I recently visited Tint Shop for their services, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their fast service and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and courteous, making me feel valued as a customer. The tint installation was completed in no time, and the quality of their work was exceptional. They demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend Tint Shop for their efficient service and professional approach.

I have been coming here for many years now. I can't count from an old to a brand-new car. Detailing is a plus. Tinting is awesome. Head unit . Young black business owner and I am all for our black business owners in the community of Laurel. Common courtesy customer service. Humble and respectful.

They supposed to replace the rear tint. Because of there mistakes and made a even bigger mistake but taking my rear defrost lines off. His response is it happens. No your shop doesn't have experienceIt should have been told to me that it was a possibility that it can happen but it wasn't. YouTube videos clearly show how to take rear tint off without damaging the defrost lines. It can be done. But his inexperienced employees don't care evidently. After all it not there vehicle. Looking towards legal action now this isn't over my friend.

Scam. Do not purchase coupon off of Groupon. The tints are only for the back windows. So on top of the $85 you will pay $120. Car detailing as well.. on top of the $85 you will pay $199 when there are people who do car detailing for $150. I m very confused on why it s even a promotion on groupon. The man was also VERY rude for no reason. The attitude was disgusting and it seemed like he was making numbers up in his head. Quality over Quantity.. trust. I was so excited to get my tints and detailing. Truly upsetting..

There was someone to get me started as soon as I walked into the building. The employees were welcoming and took the time to give me a rundown of the service I was getting. I am writing this review to warn others. I purchased a Groupon for this company. Upon purchase, I called this establishment 4 times and no answer. I had someone call on my behalf to see if they could get through, 5th call and still.. No answer. I contacted Groupon customer support to retrieve a refund and the merchant refused and instructed Groupon to have me call AGAIN because they can confirm the phone lines are working just fine. So, I now call a 6th time a couple days later and finally get someone, I book my appointment for 10/9 at 2pm. The guy who I spoke with, lets me know that I ll receive a confirmation text 3 days before my appointment to confirm. I never receive the appointment confirmation text, but I just assume everything will be fine. On October 9, at 12:05pm I receive a call from The Car Shop, CANCELING the appointment due to an emergency stating that they would return at the end of the week and give me a call to reschedule. I give them the benefit of the doubt, but NEVER received a call to reschedule or compensation for the inconvenience. The groupon has since expired as of Nov 22, 2023 and I am out of the money I paid for the detail. I wouldn't recommend this shop if you can avoid it. I will reach BACK out to Groupon for a full refund because once again the merchant dropped the ball since the beginning and the consumer should not be held responsible for their customer service or lack thereof.

Got two cars done here, I would highly recommend this shop. I had to bring back one of the cars after installation due to a crease forming and it was fixed promptly. 10/10!

Deceptive business. promoted a 2 window ceramic tint on any Car, SUV or Truck. But does not state that the customer is only allowed to have 50% tint and anything darker is additional money. Merchant states it is his "prerogative" to leave out any pertanent information he chooses. It is obvious that he "lures" people in with the offer of a cheap tint, and then "uncharges". He surely knows most people will want darker tint. Most tint shops DO NOT charge additional for darker tint only for tint that has stronger heat blocking ability. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Everything started out very good with the shop. They were quick to respond on social media regarding the tint. I decided to pay $300 for all 6 windows tinted as well as a life time warranty. I didnt go with the cheapest option because I felt like they gave very good value. At the end their was a mistake on the back window. I addressed it and they said they would fix it. I asked to come back next week because I couldn t stick around any longer. After paying the $300, I asked for a receipt to protect myself seeing as I got the lifetime warranty. To this day, I still haven t gotten a receipt. I told the guy I felt like he was getting over me by not giving me a receipt. He got mad and told me my only option is to come back and they will strip my car of the tints. I am a very reasonable person but at this point i dont trust them. I wish I looked at the other reviews before going to this shop. Be careful with these guys. I will just take the lost at this point

DON T GO HERE! Their SCAMMERS, they ll tell you $95 but will charge you $175 when it s over. Especially the one called Gavin David. He needs an attitude check and new line of work. You can work in customer service when you snap at people for asking a question. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. You ll save time, money and a headache.

I was in and out in an hour. He showed me what the tint options looked like on my actual car and made sure I understood everything. It s a small shop but they seem to get folks in and out. I initially found them on Groupon. I tried to call and make an appointment and was told by the owner that the Groupon didn't cover anything and that I had to call and cancel the Groupon and book directly through him, otherwise the job would actually cost significantly more. This bait and switch should have been my first sign that this was not a reputable business. The low price lured me in though.The rep that told me my car was ready rushed me out of there. There was no chance to walk around and inspect the job that was done. He wasn't wearing a mask either so I didn't want to hang out and chat with him in close proximity anyway. I later found that a scratch was left in the tinting on my driver's side window. I immediately took the car home and parked it when I left the shop so it could sit all weekend while the tint cured, so this wasn't anything I caused. I had purchased the 30-day warranty, which was worthless because the owner won't respond to my numerous calls, texts, and voice mail messages. I will now have to pay to have this fixed somewhere else. Even if he feels like this is outside the realm of the warranty, he should at least call me back and tell me. Don't dodge your customers.It's also worth mentioning that in addition to the lax mask-wearing, the waiting room is filthy and they are not scheduling people in a way that prevents the waiting room from overcrowding. It was packed. I understand the need for business, but there are zero measures taken for safety here.Service: Privacy window films

This place not only tinted my windows but they even went the extra step to take off old tint with no extra charge! Great communication and friendly service. Similar experience to the previous person. Told one price on the phone , for single window tint . Different price in person for the exact single window tint. The price change wouldn t have bothered me too much since there was no wait , however the service persons were extremely rude and dismissive. And at payment time there was an additional fee added that no one said anything about. After the fact , scratches found on my tint. Went here a few years ago and service and personnel were great. Not sure what the change is but it s very noticeable . The personnel definitely need some training or something in respect and customer service.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I had a disappointing experience at 'The Car Shop' when I brought my vehicle in for a wrap over a month ago. Unfortunately, during the wrapping process, the shop ended up breaking the emblem on my car and removing the spoiler without my consent. They assured me that they would order a replacement emblem from the manufacturer and promised to complete the work at my location. However, despite their initial claims, it took them two weeks to inform me that the emblem had arrived.Since then, I have made numerous attempts to hold them accountable for their promises of fixing the emblem and reinstalling the spoiler. Regrettably, even after over a month, my attempts have been unsuccessful. My wrap have not been over two months and it is starting to peel. This kind of unprofessionalism displayed by the shop is truly disappointing and makes it clear why they struggle in the business. I strongly advise against choosing this place for any automotive services, as I wouldn't wish this level of frustration on my worst enemy.Service: Custom packaging

Bought the Groupon deal, then was told over the phone that it only covers 50% tint which is barely worth it. To get lower tint I would have to pay more. Further I was told to cancel my Groupon deal and pay them directly otherwise it would cost even more. None of this was stated in the fine print on Groupon. They're using Groupon to bring in business and then tell you that your Groupon is actually worthless. I canceled my Groupon and got my money back. Based on reviews I'm reading here that was a good choice. This is a dishonest business practice and I will spend my money elsewhere. It's honestly appalling.
