My past experience with the service department was exceptional as has been every time I need work done on my vehicle. I appreciate the frequent text messages updating progress on the work being done. Due to supply issues, I also received frequent updates on a part that was delayed. The eta for completion was spot on and the work was done flawlessly. I give the highest possible rating to the service manager, staff and mechanics. They even washed my car after sitting in the pollen which was over the top in my opinion and had it dried and waiting for pickup. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back when the time comes for service again.

Very friendly service! Car and all details of sale handled seamlessly. All employees worked very hard to assist me. I am overwhelmed by the vehicle, the sales and maintenance people, and the sales price. I will do business with Fitzgerald whenever possible. They dont know that my husband car comes here, and noticed that I was treated and payed differently than him. I walked away saying this first experience of mine was less than I expected at a dealership, and therefore I cant return.Update: Thank you for hearing me out and trying to make things right! I appreciate that to the fullest! With all of my vehicles, I am very loyal to a great dealership!!

The mirror was replaced and within 25 minutes it was Non functional. I now have to carve out time to bring the vehicle back. Also the dash of the vehicle not covered by the max coverage not acceptable. A dash is the first thing people see Jeep is only brand I know with a soft dash. It was obviously defective. Not covered. Crazy to me. The staff are very pleasant and helpful

I've been coming to this dealership for many years. It was very dissatisfied with a young lady who was at the counter. She was obviously not experienced. She quoted me to different prices for an oil change. And at the end it was cheaper. When I asked her about an issue with my front window her response was not sure if we can help you out. Then another gentleman came over and I explained to him the situation and he was able to have a solution. Apparently the window needed a new cowl. She first quoted me over $400 for that replacement. Then she changed that price to less than half. When my car was finished I asked about the progress report on the multi-point check. I was told it would be emailed to me. When I checked my emails. I never received it and her response was well. I have been . having problems with my computer but you did need a radiator and I believe it was a break flush. My thought was then why did you not call me and tell me this. Please re-educateher if you plan on using her at the customer service desk as she definitely has no experience

Purchased this vehicle from out of state, 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. My sales lady Donna provided information although minimal. When asked for photos I was provided their website photos when I wanted additional current photos. I proceeded to put a deposit and purchase the vehicle, for the price listed. My attempt to lower or haggle was met with firm no, it is a set price. 2 days later the vehicle was still listed for sale at a price drop!!After the money (full price ) was sent, via Fed Ex I was advised the vehicle was in the shop with a check engine light. I paid for the transport and upon receiving vehicle off the truck, the engine light was still on!!? In addition, no owner manuals with the vehicle. I was advised to read off the stereo, by their manager?? In addition, all four tire sensors were show bad on start up. I then learned of three codes of malfunctions including the vehicle needed a part however they would not advise what. Afyer speaking with manager "Bill" again I was advised the vehicle was covered under warranty. My response was a 2023 59k vehicle should not need to be in the shop requiring parts with multiple failures, worse yet proactively sold as is!After almost a week in the shop, my wife has yet to drive her vehicle, we.learn it needs a new Catalytic Converter and will be at least another 48 to 72 hours before we know when part is available!! This dealership knowingly sold a bad vehicle. Below are photos of the codes from the sales lady.:FOLLOW UP: As you can see I received a response. After several days, it has been a week since the vehicle has been in the shop. I am now told the catalytic converter is coming from out of the country and there is no indication on when it will arrive, as the order hasnt even been processed!!? She further states that no jeep dealer in the USA that may have this part is willing to ship or spare the part??!!! So a $59,400 2023 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland sits at the dealer maintenance garage, right after purchase.FOLLOW UP #2:After several phone calls, the vehicle purchase was canceled. My money was returned based on it knowingly being sold with this issue. I purchased same model actually less miles and upgrade trim from another dealer in Florida. Review to follow in that.

The staff was awesome from the moment we arrived very lively. Jeffrey was awesome but I think we put him in a bad position and myself and my wife should know better at our age that our credit just needs to be fixed. Somehow they worked their magic and put us in a car and not the one that I wanted but the one that was needed so thanks for the save. The FitzWay is awesome. Amii went about and beyond helping us get our 2022 Jeep Gladiator for our business. I told her what we wanted, how we needed it done before we even got there and it took no time at all once we walked in the door. I was worried it would be an all day event but Amii made sure it went Quick! Amii definitely is who you want to go to if you are trying to buy a car. Honestly the whole experience was great there!!! Our experience couldn't have been better. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our salesperson Donna was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Ritter was very upfront and generous with both our trade and pricing. The finance officer was very thorough and friendly, reminding us of incentives we had overlooked. Overall experience was in one word, amazing.

