Our experience at Caliber Collision was very positive. Mike was in charge of our car and he communicated with us often throughout the process of the repair. They did great work and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing collision repair. Thanks!

Purchased a brand new vehicle early last year, unfortunately I was rear ended a few months after my purchase. Austin did a great job with the process as Jessie was very cordial. The tech did a great job repairing it to look brand new.

Words can't describe how nice, honest, and thorough they are. From the first communication to picking up my vehicle everyone was helpful and courteous. Dave worked with the insurance company to get the supplements approved and Austin kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle along the way. Great team to deal with. When I called to schedule my estimate to get body work done after a car accident, the guy was super helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. My first impression walking in was extremely positive from the very nicely kept waiting room (with snacks and coffee/hot chocolate provided) to the friendly staff (Dave) who greeted me right away and did and went over my estimate. The drop off team member was just as friendly and efficient. They finished a day before expected which was nice. Then when I came to pick up the car the manager (I believe) was very friendly and walked me out to go over the repairs and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. Thank you so much! I was very impressed with the whole process.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Caliber did an excellent job! The friendly staff kept me updated as the my vehicle progressed and took less time than the original estimated timeframe. Vehicle was returned clean inside and out! I had the best experience here. From start to finish, the customer service was beyond exceptional. They were kind, attentive, informative, and quick! Plus, they have a little popcorn machine in the lobby, which is so cool! I would certainly use them again if, god forbid, I had another accident! Thank you for making it a smooth transaction!

I went to the shop in Linthicum twice within 3 months. Both times I was very satisfied. Del took care of me the first time and Dave took care of me the second time. Crystal walked me through the paper work details both times. everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Both times the car came back great. From check in to check out the team is phenomenal. The repair was completed timely. They cleaned my car after repair, it was so clean when they returned it that I didn t have to clean my car for over a week! They are efficient and professional, Oh! and I use the mug they gave me for coffee too. I m please with their. Service and will recommend them any day.Service: Body & Trim

I, for one, hate having to get any work done on my car. Being out of town, I needed work done fast and boy was I not disappointed. Crystal helped me out and was the sweetest. You could tell that her customer service skills are superior than most. She cares and she has that personality who wants to do the right thing, but enjoys having fun in the process. Best job I have ever seen from a body shop. They removed all the rubber and painted like it was new. No lines. All body lines are straight now. Better than factory. I highly recommend. They will even plan around your schedule. Amazing folks. I felt like part of the family. Definitely a group of folks I would share a beer or coffee with. WOW is all I can say!! Caliber was able to take one of the worst situations possible and turn it into a AMAZING experience. Never have I had such wonderful and thorough customer service. I cant say enough good things about Crystal and Del, as well as all the other employees at this Caliber location. They make you feel like you are apart of there family and take care of your every need. You can tell they genuinely care about you and make sure that your car is treated with the utmost respect and that your vehicle is returned to you like the accident never happened!! Would not trust my car with anyone else. They are very accommodating and pay so much attention to detail. Their work is perfection. I was kept fully updated the entire time my car was there. All my questions were answered and my car has never looked better. I highly recommend!

I took my 2021 Jeep Cherokee to Caliber on the 19th. Athough it took 3 weeks to complete repairs, it was through no fault of their own. Whenever I called the staff was always courteous and polite, knowledgeable and understanding.I picked up my car today and it was perfect. The Caliber team went about and beyond, I swear my car was nothing short of detailed. Spotless!!!! Inside and out!! Windows, clean, clear and spotless...inside and out!! I was impressed to say the least!!Thank you Caliber team!!! I was rear ended and you made a not so great circumstance, tolerable! The end result was perfect.
