I just bought a 2018 Ford Fiesta from Leonardtown Ford. I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with this business. My salesman, William Zander was super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. This is the first car I've ever gotten from a dealership so I was pretty nervous, but he made it simple and I didn't feel like I was being pressured for the sale. He has checked in with me to make sure everything was going well with the car and has answered any questions I've had. They even worked with me on my down payment and held the car for me until I received my tax return! I would 100% recommend Leonardtown Ford and William Zander to anyone and will return when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle!

We have been driving our new car for a week now and it has been a dream. Didn t think this was even possible with our small down payment and high mileage trade in. But here we are with practically a brand new car. We love it and couldn t be happier. Thank you so much Will and staff there at Leonardtown Ford for making our Christmas wish a reality! I went for my scheduled apt and was told that it should have been a drop off service instead of a waiting service. When I explained to the gentleman checking me in, it was my only vehicle, and I had to wait he said they'd do what they could. He was a bit rude about it.After about an hr wait they came and told me my car was done. I don't feel like they addressed my electrical issue at all, and it just seemed like they waited an hr, came and got me, and said they were done with no real diagnostics done on my car.When I started asking questions about the electric diagnostic and why they weren't able to find the issue and what to do next, they didn't have any answers for me. So basically, they charged me for an hours labor rate to do a diagnostic electric issue and then had no answers for me and sent me on my way.I will not be going back here again. The whole experience was shady.

I was in the market for a pre owned vehicle, and Jeff was able to provide me with the perfect one that fit all my wants and needs plus some in my new vehicle. The finance team was amazing. They answered all my questions very clearly and professionally and made the process less overwhelming. I ve had some not great experiences in the past dealing with other dealerships NOT ASSOCIATED with Leonardtown Ford, and my experience here very much made up for that.Thanks again Jeff! Was looking for a 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat, but none were available. I provided my build information and William Zander (my sales representative) conducted a search for an existing 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat and was able to locate one with almost all of the options that I was interested in. Also found the exact interior and exterior colors that I was looking for. William was very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of my automotive and finance questions and made the whole truck buying experience easy and seamless.

Bought a car back in Sept. have yet to receive my title (it's now Dec) because Leonardtown Ford has not submitted the current title to the MVA. They do not return phone calls, when asking how they intend to find a resolution to the problem, they created. This is above and beyond the fact that I had to sign all of my paper work twice, because they made up an address for me on the first set of paperwork. When I left the lot, the used car I purchased had less then a half of tank of gas. The car I traded in had more gas then the one I purchased. My opinion just don't, the headaches and hassles are not worth it, go somewhere else.
