Great crew with attention to detail. Installed a Curt Class III hitch on my 21 Mach-E. The cuts that had to be made to make room for the hitch look factory and it does the job that its intended for. Fair price, fast service, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for your accessory needs.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great work! This week I had the pleasure of coming to Truck'n America to have some running boards installed on my Telluride. Mark was very accommodating and so was Craig (I think that was his name). They truly went above and beyond to provide A+ service during my visit with them. I haven't been there yet. I called for information pertaining to buying a tonneau cover for my RAM 1500. They answered the phone quickly. They explained everything to me and gave me the ballpark figure I was asking for. Headed there next week to get it installed. I'llupdate this review after that.

I excitedly purchased a hitch for my mini-van thinking I could install it myself. After a couple of tries, I discovered It would be much easier to just pay a hitch-install company to help me out. I called Truck'n America on Saturday afternoon, explained my dilemma. They confirmed I had purchased the correct hitch, and got me an install appointment for Monday afternoon. They were very pleasant on the phone. I pulled up on Monday for the install and was greeted in the parking lot by a happy employee. I showed them my hitch and the parts, and in 30 minutes they were done. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and I couldn't be more happy that I can finally get a bike hitch mounted and take the family bikes on a trip. The price for install was unbeatable. I should have taken it here to begin with. Next time I need a hitch or something they might carry, I would definitely visit them again. It was a great experience. Thank you, Truck'n America!

I came in to get my B&W 5th wheel hitch fixed and the team at Truckin America did me right! They were the only place I could find in the area that advertised B&W 5th wheel installs on their website.I dropped it off Monday for a Tuesday morning appointment and they called before I had finished my coffee to say it was done. And it was significantly under what I was expecting to pay! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Craig from Truck n America if you re looking for a new trailer! I went there last weekend looking for a quote. He helped me compare brands, prices, and features included with the trailers they had available. Craig then took me outside and showed me several different options available and answered all of my questions. I picked out a trailer that I wanted to buy, so he detailed it and had it ready for pickup but last minute I changed my mind after realizing I needed something with different rails. Without hesitation he helped locate another trailer from a separate branch location and had it delivered in less than 48hrs. He even went above and beyond by installing some equipment onto the trailer I had already purchased, which was awesome because I was recovering from a surgery and unable to do it myself. That same day I drove off with my brand new Belmont 6x12 utility trailer thanks to him!! 10/10 would recommend

Excellent work, fair prices, AMAZING customer service. They installed a tow hitch and towing wire harness to my suv. It was completed within two hours and the finished product is perfection. The employees were so friendly and informative. I also witnessed them talking to a non-English speaking family with patience and kindness. Yes this is important! Because of all this, I m referring everyone to this place!!! Wow. This place. Bravo! Thank you for being great!

I worked with Craig Goetz. He explained options of the various truck covers and never was a hard sell. Appreciated that. The work was done quickly and neatly. I plan to use them to all my truck needs going forward. I bought the tri fold trailfx

I was so very pleased with the service that I received at truck n America. I had the pleasure of working with Craig and his team and the entire process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. I got color LED lights installed on my jeep wrangler. The install was both clean and quick and the customer service was superior to say the least. All future Jeep modifications will be done here and I will be bringing the rest of my jeep club this way as well thanks Craig for a job well done!

installation of new ladder rackThe mechanics did a good job and were nice, the salesman at the store when I made the appointment was very nice and that's why I chose them, but when they finished the job today there was a different person at the reception who was really not nice, tried to increase the price we closed on by a lot, and gave me a bad feeling,They lost a customer

I was referred to Truck n America in Laurel, MD to pick up a seven way adapter to be able to tow an RV that I just purchased. I worked with Mark who checked out my connections which I thought were fine but he let me know that they were not functional which saved me a 3 1/2 hour long trip before picking up the RV only to find out that I wouldn t be able to tow it home. I took my car back to the dealer for them to properly fix the connection again. I then came back to Truck n America and Mark and his team were happy to check the connections again and even offered to mount my adapter on the spot. The service was top-notch and very accommodating. Thank you to Mark and the team.

Do NOT trust them to inspect anything. I had them inspect my brakes and repack my bearings on a used trailer. I was told the brakes were in great shape. On the first trip out, discovered a nut from the passenger side brake loose in the drum and causing damage to the brake. The entire brake assembly had to be replaced. I brought this to the manager, Mark, who was of zero help and incredibly rude. Will never go back and will not recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Truck'n America. We went in looking for a used cap because we had a short time frame to meet and couldn't order one in time. They tried to assist us with finding the popular Dodge cap, even from competitor's. When we finally found one, they got us right in to get it all hooked up rather quickly. At check out time they didn't charge us a penny. Top knotch customer service!

Somehow my frame mounted hitch cracked on my Chevy 2500 leaving me 1500 miles from home. Called these guys and it was smooth sailing from the first initial contact to the installation. There prices are definitely the best. Craig really took care of me and his customer service is top notch!

I ve been to Truck n America in Laurel a few times now. Mark, the owner, has always provided the most honest and accurate pricing for everything I ve ask his team to install on my F150. Ive referred all my friends and family to his shop and they have all had a great experience. I will continue to use his crew with all my future modifications and would direct anyone who needs anything from a second opinion on modifications to installing custom aftermarket mods

This review is for the Westminster store...From my first phone call to set an appointment to my arrival to have the work done, each person I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. They had the parts I needed on hand and ready. They set my expectations about how long the work would take so I could plan the rest of my day. The work was done professionally and on time. From this experience, I would highly recommend them.

Just wanted to say I had the best experience with a this business today. I needed to install a hitch on my vehicle and after researching 3 places, I ended up at Truck N America in Laurel. They were amazing from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy and the gentleman was so polite, it took the time I was quoted and the work was great quality.

I bought a new car up the street and needed a tow hitch installed. The dealer referred me to Truck'n America. Called them right away and spoke with Craig. He said he could order the hitch and have it installed within a couple of days and gave me the price right away. Took my car there and they had it installed within 20 minutes! I was in and out. Very friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Thank you!

The mechanic who worked on my car was professional and kind. The price was really reasonable and he worked quickly. I had to bring both of my children (under 7yo) with me so I was worries about how long it would take. I didn t need to worry. My hitch receiver works great. Thanks for your great work.

Excellent service from the front desk to the installers. They did an excellent job selling & installing the tonneau cover on my GMC pickup. I was in/out within a hour & showed me the operations of the cover & answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, I am moving out of state the 1st of the year, but may drive back from NC if I need anything else from them. I highly recommend them for any of your truck needs.
