We recently stopped by to add a line to our account and was assisted by Sharmayne. She was quick and efficient, upgraded our phone and informed of us their new wifi service (which we got and love), and had us out the door in no time! Wonderful customer service!

We visited this place looking to upgrade my wife's phone and as soon as we walked in, Sharmayne greeted us like family. Her customer service is superb and she even treated our kids with some gifts to keep them busy.11/10 experience.

Never a bad experience! Every time I step in the door of this store, I am always treated very well. The employees are always very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the products and services that T-Mobile has to offer. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. THANK YOU EBONI!!

Amazing service and store. Ximena immediately greeted us and made us feel welcome, and her team was just as nice! The store seemed clean and well kept, as well! A+ will definitely recommend this spot to my friends when they need to get off of their junky old Sprint plans.

I have been a T-Mobile for more than 10 years and this has been the absolute best in-store experience I have had period. John helped me with my purchase and I was very impressed with his level of expertise and knowledge. I will definitely be making my future purchases at this location.

Highly recommend this T-Mobile location! I had a great experience moving my family's phone plan from AT&T with the help of Sharmayne. Her patience and expertise let us take advantage of several promotions including free phones, mobile credit, AT&T balance pay off, additional Netflix + Apple TV subscriptions and T-Mobile's home internet plan. Very good experience every time I come in here, the customer service is always attentive and hard working. Was recently in helping my grandfather Walter get set up with a new phone and an employee named Ximena was extremely helpful and nice, highly recommend this place.

We went in to get new phones and possibly update our plan after being away from the states for a few years and Ebony (hope I spelt it right) took care of us. Not only did she take care of us, but it seemed like she was running that entire store. She had a full knowledge on how Tmobile ran and was able to multitask while helping us. It was refreshing to see. At first I thought she was the manager, but after talking to the actual manager and him saying "she's our best" I had to leave a review. If you ever need assistance at this location, ask for Ebony (again I hope I'm spelling it right). You will leave that store feeling good and completely satisfied with what ever you went into the store for. In my opinion, she needs to be a manager! But yes 5 star experience here because of this great woman!

Great experience! We went in on 7-16-24 to add my wife's phone to my existing T-Mobile acct (porting it over from AT&T). Curtis H. was our customer service rep. He was very professional, competent and helpful! He made the process both easy, and a pleasure! Due to his skill and diligence, we were in and out in under and hour, and had the phone switched over in one day! (Please give him a raise!)And give him a stool... he has to stand all day!

Got my T-Mobile yesterday and a very nice and knowledgeable lady named Eboni helped me with the sale. She was very patient with me because I'm not too savvy with tech stuff. Got my product home, set it up and I'm enthused!!! You can't beat $50 (with auto pay) a month for unlimited use. Happy customer! Thanks Eboni!
