Was having issues with a tire. Made an appt online for 9:00am 2/24/24. Staff was very efficient. Turned out I had a nail in it. They were able to replace it. Was back on the road before 10:00am. Thank you to the staff member that took care of it all for me! Would recommend Mr. Tire in Leonardtown

I installed brakes incorrectly on my vehicle and I brought to them because I wasn't able to get the air to bleed, they advised for every step before proceeding, diagnosed and flopped the sides the calipers were installed to correct the issue. $500 in total isn't awful for diagnostic, all the calibers and a second brake bleeding. Honest, clean work, and very quick. They didn't even give me a hassle about it being lowered or aftermarket.

I made an online appointment for 8am, I arrived about 7:50am, I was told by the front desk that "his guy wasn't in yet" I asked what time he expected him, he said not sure and that there was someone ahead of me. He told me I could wait or come back. I asked what time I should come back, he said 9am. I left, returned about 8:50am and was told not only was one guy in but both mechanics were in and my truck would be looked at in a few minutes. AN HOUR LATER...., so 10am, they finally pull my truck in to look at it. 45 mins later they tell me they want to change all 4 of my O2 sensors. I figured thats what it would need. But the charge was going to be $900. Are you kidding me?!?! The parts alone without a mechanics discount is $120. I know because I ended up buying them off 1AAuto. The labor time on that job at worst is about 20 mins. But, let's round up to an hour....So you're telling me Mr Tire charges about $650 per hour for labor?? C'mon. I will be sure to echo this review on every website I can. Not only was my online scheduled 8am apt not honored, I also had to wait 2 and half hours on top of that to have your shop try and scam me out of $900. Worst shop in the area. Horrible service. Oh and the mechanic also said he "added the military discount to it" First of all I never mentioned anything about military service, and if that's how your business tries to "respect" the military, I feel bad for the rest of the people they scam on a daily basis.

They were fantastic to work with! I was having tire pressure issues and they found that I had a nasty nail in one of them. Even though they didn t have my tire available in stock or at the warehouse, they directed to where I could purchase them on line (including what exact tire I should get) and when they arrived there, they were extremely quick to replace them for me. I would highly recommend!

Beware. Scheduled service to install new tires / wheels. They couldn t complete the service on first visit during normal business hours because the tire guy wasn t there. Had to reschedule and visit a second time. Post install learned that they never checked the tire pressures during install. Ended up being a safety issue / hazard as 3 of the tires were over inflated to 80psi (max rated tire pressure) and 1 was under inflated to 28psi (well below OEM recommended). They also had no idea how to setup the TPMS so I had to take truck back to dealer anyway. Don t waste your time or risk the safety of your family because of this incompetent service. Already reported to Tire Tack to remove as a Preferred / Trusted Installer.

The new manager is awesome. My tires and brakes were in desperate need of needing to be done. I was there for 2 hours but my car was completed for it to have been front brakes and 4 tires. All in all I m happy with the purchase. Highly recommend this place.

Hello everyone I just left the shop and man I tell you Seth is that dude!! he got me back on the road in no time and I must say my truck looks wonderful. I had to go with a different set of rims and tires but he hooked me up and I m very appreciative. This shop is A1 in my book!! Definitely recommend

DO NOT have your car serviced here!!!!I needed my brakes replaced so I brought my car here on a Saturday morning after making the appointment the Sunday before. They had my car from Saturday-Wednesday.. I picked it up Wednesday and the brakes were absolutely not bled properly so I called and spoke with James. I brought it back that night because I could not drive it to work and to drop my infant off at daycare as it was not safe. Thursday comes and they said they fixed the problem okay so I pick it up. Still the same issue. Friday morning I call to speak with Bobby the manager and he is unwilling to help or give any discount for this issue. He did say I could bring my car back Saturday but I honestly do not even want them touching my only vehicle anymore. Never again will my family or I get our vehicle serviced here.

So happy with my experience today! I called to set up an appointment for an oil change and the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They squeezed me in today. My tire pressure sensor was broken and they fixed it complimentary. Awesome service! Definitely will be back!

If you value your life or your wallet DO NOT go to Mr Tire. Paid for a new brake job: rotors, calipers & pads. When the car was picked up the brakes were worse felt like the car was driving over boulders when braking. Tried three different times for them to fix the problem. They wanted to charge more money to fix them because they claimed they were fine & they also charged for bogus services. Fourth time I requested to have the mgr test drive the car with me. He said he would fix the car with new rotors & pads. The day after getting them fixed the brakes weren t working and had to press them to the floor to stop. Brought the car to Hill Auto for service and they found a pinhole leak in the brake line and said the car is too dangerous to drive. Very suspicious! If I could honestly rate them it would be negative stars for the time, frustration and worry.

