Maybe get tow truck drivers that won t cause even more accidents by not knowing how to drive and pulling out in front of you while it s raining. One of your drivers didn t like that this upset me and decided to lay on his horn and speed past me while I was trying to see what your business was. Glad I could see and know who not to trust with my car.

I had accidentally locked my keys in my car. PJ s Towing & Recovery came within the timeframe they said they would arrive to assist me. He tried repeatedly to unlock my car but the anti-theft device would immediately lock the doors again. With a special device he was able to access my keys which were attached to the outside of my purse which was on the seat inside the car. He was able to push the unlock button on the key and unlock the door. It took awhile to unlock the doors but he patiently and skillfully accomplished it. Thank you so much for taking care of that situation and getting me back on the road.

The front desk secretary or dispatch woman at pjs towing was the most helpful person I ve come across as far as customer service interactions go. She is honest about pricing and I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Avis assigned me PJs to help with a flat and a tow. Not only were they very responsive but called me to let me know the details of the service wouldn t work with my needed time frame. Finally they went above and beyond to call later and ensure I got everything worked out with Avis and that I was taken care of! Amazing and above and beyond!

Was so embarrassed I locked my keys in my car! I Called PJ's an spoke to the nicest guy! He scheduled me in at 9:30pm, for 10:00pm.The driver was at my truck in 15-20mins! He was Fast- and Most importantly, He didn't make me feel dumb! Lol. . .Great service, nice guys, did awesome work! I know who to call if I lock my keys in the car again!

PJ's has towed my vehicles several times. Doesn't matter who the driver is, they are always fast, friendly, and understanding. They make not so great experiences into experiences that are at least a little easier to deal with. Every driver I've had has been nice to deal with and a couple have gone out of their way to help me get my cars dropped off for repairs, battery jumped, and they can also help change a tire and probably more. They dispatchers are also great to deal with. Everyone is very professional and easy to talk to. I don't want to have my car towed again, but if I have to, PJ's are the best in the business.

Still would highly recommend for flatbed towing. Didn't end up using their services because my car couldn't get off the emergency break (completely dead computer in a 2021 Subaru Outback). They only had a flatbed at the time and although my car could be put in neutral, the E break prevented the tires from rolling altogether. HOWEVER, their team was great and they did try their best to help me, and I appreciate it!

Exceptional! After wasting over 3hrs waiting for another comp, my ins finally connected me with PJs. They called me right of way to get basic info & provide an accurate ETA. Maddy was our point of contact over the phone and she was super pleasant and knowledgeable. She kept us informed as our hyandai was being picked up and dropped off. They move pretty quickly which was a plus seeing as most tow places take FOREVER! The driver in the tow truck was also SUPER nice and very well mannered. Most towing companies come with attitudes and smart aleck remarks but not this company. They communicate well with each other and the costumers so we all know what's going on. 10/10 would recommend !Service: Special vehicle towing

Great customer service. Polite, provided quote right away, and was able to have someone out in less than the time promised. Driver was extremely knowledgable, and handled the car with care, loading and unloading. TERRIBLE ! Never using again. Only reason I gave one star is because Google doesnt allow zero star. Needed a tow last night around 7 pm. They said they didnt have a driver right now but they could deliver it in the morning around 7 or 8. I agreed since i had already paid. It is 12 pm and the car JUST got delivered. After multiple times calling the front desk lady was rude and said sent a boot legged receipt that looks like it was just typed. Very unprofessional. I used them since my insurance company sent them out through the roadside assistance I pay. Usually on the Allstate app , the map shows where the driver is and the car and how long it will take. They took off the location so I was not able to see where my car was. They had the audacity to give me an attitude just because I kept calling about my car. Obviously I kept calling because my car was left unattended with the keys inside as they suggested. Horrible experience. Waited almost all day. Never again will use them.Service: Car towing

Im so impressed with this place , they were perfect from beginning to end. Andrew treated my truck like it was a 2021 Lincoln Navigator. And I have a 14 year old vehicle. Sudden problem with our alternator after Saturday night dinner at Marie's dinerReferred to PJ's by state farm -Tony arrived promptly....and in good spiritsFriendly. Helpful. Efficient.And nice - to me and my son -On a rainy night.We were gratefulThis is a class act. The sun was in my eyes and I accidentally hit (and jumped) a curb. My two tires on the passenger side went flat. I called AAA and they sent PJ s Towing. The ETA was 4:58. They arrived at 5:15 (not bad. Only a few minutes late so no problem). Their dispatch had called me after I spoke with AAA to get greater details. So I explained my situation. I also asked if I could ride with the tow driver because I had no other way home. I told him how I had a mask and I m fully vaccinated. He stated that I could. When the driver arrived, he asked how I was getting home and I told him that dispatch stated I could ride with him. He stated I couldn t due to the pandemic. I had to call the dispatch back and he called the driver. They allowed me to ride home with the driver and we both wore masks. The dispatch stated they would do it only that time though. I really appreciated that. Since I had no way home at the time. Yes, it was an inconvenience to initially be told one thing by dispatch and another thing by the Driver, but it worked out so I was happy with the service.Service: Local hauling

