Dealt with Preston while purchasing a battery. Both Preston and Alyssa stepped up immediately and had me in and out in 2-3 minutes. Excellent customer service and they know their products!!

Justin N. and Anthony F., who work at the Leonardtown AutoZone, provided expert automotive advice and probably saved my several hundred $$, if I had gone to the local Toyota dealership. I came by twice to get assistance regarding electrical problems with my 4Runner. On the second visit to look for more parts--Justin came out to my car and executed troubleshooting my issue. Within 90 seconds of troubleshooting, the problem was solved, and it did not cost me a thing. It's this type of expertise, professionalism and willingness to help (if able due to customers in the store), which will keep me coming back to this AutoZone. Well done fella's and thank you.

Huge thank you Melissa the first person I talked to for today about my car issues first thing in the morning and to the Store Manager Tyrell T, and Store Associate Anthony F. for accommodating me when I came in person due to my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek Headlights issues eventhough I came in the store quite late but they have been very helpful and welcoming and thorough through the process. Come visit their branch often. Thanks again guys! Hope you'll get good reviews often! Thanks for fixing my one- eyed jack Frank(my car)! Yes! I named my car! Keep up the good work and thank you all for all you do!

4 Oct 22 Charles was very helpful. I had gotten some Duralast wiper blades, but they wouldn't fit my Jeep. I brought them in and was lucky enough to find Charles. He verified they didn't fit, and not only exchanged them for some bosh wiper blades (and took care of the price delta) but also installed them too. You can't ask for better than that. Five Stars!

5-Star customer service from Charles! He is not only very knowledgeable, but he was very friendly and definitely went the extra few miles to help me out. He was very helpful in helping me find what I needed fast and he also offered to install my item as soon as he rang me up, which I took him up on. Autozone Lexington Park has a real winner with Charles! I will definitely be back!

we thought we knew what we were doing! Charles H. came to our rescue. it may only be a windshield wiper, but if it comes off during a down pour, that was a problem! Charles took the time to be sure we had the correct wiper and installed it. them asked then asked me to use the washer mode to test it ( don't want to scratch the glass, need to use the wash) . thanks Charles. Great job.

I already wrote a review on yelp and now I m writing one here . Charles H went above and beyond to help us out , he was kind and he did more then was required by him to help us . I am very grateful . And I highly recommend him , he is very knowledgeable

Charles, Terrayl, & Dylan were extremely helpful. I needed my windshield wipers replaced and my friend s car was not starting. Charles helped me find exactly what I needed. Dylan did a wonderful job installing my wipers & Terrayl helped my friend figure out what steps to take next to fix her car. Overall, we both had a wonderful experience and will be back for our car needs.

Great customer service.Came for a new car battery. I was helped by Charles at the register, who installed it while showing me each step in the process as he went along. Friendly and incredibly helpful.

I got a dashboard message that my brake light was out on my truck. I do happened to be passing an AutoZone so I parked and YouTubed what needed to be done to change it. Looked easy enough for me to do, great! I walk into Autozone and am greeted promptly by Ace. He looks up what I needed and whatever popped up on his computer had him pull the manager. The manager tells me it says I can t service it and that it has to go to a dealer. I explain to him that this isn t true and how I d just watched a man on YouTube just change his own and I d called my dad whom is a mechanic. He doesn t want to hear what I m saying BUT Ace does. He takes me to my truck and takes a look. I show him where, per YouTube, it should be and what should be done. Well what do you know, Ace had that bulb out in under a minute. We go match it, pay and he popped it in. I tried to pay him many times but he refused. I explained to him why this visit was EXTRA special. It s because he could have taken the word of his manager and sent me out the door but he didn t. Even if it was to humor me he checked anyways and it was a success. I appreciate him so much!! This gentleman is definitely an asset to the company! Thank you again Ace!!!

I was having trouble to start my car because of I couldn't figure out my ignition key. The person I believe Mr.Tyllone was ready to go home but he staying helping me until solve the problem and other employee came and helped as well. Very impress service , kindness to stepping out to help customer. Thank you so much.

So I have been coming here for some years. They always have good friendly service and military discounts are always a plus. I was able to get my car battery changed out by Tyrese who was very helpful. All my information was in the computer which makes everything that much easier. I come here for everything car related and even if I have a question. Their prices are always reasonable and they usually have a special running so you can save some money. Also, the autozone card is a plus since so many purchases will go towards a discount later. I will keep coming here and if anyone needs an auto parts place to go, i will direct them to this one.

It's better than your average parts store. Hardly anyone that works at auto parts stores actually work on cars anymore. But the people there will let you use your knowledge and help you find your part.

I'll give this location a great mills of five solely because of all the helpful people here in the main is Mike F. And then what he was talking about was able to give me what I needed and quickly at that... Will definitely stop here again

No customers in store the employees didn't want to help me find the right fluid please improve very disappointed never have I ever been treated this way at any of your location!