Removed my tire (to avoid the cost of removal and re-installation) and took it there to fix a simple "nail in tread" slow leak. It was $36.49 ... did not ask for anything but "get the nail out and plug the leak". In the past, it was a $10 to $15 charge ... I guess new management brings new pricing.And you'd think that after spending $36.49 for 10 minutes worth of work (yes, I've plugged leaks before ... it's 10 minutes ... and that's almost $219 per hour), they would take the tire out and put it INTO (not onto ... just into) the car ... nope ... would they bring the tire out to you? ... nope ... All I heard was "Tires in bay 1". So I had to go out into the bay, get the tire, and roll it out to the car. Under old management, I took all my suspension work there that I didn't want to do ... no longer ... I'll find a new place.

Favorite mr tire location for sure, they always can squeeze me in, even for same day appointments. Tom is always helpful and a delight to talk to and he always offers to show me the problems on my car. Came by for the convenience, stayed around for Tom

The Manager Rick; was very honest and helpful. He fixed an issue that may have been impossible otherwise. When the location's Alignment Tech was called away for an emergency; he was quick to act to obtain an alternate Tech from another location. Both he and his Tech; nicknamed "Q" were both the reason why I would return here for my routine maintenance again.

Although he was the only person in the shop, Thomas was able to take care of my oil change and tire rotation on time. He was very professional and answered the questions that I had for him. I will definitely be back for my automotive needs!

Rarely give reviews, but these guys are great! Really professional service. I took my vehicle in for a state inspection and they were very helpful in explaining why it didn t pass and how to fix it. I try to do most of my own maintenance, but will come back for stuff I can t do. Thanks again!

I've never had a bad experience at this location! Good people, hard working and you definitely leaving feeling they care about your issues. Limited knowledge of cars can leave a customer feeling out of element but they do their best to do good by the customer. I'll definitely continue to bring my cars to them whenever I'm at a loss. Both Zeth and Zena were extremely helpful for my service today!

The team at Mr. Tire are great. Sean one of the managers always is able to get me in anytime I call. I have been using there services for over 6 years and have no reason to stop. They always call you and make sensible recommendations not the ones that are nice to have. Also are very Military friendly and provide discounts any day of the week. So if you need some work completed on your car give them a call and set it up.

Matt and the entire team were super friendly! I felt like I was with family when they were looking at my vehicle. They told me exactly what I needed and went over email them paperwork thoroughly. I will definitely choose the Leonardtown Mr Tire for all my vehicle services from now on!!

I had an appointment for 11:30 for a simple oil change and was told it would be an hour and a half so I left to run errands and came back around 2:30 to pick my car up and they hadn t even worked on it yet, which wasn t an issue as long as I would get my car back the same day. While waiting I inquired about the price of getting 4 new tires put on my car , plus I still had to buy 2 more tires before I could and Seth was so helpful and worked with me to get me a great deal to buy the remaining 2 tires from them plus to put my 2 new ones I had one, and they did an alignment and an oil change for a little over $400. Exceptional service and they go above an beyond to help me understand exactly what was going to be done with my car and the price breakdown. Great deal for everything I had done and will definitely be returning for future maintenance

I have been a customer for many years and staff is always friendly and accommodating. Mr. TIRE provides honest and good service and attend to your problems right away. Today j walked in to have my oil changed, the person behind the counter, my first time to meet him, very courteous and I was surprised, when he accommodated me right away. Mr Tire is customer oriented company. More power to the company.

Awesome tire shop. Needed a new spare tire for my F350. Dropped off rim and picked up new tire and rim same day. Great service and customer care from both guys in the front and in the back. Thanks guys for the help. Price was competitive and they even cleaned up the bead on the rim.

Today, Eric and Ryan both serviced my vehicle.They removed the nail from my 2017 Chevy Malibu tire and then filled the whole left from it all within 20 minutes. Both of these gentlemen were very polite and timely. I would recommend their services to anyone I know, couldn t be more grateful for these two getting my car back on the road today.

I do not reccomend to anyone. I did not appreciate their forceful service. I only came in for a oil change. They were trying to convince me to add other services that I did not need done to my vehicle. I only needed a oil change. When I came back to pay for my oil change they claimed I needed air filters and other things that already had been done on my vehicle. The young lady who assisted me only gave me a discount so I can give her a review so unprofessional. Mr. Tire needs to do better when it comes to satisfying their customers. I would not come back again

Great customer service. Zena, the assistant manager, was very pleasant and helped me sort through various coupons I had with me that Mr. Tire had on their website. Seth, the manager, called to explain additional work I was hoping I wouldn't need, but he also told me about services that I could delay for the future. I really appreciated that. Will return.

Brought car in for tire losing air each day. They couldn't find the leak. Charged me $55. Tire still flat every morning. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place.

Just want to give a big shout out to the guys at this shop. Ran into some trouble with a flat tire and was desperate to be seen. Scheduled an appointment at the Lexington park location but they were unable to see me at my scheduled time. Gave leonardtown location a call and got seen almost immediately despite the heavy workload. Brandon was extremely helpful to me and accommodated my every need. Very thankful for everything Brandon has done for me. And very pleased with the work that the guys in the shop do. Overall, Brandon s willingness to help me, outstanding customer service, and quality work I ll definitely be getting future work done on my car here at this location.