Simple haul of vehicle across town for repair. Driver was friendly and very professional. Arrived on time, secured vehicle, safe driver and truck was clean. I didn't like the price, but towing isn't cheap and price seemed in line with inflation since the last time I used a tow truck. Auto shop said "they are good guys and cheaper than some of the other places."Service: Local hauling

I had a very pleasant experience with the tow truck driver that picked up my car after a buck jumped on my hood. I wish I would ve asked his name. He took great care in towing my vehicle to the auto body shop. He was very informative and a kind soul. I really appreciate this experience after having a really rough morning. Many thanks.

My experience was pleasant. My tow truck driver Mike was courteous and helpful. He made a stressful day into a bright day. He was knowledgeable and very patient with answering all my questions. Hopefully no time soon I will need a tow, but when I do. I will request Mike. Your awesome... keep up the good work.

Had no problem with their arrival time, the driver's problem solving skills, or their phone manners. Referred by our insurance company.Editing for 2020:. I am giving another thumbs up to PJ's Towing for coming so quickly to our house to tow my husband's car after his battery died. The technician was ultra capable and very quick.

Got my truck stuck in my side yard after it slipped from my steep driveway after a snowstorm. They came out extremely fast and got my truck towed to the top of my driveway so I could safely leave my house. Incredible service. Highly recommended!

After placing a request through my insurance company, I received a call from an individual at PJ s stating that the vehicle keys are needed because his driver is at the location and unable to do the job because the vehicle wheels are turned and the tow truck driver would be unable to position the tow truck without potentially damaging the yard nearby. As he s speaking, I m looking at my cameras and can see that 1. there is no tow truck on the property, and 2. the vehicle wheels are not turned. I relay this information to the PJs employee who retorts that he s only telling me what his driver told him and adds that he also sent a picture of the vehicle at the location real time. I ask for the picture, he says well it s of the back of the vehicle and he can t send it because he s on a land line. So I ask, how can you say the front wheels are turned if the picture is of the back of the vehicle. He becomes indignant and says he doesn t want to answer my questions and go back and forth. I m not sure what the real reason was that they did not want to do the job, but I will never contact this company again and have relayed this horrendous experience to State Farm.

Seldom do you see above average service in the Washington DC area but Chris from PJs provided exceptional service to me and my poor Jetta today. Chris was kind, considerate, thoughtful and so very knowledgeable. My car decided to leak coolant (on one of the hottest days in years!) on my way home from a mud run. Chris took a look under the hood and agreed it needed dealer service. He made sure I was hydrated and cool, the cab of the truck was super clean and well equipped. It was a super smooth long ride to get to my neck of the woods and he treated me just as well as if I were family. Thank you guys so very much! The wait was worth it for stellar service.

My husband broke down in a very dangerous spot. We had a tow truck coming but PJ drove by and saw him. He towed my husband to a safe place free of charge and refused to take any money for his help. Super nice guy! Will definitely be using them in the future.

My daughter and boyfriend broke down on the side of the road, I knew who to call without hesitation. Very quick and responsive. The kids were off the road and vehicle was towed quickly. Great customer service and loyal company. I will always call on PJ s Towing and Recovery!Thanks to them, my worry was immediately gone!

Thank you for PJ's for winching us out of the mud.Estimated 40min to arrive after we had already been waiting for another company for 2 hours and PJ's arrived in 45min. Took only a couple minutes to get us out and we were on our way. Thank you for being responsive, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

I had a flat tire and needed my car to be towed to a tire place that's local. Tony was excellent, friendly, and professional. He made sure to pick up my car in a timely manner. This company is definitely a professional and trustworthy company to do business with. Thanks Tony!

My car battery died and Trey was kind enough to come give it a jump after several of my own attempts failed. I had been told I would probably need a new battery but he got my battery working great in just a few minutes. Couldn't thank him enough for his kindness and willingness to help!