Long time buyers from Fitz starting back in 2013 when I purchased my Ram 3500 from them. Amii Ridgell was my sales associate and looked high and low to find me what I was looking for at a reasonable price.When the time came to look for a vehicle for my daughter and for a replacement vehicle for myself, I reached back out to Amii and she began tracking down options for us to consider. The final two she brought to our attention were both one owner vehicles that had been purchased from them originally and they knew they had been well taken care of and met what we were looking for. They made the entire experience very easy and accommodated our time constraints and other factors to make it easiest on us. Not only did Amii spend a lot of time making sure all our needs were being met, but Mr. Ritter was also very helpful and accommodating to make the experience as painless as possible. I feel we got a great deal on both vehicles and the service after the sale ad follow-up to make sure we are happy with our purchase has been spectacular.7/27/2023 Update:Recently had service done on two of my vehicles and the Service advisor Jim Doucette and team did an excellent job getting my vehicle taken care of and both came back cleaned up and ready to go. Great Job!

I got my Chrylser 300 from here. I let them know I was specifically looking for this vehicle type and they actually called me back to let me know they brought a used one in for me. When I got there to see it, turns out one of the managers had been leasing it (brand new when he did) and had only put about 16K miles on it and brought it in and stopped the lease for me in case I wanted to buy it. I did end up buying it as it was in mint condition (he took very good care of it). The whole buying process was easy and enjoyable. They offered it at a great price (as used even though it was barely used) and did not high ball it at all. I take it here to get it serviced and the oil changes every time I need anything done. They always ask for permission and never just do things to it without telling me. I've had it for about 3 years now and haven't had one thing wrong with it. Runs beautifully. The work prices are great for any mechanically work I have put into it and they will install anything you buy for it, even if it's not from them.I will be buying cars from here for any car I get in the future.

Had engine knock, diagnosed on both sides of engine. Diagnosed quickly, and ensured that this was covered under drive train warranty. Had car back in a day and only cost me the deductible. Awesome job

I showed up as a walk-in, and the team was able to fit my vehicle in!! That rarely happens so I am MOST GRATEFUL!!As ALWAYS, the service team took expert care of my Pacifica, and wonderful care of me. My expenses were market reasonable. I was well taken care of. I can always trust that my parts are genuine and certified and I trust the service work they do. I have never been better cared for.Thank you Fitzgerald Lexington Park.

Jim was very professional and cortious but I was surprised that no one took the time when I came to pick my vehicle up too explain the estimate and the repair that my truck needed. I have worked as a repair shop service advisor myself and it was policy to go over the estimate with the customer, even if they didn't have the repair done. Not good people practices!

I rate my service with C.Abraham as 5 stars she went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for my son in his price range. And 5 big stars to Steve Sloan for his great service and advice with finalizing everything. This team at Fitzauto Mall is great at least with the two I worked with on getting my cars. This is my 3rd time at this location over the yearsgetting 3 cars from here that myself and my two kids purchased and each time Steve Sloan made it happen with his expertise and knowledge in financing. Terrible service department. Took my truck in for what seemed to be a common problem. Hundreds of posts on forums with people experiencing the same issue, and lots of helpful advice showing it was an easy fix. Service writer called me back after a few hours telling me they recognized it's a problem, but it's "in spec" and they weren't going to touch it. When I went to get the keys he gave me a scribbled on website screenshot and kept repeating that I should read the spec sheet . Didn't want to talk about it, just wanted me out the door. My first and only interaction with the place has convinced to never walk through their door again.

I took my 17 jeep renegade in for an oil change and scheduled maintenance. They found other things wrong which I authorized to be fixed. There was a delay in getting parts but I had my Renegade back within 6 days. My only complaint is that I prepaid for everything but when I picked my jeep up they said I owed another $35.00 and couldn't tell me why. The service tech I had been dealing with was unavailable. Also I am used to my jeep being washed and vacuumed but they didn't bother this time.
