Great experience. Jamie Pizzo and the staff were great and did a great job making my terms work. I ve been a Hyundai owner for 20+ years. The new Palisades are beautiful and have amazing features.

If 0 stars was an option that's what it would've been. Purchased a vehicle for the "market price at that time" 2yrs go by and I decide to trade it in and what better place than where I got it right? WRONG. After charging me a price that was so inflated from market value that in order for me to get anything I would have to carry a negative equity of 10K on a car that now is only worth 5K and still owe the bank 16k. This place sucks.Since you would like to present the facts it s good to present all the facts instead of picking a couple to try to reinforce your case. To say the vehicle is in a far cry condition and then only mention two window motors and brakes is comical. Two window motors, brakes, AND putting 29k miles in 2 years (when the average is 12k per year) does not explain the 74.36% of value the car has lost (Your $5000 appraisal compared to the $19,500 sticker price). According to the website, a Hyundai Tucson is expected to depreciate 23% after 5 years assumes the vehicle is in good condition, averaging 12,000 miles annually so you re saying brakes windows, and 5k more miles is the reason it s depreciated 50% MORE than that? Just understand this is just bad business.

SOMD Toyota is amazing! Eric and team went above and beyond to find the GR86 Premium in a manual transmission in the exact color I asked for. No other dealer was willing, or able, to make it happen. They even traded an incoming vehicle to get my car for me! Amazing service and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you!

I couldn't imagine a better team to work with. Not only are Toyotas amazing vehicles to have, but the company definitely treats their team right. Everyone worked diligently and swiftly with our purchase. Some how their partner financing companies got us a better rate than our 2 credit unions. This wasn't a 7hr process with waiting either. We test drove, filled out an application for financing, and began all the paperwork/documentation in 15 minutes! I've never bought a car so fast. I know we will be happy to return for services and our next Toyota purchase in a few years.

I had an outstanding experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and everyone on the team (especially Edward) was very helpful and flexible. It was initially hard to activate remote services so I brought the RAV4 back to the dealership for help per Edward's suggestion. He and Adam spent an hour with me and technical support to figure out the issue. It turns out my phone number was wrong in the system. I want to give a huge shout out to the whole dealership for a very positive experience - and a great RAV4. Thank you.

First visit myself here yesterday, I was looking for a camry spotted this nice blue color and decided to go with it. I was taken care of by Stephen, got a quick run through of the features and what you get with the purchase. All the staff were very helpful and answered every question asked no problem.

First, Eric is the man. Kind and knows his stuff. John (the owner) ALWAYS gives me a hug. Everyone there is kind and helpful. I have special needs, they go above and beyond every time and treat me like family. I ve been going to Toyota off SoMD for over 15 yrs. I would never go anywhere else.

Recently drove 3 hours to purchase a 2021 Supra from this dealership. The salesman Josh and finance guy Rob were both phenomenal!! They were upfront, direct and honest. Made good on every claim they made. We were in and out in under 2 hours, and that included a trade in and securing financing. Was easily the best car buying experience I've had!10/10 would recommend and buy form again!!

Didn't intend on buying a car this week, but they had the most beautiful Camry hybrid on the lot. Took a test drive with Eric who answered all my questions with expertise. They let me take the car home for two days, offered me a sweet deal on my trade in, and now I'm the proud owner! Finance made the paperwork a breeze, and was allowed to leave with a hug. No high pressure at all! Love my Toyota and grateful for our St Mary's dealership run by friendly and helpful experts!

i wholeheartedly regret my decision to work with this toyota location, if i could give 0 stars, i would. we received a flyer in the mail detailing a 3 month deferred payment program for recent college graduates for the southern maryland location. we were there for 7 HOURS, and this was constantly brought up to elijah (the individual who assisted us) by me and my mom, and was not only never once denied, but explicitly agreed upon. throughout the entire 7 hours we were there, not one person bothered to inform us that there was not the case. this is the only reason i stayed at this location instead of looking elsewhere for a car, which in hindsight, i 100% should have done.i followed up several times with several different people over the course of weeks to confirm that i will not have to start my payments until november. every single person i talked to never once told me that this was NOT the case. these were verbal agreements, and again - hindsight is 20/20 - if i had known the type of people i was working with, i would have gotten these exchanges in writing.throughout this entire process, they completely led us to believe that we were on the same page the entire time.2 months later (this week), i received a text message saying that i have a late payment of $1200. i emailed elijah and he told me the 3 month deferred payments were never a thing. i called the finance department and they told me this was never a thing.i am beyond astonished and disappointed at how explicitly i ve been manipulated. no one at this location honors their word. in the rush to sell me a car, no one ever once clarified or disproved the 3 month rebate program to us, because they knew that this was the ONLY reason i stayed to purchase this car. having 3 months to pay my first bill was such a huge help to me, however i now have to come up with this entire payment by november.i love my car, but throughly regret my decision to involve myself with a team of people so explicitly dishonest and manipulative. please do not involve yourself with anyone from this location - there are so many other reputable locations to buy a car that won t leave you feeling used, manipulated, and stressed.

Called the dealer for pricing on 2024 Grand Highlander and they stated there was a 7K dealer adjustment fee, which made the car way more expensive. Don't get scammed. Call around. Too many dealers selling these vehicles with no market adjustment.
