4/7/2024, first time @ Valvoline Center. received good customer service & explaining recommend services for Honda :), in which I agreed too. This location can service various car makes & models. I was treated very kindly. Definitely recommend.

I frequent this location for all my oil change needs. I came to the location this week. I was able to get both of my cars service within a hour time span. They always provide excellent service. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient.

On April 4, 2023 I went to have my oil change at this place. I do most of the work on my car myself. I use Valvoline oil for decades. I was out of town and needed it change. First time, in a 100K miles I had someone change the oil. I had a Motorcraft oil filter, they would not use it. Not happy about that. Got home and looked. They put on a generic white oil filter on MAD!!! Now I wonder what grade of oil they put in. I called the store, I explain my complaint to the person, they did not say a word. I said Guess you do not care either and hung up. Paid $81 for a bad oil change. I made a mistake.

I ve come here plenty of times. But today was the worst. I waited at a bay for an hour then instructed to pull up to the garage. The other car left but they never opened the garage door. A tech comes out to tell me that if I want an oil change I have to move from the first to the last bay and wait behind several other cars that arrived after me. I left because that s TERRIBLE customer service. If there was an issue they should ve informed us before we waited that long.

Was visiting MD and had a quick stop at valvoline for oil change . I always like the ease of oil changes with valvoline . The drive in concept is great . Went early in the morning and the wait time wAsnt bad . Had to wait only 5 mins to get in. Oil change took some time . Very courteous service . I m just skeptical about the costs . I always change oil in valvoline and I do not know the outside costs . It costed me 150$ for oil change and a filter . They showed me a filter and said to change it . Since I wasn t sure of filter life , I asked them to replace . Apart from the cost , I just love valvoline and it s service . Thumbs up

This is my favorite oil change spot. They are the most respectable, easy to work with, and courteous people ever. I know I can count on them to be honest and to help me get the best deal for whatever I need for my vehicle. I really don t go anywhere else unless I have to. Keep up the great works!

I can not be more pleased with the Friendly, professional, informative service I received.Rasheed Top notch and the crew the young men doing the oil change and filling the fluids and tires amazing and so friendly. I really appreciate them taking out my filters while I could see them and showing me what they look like. I will be definitely this my place for future services.Service: Oil change

Elkin was such a great, great help! I went to Valvoline yesterday around 5:30pm, which was a last minute appointment for me. Elkin provided the best customer service that you do not see everyday. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and got us in-and-out in no time. Impeccable customer service! This is now my go-to place for oil change. Thank you, Elkin! :-)

Service was fast. Staff was friendly and informative. I see people complaining about prices sometimes. Yes its cheaper to do some of this stuff yourself but when you don't have time it is better to get it done right and fast. I would recommend again and again. Only gripe is cabin filter replacement is high they should come down a little $20-$25 is reasonable. Still 5 star service with a smile.

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change. The process is quick and efficient and I love staying in the car. The employees are also nice and friendly. So much so that they re usually able to easily upsell their other services

I bring one of my vehicles here for a full service oil change.Great staff, I love the drive in-part and stay-in-vehicle.I just recommend that the Techs actually do a full inspection of vehicle and actually re-fill the fluids.But great job! Thanks alot!

Superb, lightning fast customer service! Ask for Andy!Went there to change my transmission fluid, they had all the materials in stock and a handy machine to simultaneously pump exchange the fluid. Less than 30 minutes and I was on the road again.Andy even let me poke my head underneath the hood and badger him with questions which he answered politely and knowledgely.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have protect my car extended warranty plan so I get free oil changes and tire rotations. Of course, they took forever to answer but the mechanics kept calling and waited patiently until picked up for approval. I usually go to the dealership and trust they never take the time to call a wait so that I'm not coming out of pocket for something that is free. The service here was great and I will definitely be back.

The guys were really nice, and I appreciate that it's all stream lined. I know mom&pops are great, but this was so quick and trustworthy and I know there's no way they can change up the price on me! If you just need a quick change, this is the easiest way.

Quick and pleasant visit. I feel the quality here is much better than other drive thru oil change places. I call ahead to inquire prices and they sent me a $10 coupon to my phone to use that day. And I got a discount on my cabin filter. Now that was awesome!!

The workers here are very respectful. I had an issue with my last service and the manager Khalil handled it quickly and professionally. He spoke calmly and intelligently about the process of the service I received and was able to identify what needed to be fixed. I always come to this location because I feel like the guys here are honest and reliable. Thank you all.

No matter the time of day, busy or slow, these guys are alway courteous and giving nothing but smiles through out the service. Even worked with me to figure out best steps of service for my car and my pocket before starting work. It is always a positive for me when you can go somewhere and be able to have a genuine conversation with part/all of that business team.

What an amazing experience. The people here are so generous and pleasant. It doesn t feel like a grimey auto shop that tries to take advantage of you because they assume that you don t know anything about cars. They re so transparent about the pricing and just really had an overall great vibe. Also, did I mention how quick they were? In and out within about 25 minutes. It was such a great experience. I tell any and everyone that will listen to come here if they need an oil change or some basic car maintenance. Thanks again and I will always come here moving forward!
