Amazing service! I went in with a recurring problem (bumper clips on the front of my minivan came loose) that they fixed in just 10 minutes -- and since the problem was so simple, they didn't even charge me. Another place quoted me $140 for the same fix. The team at Forrest Automotive are honest, and clearly are here to help, not just to make a quick buck.

Had my truck towed here due to leaking wheel cylinder. Towing was very responsive! They replaced the leaking cylinder and also took care of some deferred maintenance that would have been trouble for me in the near future. All for a reasonable price, done right, and on time! This friendly, professional group got me back on the road quicker that I anticipated. Keep up the great work!

Had my 05 PT Cruiser rebuilt here and Joe and team were fantastic. I had related for work and was a little hesitant about using a new shop but they were fair, honest and professional. My car is running great with no over-heating! Says a lot for a cruiser. :) And Joe, that check engine light has finally stayed off! Thanks for everything! I highly recommend this location!

My F-150 had a starter go bad, PJ's towing towed my truck to Forrest Automotive and I'm glad they did. They had a new starter installed in no time and my truck back on the road. Could not thank them enough!

Horrible customer service, communication with the customer is nonexistent. Originally went in for a dead battery. My car was kept overnight without prior knowledge. In fact they closed 5 instead of their posted 530 time although I was in constant communication with the owner at 4 about coming to pick up my vehicle. The next day I pick up my vehicle which still is not ready, I was told it would take a half hour "or so" to replace my battery. Once I got my car back, I heard a new noise. I had the original company listen and stated that was not normal and took it right back to these folks who never asked me what I was hearing or to show them. Once I alerted them that they didn't ask me to demonstrate the sound I was hearing, they took another look and came back to say that it was normal, that I probably didn't notice it before.......I've been driving my vehicle for some time now, I should know how it sounds. Now I have to get my car checked again and possibly pay more money to fix what they messed up. Please go here if you love headaches, cause you're guaranteed to have one dealing with the terrible service of Forrest Automotive Group, LLC!

My camper van was towed here late afternoon because it would not start again after I stopped at a restaurant for lunch. Amazingly, they were able to find a new starter and get me back on the road! Great service!

I contacted them about doing some rotors and pads on my car got me in an had my car done within a timely manner. ! Very responsive ! Very nice and trustworthy people ! Definitely recommend them!

I called back in February to see if it would be possible to get a set of Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensors programmed to match the set that were in the car. Explained that they were going to be put on a set of summer wheels in a few months. After the first set I brought in were not able to be programmed, I brought in a different second set that were able to be programmed. Fast forward to now, had the programmed sensors installed and put on the car and they were not reading. Went back and was told that they must have sat away from the car and since they were not in the car that they would need to be reprogrammed. That would have been nice to know the first time that paying to get them programmed was useless since they would just need to be reprogrammed again. They could've told me to come back when the tires were on the car, but instead they had no problem charging me twice for something I should've only needed once.
