. They gave me a great price on the service, despite it being more difficult than anticipated due to other issues with my engine. I highly recommend taking your car here and cannot thank them enough!

I love the best of humanity!I got to my car at BWI and had a completely flat tire. The Parking Spot Bus Driver cleared about 6 of snow off my car with his brush and filled my tire with enough air to get to a repair place. I called to see if an auto place could help me and went toSNT Automotive401 S Camp Meade RoadEven though there was a sign on the door saying we are full , their parking lot was crammed full, and both bays were full, Duffy took the screw out of my tire, patched my tire, and told me there was no charge but sometimes people just tipped so I did. What could ve been an hours long problem was just a matter of minutes. Highly recommend both Parking Spot and SNT!

Our car could not start on Christmas Day evening when we were back from a trip. I dropped a message to SNT contact around 9.30 PM and they responded right away. Next morning, they sent Chris, the technician to our hotel and helped to jumpstart the car which their professional tool (the jumpstart we borrowed from the hotel did not solve the problem). We went back to shop and Chris helped to check our battery and found out it was not stable, then he helped to purchase the new battery and replaced it. We are on our way back home and would like to send a Big Thank You to Chris and the SNT. Their service is perfect and very fair price. Highly recommended!!A+++++ We would like to write the feedback right away as we did look for an auto repair shop around the area and saw a lot of positive feedbacks for SNT and that is why we reached out for your help and hope our feedback will help you as well. Went here for md state inspection based off of other customer reviews and could not be happier. They went above and beyond and was completely professional, friendly �nd efficient . They are now our new mechanics and would recommend them to anyone else.

While they were quite busy, the mechanics at SNT were able to take a look at my car pretty quickly. They made a quote for the repairs we needed and confirmed with us before jumping in as well, so there were no surprises when it came to the cost. The price was also reasonable for the work my car needed. SNT has been the only mechanic my husband and I have trusted since moving to the area. Their number of customers proves they are a popular choice as well.The only downside is that their popularity meant they weren't able to look at my car same-day because they had a ton of work ahead of it. They still got the quote to me the next day and were finished the morning after, even though their lot was nearly overflowing.Their team is efficient and honest, and has great communication with the customer. I can rely on them to be transparent about what's happening while my car is in the shop, and their work speaks for itself.

I wish I could give this business 10 stars. I had a flat tire after parking at BWI and no spare. After pumping my tire enough to get to this service station, they went out of their way to help us, even though they do not stock tires. They really saved us from having the car towed.

They do good work but they are horribly dishonest people! They quoted me $90 to change a cabin air filter! Of course I refused because that is outrageous. They said it was an expensive NAPA filter when I questioned them. NAPA posts their prices online and the filter was $40. They wanted $50 in labor to pop open the glovebox and slide a new filter in! I miss Airport Automotive, they were good honest people.In response to the owner: I should clarify I don t accuse the employee of wrongdoing, it s whoever is setting the price. While nobody is harmed it is reasonable to assume you have done the same to countless people who did not know better. I don t appreciate people who take advantage just because they don t know I ve been under the hood of a car before. Or in this case, the glovebox.

The true definition of an honest business!! Call first. They are usually booked in advance, but when they are not, they take great care of you at unbelievable prices. If they are busy, they usually offer recommendations. I have been going to them for a decade now. The only mechanics I trusted to request fixing whatever they found urgent or necessary for my old car without calling with diagnostic results first. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time. I also only get gas at their gas station unless I am out of town.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

It's too darn bad this company is not in Easton because they would be my go to guys FOR SURE. Limped in off the I 695 beltway with the temp gauge buried in the red and no water in the radiator at closing time on a Monday. Nick had the diagnosis and repair estimate mid-morning Tuesday. The car was ready Wednesday midday. How lucky to have a breakdown and have this wonderful service so close at hand. Wonderful service!

This place is great! Absolute customer service. Make an appointment they are always busy because they do great work. Will use them for future car needs. Had gone for a few things to include state inspections, always done right! Tom and team are careful and methodical with car assessments and repairs.

The kindest people I have come across. I can't recommend them enough. We got a flat on our way home from Baltimore and these folks went above and beyond to get us on the road in minimal time. We appreciate the help so much. It was a blessing to get the flat where we did. Thank you.

It's very hard to find a mechanic to trust, and luckily I have. SNT is always fair priced, and in 5 years they have consistently given me great work at a good price. I highly recommend SNT to anyone that needs a mechanic

My boyfriends brakes were having some troubles so he dropped his car off here and they got him in the next day even though they were really busy. They fixed his brake pads and had to repair some other things and they kept the cost as low as possible which was insanely nice of them. They even got off some dirt that was on his windshield and fixed his license plate that was falling off in the back without us asking. They were extremely pleasant and helpful and we will 1000% be going back for all of our car troubles. If you need work done on your car, definitely go here if possible. You wont regret it!!!Service: Brakes

I am new to Maryland and was looking to get my car serviced when a nice woman recommended SNT motors. Best decision I made! Made my appointment, my car was inspected and fixed up all in less than a week. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. UPDATE to my review.....these guys are phenomenal and have become my go-to provider for auto service. I don't think you could ask for a more honest and personable experience. They are accommodating, communicative, talented and just generally NICE...a real rarity these days. Keep business local and go here. You are wasting your time if you feel the need to shop around. You won't find anything close to SNT.First time customer. Great service, honest and friendly staff. Had brakes done and they were able to accommodate a Saturday service appt. Will definitely be back....best price on gas in the area too!

Update (original below) - the team at SNT automotive resolved my issues and I'm upping my rating. The original problem I had seems to have been a one-off due to emergency, and I appreciate their apology and explanation. We were able to get the car seen on a different day, using a key drop so we didn't have to take more time off work. The second time they were responsive and had our service completed in a very reasonable amount of time, well within our constraints for picking up the car. I'd still recommend you make an appointment (even if the day you pick looks wide open) because that would have prevented my negative experience despite the unusual circumstances, but I have no hesitation about recommending SNT Automotive given what I know now.Original review - The service was satisfactory but I'm fairly annoyed by the experience I just had. I spoke to them on Saturday about dropping off my husband's car on Tuesday - I specifically asked to make an appointment to do this. I was told it wasn't necessary and that the day was wide open, they would see him on Tuesday. Tuesday came, we left work, and were told they are full up today and couldn't see us. So we both just wasted half an hour of PTO to not get the service we needed on the car. Should I have insisted on an appointment? Absolutely, and that would be my recommendation to you as well. If you do you will probably be happy with your experience.

SNT is our absolute go to for all of our vehicle repair and maintenance needs. They are able to work quickly but stay true to their small home town values. Called them for an Oil Change. The guy very politely told me he had bigger jobs to do and didn't have time for a Oil Change. Recommended I go to to Jiffy Lube or someplace that specialized in Oil Changes. Not many places will change Oil when you have your own oil and filter. So I went elsewhere but I am sure they would be good if my car had major issues.
