Traemf America LLC is a one stop shop for your all auto repairs. I have been dealing with them since 2005 and I have no cause to regret my dealing with them. Good customer service and dependable professional repairs. I had a knocked engine about a year ago and the engine was replaced at Traemf. I have been using my car without any problem since then. I went in today for an inspection. The staff were friendly and helpful. My car was taken in fairly quickly. I was walked through the process. The one item I needed to fix was pointed out to me (windshield issue) and they suggested I shop for the solution (and told me of a couple of shops in the neighborhood I could use). Unlike my past experiences at other shops, these guys were polite, professional, did not push to make a sale or purposely look for issues to take a dollar out of my pocket. I'm grateful I found this shop.

I came in for a ��tune up�� simple spark plug change to enhance performance of my car and they damaged my car! My car was there for a week and they couldn t fix it! They are very incompetent and unprofessional.Please save yourself the heartache and money and never come here for any repairs what so ever. All they do are inspections and NO MORE.The car was in working condition when it was brought into their shop but after they were done with the ��repair�� smoke was coming out the car and it was vibrating like crazy. They said this is the best that they can do and claim the car is fixed.if I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY CAR REPAIRS, ONLY INSPECTIONS!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Auto maintenance

Traemf America deserves zero stars, unprofessional is a start. I had to be subject to being called pretty and asked why I did not have a husband to take care of my car, as a woman I had to be nice because I was concerned for my safety. I arrived at 11:00am and my car was still in the bay repair area after 5:00pm. Was charged $80 to install spark plugs the warranty online states 12 months or 12,000 miles on repair I was that did not apply to the repair service I had done. I should gone to the dealership instead; huge lesson learned. My time spent at this place I will never get back. They will buy after market parts instead of going to the dealership. When I came in I knew the issue with my car however I was still charged for a diagnostic test, which did not show my issue. I have to request a cost breakdown of service.Service: Electrical

I went to buy a truck on Craigslist and during the test drive I noticed some screeching from the tires in the back. The seller told me It just needed an alignment, he said he didn't have time to get it done he needed the truck gone. For the price he was selling I wanted to believe him lol. I asked a friend that confirmed it was a bad alignment and suggested this place. So I ended up buying the truck. I took it here and they let me know that it was way out of alignment due to frame damage and the adjustments allowed by the manufacturer would not correct it. That pur me in panic mode as I thought I was out of luck. They assured me all was not lost and informed me of my options, I was surprised I even had so many! We settled at the most cost effective one for me. I didn't have to break the bank, my tires dont screech and I have piece of mind knowing my wheels roll straight down the road. Thanks to these guys what I thought was a bad purchase ended up being a great one still.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment set to get some warranty work done. They were late and had me wait for upwards of 30 minutes when I arrived on time. Not punctual at all. I described the problem to the mechanic who speaks very little English. Against my better judgement, I chose to procced. We then went on a test drive as this is their process and he did not listen to me at all, proceeding to drive my 40,000 vehicle at speeds of 85+ mph on a 35mph highway. I'm adding that I drive a sports vehicle for context. I described that the problem occurs at low speeds while off the accelerator. He did not listen, thus could not replicate the problem, stating that nothing was wrong. We essentially went for a task-less joyride. The unprofessionalism and sheer disregard for their customers and customer's safety is baffling. This was a waste of time. NEVER go here.Service: General repairs & maintenance
