Good experience! Almost did not go to this location after reading all the reviews, but it was close to work so I thought I would try. I had all the documents in order that was needed in order to get new title and tags. Everything was handled in a short amount of time and professionally. May have cost a little more than going to the MVA, but the quick service was worth it.

Saw some bad reviews. But had a fine experience. They charged me $100 for my new motorcycle title, $60 for excise tax, $20 for electronic registration fee, and their $50 fee for processing with them. TOTAL WAS $231. I would recommend any day over having to wait 2 months for an appointment at the MVA during the corona virus mess.

I would like to apologize to Anthony Rojas and Dan Holmes for the unacceptably service you received at Fast Stop Tag and Title. As the owner of Fast Stop Tag &Title our goal is to always help the customer, reviews like your are upsetting to me as the owner. I understand how you felt and am sure I would feel the same way. I will be addressing this with my employee and take necessary action should this continue. Again I am sorry your experience was unsatisfactory.

When I arrived there was a sign saying that they were closed I called and a woman answered and said they were open like I was crazy.The woman there told me I couldn t renew my registration early. I went to the one in Leonardtown and when I asked if I could renew my registration early she looked at me crazy and told me to go to the kiosk I had no problem renewing it early.

Twice have been turned away only to drive to Leonardtown with the same paper work to waste time. Go to tag and title in Ltown. They wont ask for unnecessary paper work. They know how to get you in and out same day. NEVER going to this location again. Would leave more bad reviews for each bad experience if I could, but I need to go slap new tags on my new car.

Keep to your posted times/schedule. Making customers wait for 10 minutes for your smoke break, only to provide little to no help is unprofessional and a waste of people s time. Customer service is key to a successful business. Posted sign says 1:30 pm. Service with an attitude, 1:41pm on 7 May 2020. Thanks for nothing.

Workers weren t wearing masks. Got turned away with no help. Called Leonard town tag and title and they helped me right away. May have just been a bad day at the office, but won t be registering my vehicle here. Waste of my time and moderate risk of getting covid. Hope things improve.

Used this place for the first time today and had a very good experience. They (like all these places) charge a 5% fee to pay by credit card but I knew this and paid with cash.. There's another local tag agency that I called and I found their fees to be quite a bit more. Will use again.

Great service, fast and friendly people, beats the MVA anyday.....i definitely recommend this office and the other location in leonardtown. They are always helpful in anything you need plus they help you fill out your documents and make sure everything is correct. I will be going to them for all my future vehicle needs
