Had a great experience with this caliber location! Everyone was super sweet and very informative! I was kept in the loop during the whole process and even got my car back early when I told them I would be leaving for vacation on the original pick up date! Car was perfect and just like new when I got it back! Highly recommend

Every person I spoke with at caliber was so friendly and accommodating. They got my car in a week before I thought I would be dropping it off and they finished in 8 business days, even faster than the insurance estimate. They made a stressful situation so much better and listened to my complaints about the insurance company! Wayne did a great job on the body work/paint on my 2019 Corvette! Chris kept me informed on the daily progress of my repairs and making sure I got my "baby" back spotless! The entire process was very quick and easy! I was updated each week on the progress and the work done is perfect. Can't tell that there was ever damage! The staff I interacted with was very friendly and explained all of the after care steps. Thank you!

I was referred to Caliber Collision by a friend. They are very professional and friendly with their customer service. The work on my vehicle is top notch. I can't even tell it was in an accident. It runs like new and the painting they did is a 100% match. Just under $11,000 worth of damage and the vehicle looks brand new. If ever need be I will be a return customer and will definitely refer my friends and family. Thank you all TEAM Caliber Collision, JOB WELL DONE.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Staff kept me informed via text message about progress. Caliber Collision was top notch in their repairs and their communication. Every employee, specifically Chris, the service tech was extremely thorough. His communication and customer service was outstanding. Karen at the front was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The gentleman in the sales office was very accomadating offering refreshments. Please extend my appreciation to all.

My car got hit in a parking lot, and state farm recommended Caliber to get my car fixed. I was hesitant, as I've never used anyone but service king, but they were amazing to work with! They gave me daily updates, and an accurate pick up date! They are super helpful and professional, always willing to check out any of your concerns and go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied! Highly recommend them if you are in a bind!

I was in an accident May 1, 2021. Long story short, two cars hit in front of me and the truck in front of me went into a spin as he lost his front driver wheel/tire and axle and all came flying at me and took out the front driver side of my 1 year old 2020 Chevy Blazer. (Her name is Space Jamz.) This was the first accident I have ever been in with my personal car and I was more upset and concerned about my car because out of the three vehicles involved, I was the only one that wasn't totaled. 3 days later after my Blazer was towed to Caliber Collision, I went out to meet my insurance adjuster and was happy to find out that Caliber assigns 'case managers' for auto accidents. I was blessed to work with Jamal Chase. Jamal kept me informed every step of the way with text updates every couple of days. The initial repair took about 6 weeks. I had to go back a week after getting my Blazer back b/c the rear driver tire was losing air. They took a look at and found a nail and were about to repair it! I had to go back a few times to get a few accessories put on after they came in. He had some order issues with some parts during the whole repair time, but he was honest about it at every update. But every time I went back, Jamal was very professional and entertained my random questions/concerns. Jamal took great care of my Space Jamz and she drives just as she did before the accident and I feel safe. Thank you Jamal and Caliber Collision for making this process easier than I thought it would be. Horrible place never take your car here. They had my car for 4 months and I have scratch s all over my car door, the bottom of my door looks horrible a two year old could ve painted better. No one has return my phone calls.

I went here to get my bumper's paint fixed after somebody rolled into me at a light. They did an awful job on the paint the first time around and the second time around there was still paint and additional plastic damage on the outside and inside where my taillights were pried off with a screwdriver. My car's brand new and I'm still paying it off, they gave me more problems than I had initially with the accident. I recommend paying extra to go to a good place than settling for here. I regret going with insurance instead of pushing for my own choice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have an 8 scratch / gash on the side of my truck bed. I ve gone to 3 shops before this one and the highest estimate I received was $1,300. This place sent me an estimate for $2.300. I highly recommend you go to 2 guys, Leonardtown collision or almost anyone else before these guys. Also, they re the only one that wouldn t do a walk-in estimate. I had to make an appointment for 10 mins of their time that was a week after I wanted it.

Caliber Lexington Park MD was extremely helpful and diligent in keeping me updated during my vehicle repair.
