Moycreo could not simply provide me with change. Telling me that he can't open the register unless I purchase something...so does that mean when he clocked in today he had to purchse something before being able to put his bank into his drawer? I have worked retail and you can always open a register with or without purchse. I strictly get gas from this station and this guy is always rude every single time I go into the building and quite honestly I'm fed up, frustrated, and upset and have to come leave a poor review. I don't get how other people have complained about this same man, yet he is still there upsetting people on a daily basis. I literally had to go across the street to ExxonMobil to get change and that gentleman was kind and gave me the change. Not only is he upsetting your guests he is making them not want to come and spend there money there.

Misleading advertising. The big red price on top is only the price when you also buy a carwash. The actual price for unleaded fuel is 20 cents more and is not readily apparent when you look at their sign from the road. Seems intentionally misleading and not right for the customer.

Moycreo Was very unprofessional just now around 2:15 PM. on October 22. I paid for gas here just a while ago I noticed I did not have my receipt. I came back in to the store and kindly asked the clerk with the name tag Moycreo if he could print a copy for me, I knew my total and around about when I came. He was frustrated telling me to come back tomorrow he can't print it or find it. He printed numerous receipts then told me to come another time, he don't know how to do it. If you can't provide simple customer service, why are you at an establishment that's all you're there for? Now, they got paid for gas and a car wash and couldn't help me with a copy of my receipt.

Today I decided to put gas at the Shell station that I think it had good prices. Unfortunately my surprise was when putting the gas at the pump it suddenly the system cancel my transaction. So I decided it to go inside to pay for the gas. My surprise was when my card was declined. I check my bank and Shell took all my money from the bank charging me for one of the transactions. I went inside to cancel my transaction but there was no help only excuses. The manager was no help. I was very disappointed at this place it took all my money and left me without gas. I definitely do not recommend this place. They don't have any empathy for the customers and no help was giving.

Nice new Shell! Employees were awesome, pump was clean. They need to get out the brushes though, I didn t see any when I was at my pump to clean my windshield from bird poo

Sami is great customer service was excellent i was looking for aux cord because my car is still old and he didn t have one but he still tried looking and asking thanks my mannn and the chicken is good and fresh

Their vacuum machines will take your money and not start. Don't even bother talking to someone in the store or calling the 800 number, you won't get any help.Avoid this place

Nice clean pumps. It's hard to find towels in the dispensers though. I get my gas just about exclusively at this station and there is always a towel shortage at the pumps. Also, the windshield squigie are nasty and they don't change the cleaner out much if at all. Please put towels at the pumps and clean windshield cleaner so folks can clean their windshield when they get gas. Took off two stars for this.

Every time I come here the pump tells me the CLERK has my receipt and I have to stand in line waiting for several people buying stuff. THERE IS NO POINT OF PAYING AT THE PUMP IF I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE! I'm tired of this and won't come here anymore because of it. There several other gas stations just down the street that don't WAIST MY TIME! It's not worth the 1 cent per gallon I save. Time is money.

Went there to buy gas this morning and it was closed. Chain link fence around the property and all the pumps had been removed. Don't know if this is permanent or temporary. (Sad, because their prices have always been very good for the area.)

I was very pleased with their low gas prices and I was able to get a receipt at the pump with no issues whatsoever.

If you want receipt from the pump dont go there , they never put paper in th ed pump I guess so always you will have to go to the Clark

The best place you can get "name brand" gas for cheap in Maryland. Last time I went, it was $1.92 per gallon.

Man, getting gas here is AMAZING. Haha, just kidding. It's a gas station and you get gas here. IDK what else to say. It doesn't rise above like a WaWa or something, but if you need gas, then stop on by.
