Do not! I repeat do not use your credit card here!!!! There devices at the pump and inside the store has been tampered with!!! Bought $20 gas and my card has been debited $100 and 64$!!! Just called my bank to block it and reverse my money! But guess what I can use my money when I want it cos my card was blocked and the money don t come back immediately!!! Went back to complain and the ppl inside seems to know this is going on! Definitely customers have been complaining.

Somehow if you give him $5 for a $3.50 pack of candy you get $0.50 back. Dude didn't even count my money.

Beware....My daughter went to this station for a MD state inspection. The car failed. However, only one issue was a true failure point: a burnt out bulb. One other failure was inaccurate and down right false. Both front tires were cited as wore out. When asked, wore out was defined as less than 2/32 tread left. These Michelin tires were taken to Costco where they were purchased to be replaced under tread wear warranty. Both tires were measured twice at two different sections and were at 4/32. Integrity failure for the inspection station and operator.As an observation... The shell station sells used tires... you can draw your own conclusion.We do NOT recommend this location for any service.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! The only reason I came here is because it's close to my house. The old guy that works in the shop is EXTREMELY rude! All he cares about is money and only wants cash so he makes his own price. He also has a young man (Jamaican or black) working there who is just as equally rude! (I'm black myself) He tried to get in my car with his dirty clothes and gloves. When I asked him to at least change the gloves, his response was "nah, but you can move your own car". What wonderful customer service they provide (sarcasm)

The petrol station is okay the service center is the worst please don t waste your money purchasing the tires in the tire center he sells old worn out tires and fakes as new I bought a new tire that only lasted two months when I went back to ask the old guy there who is the boss he dismissed me and did not even look at what I was showing him and said I had hit a curb that s why it s torn mark you the previous tire they took out which had a puncher had served me for almost 5 years please take your money elsewhere!!!! And buy something genuine

I will say, if you have time to hassle with the state inspector then I will say by all means have your car inspected at this station. The guy is so unbelievably rude and obnoxious. I went to have my car inspected and he told me my windows were tinted and wanted to charge me $120 to have it removed and $30 to change the tag light. He was a bit flirty of which I told him off. Am not sure if the issue was the fact that I called him off on the flirty part or I tool the car to my regular mechanic to remove the tint, but he refused to re-inspect the windows. The 2nd time I went, he threw the paper at my face and said "that's your problem". I had to report him to the state troopers after being there 3 times with 3 different reading. He stated to me "my machine readings fluctuates". He lacks customer service. No curtesy. No etiquette and just plain nasty old man. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN TO MY WORSE ENEMY.

Poor customer service skills. Wants all jobs paid upfront and won t guarantee job will be done. Went for a state inspection and said my power steering belt needed to be changed. Wanted $250 to change the belt.

The service manager is one of the most unkind people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He is arrogant, rude, and condescending. I was told by this man to go get cash to pay for the service I needed done on my vehicle, and as he put it; " I told you ten times, cash only! " I didn't argue with him. I calmly walked away and went to my bank to get cash. When I got back to the shop he was working on another vehicle and told me to come back another day. My feeling is that he obviously didn't want to help me at all. Maybe if I looked more like him I would have been treated better.

Manager of Mechanic shop here spent a lot of time with me explaining what was wrong with my car, and then got the job done for $600 less than what the dealer quoted me. Highly recommended!

The nastiest old Asian mechanic I've ever encountered. So so rude you can tell all he cares about is your money. So disrespectful I don't see myself getting near that shop for anything. Doesn't even deserve the one-star rating I gave. Nobody should ever go through the way he talks to and treats customers.

If I could rate them a 0, I would. Went in for a brake job yesterday. When they finished, I started driving off only to find that they forgot to put my lug nuts back on! Tire almost came off. Had to WALK back to the shell to get them to go back to my car, which was on the side of the road, so that they could put the lug nuts on. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

The man in charge of the service center knows his stuff but he's not straightforward. His expertice and ego gets to his head. He'll tell you one thing today and say a different thing tomorrow. He's also very expensive. Imagine charging me 30 bucks just to change a light bulb. I bought a pack of two for 4 dollars and changed it myself with an extra one to spare. I won't use this man for any of my cars again. I don't like dishonest people.

So i came here to get a state inspection and failed, the owner of the autoshop provided a list to what needs to be done and told me as long as i come back on the 23rd he will do the reinspection and i wont have to pay the 75 fee again. So i come back to the shop without my paperwork so he said ok well you have to pay 55 fee for the reinspection i helped him look for my paperwork and he said oh you are late i told you 30 days so you have to pay the 75 so i went home to find my own documents and none of the information matched what he wrote he was trying to charge me 55 but he wrote 35 and told me he even put the date on top of everyones receipt but failed to put it on mine and the price he wanted to charge me to get the work done to my truck was 150 more than when i used my own mechanic and to top it off he was rude and told me to go some place else i will not comeback nor will i recommend anyone to come here!

I believe they ripped me off twice, I know my car and I know how much Gas $5 gets me anywhere else including other Shells... I put $5 in my tank and it did not budge even after driving off and giving the gas meter time to adjust, nothing!! The first time this happened I let it slide because I was able to borrow and figured MAYBE it was my car. The second time I had misplaced my wallet only had $5 in my car and needed to get home. I came to this gas station and again it didn't budge, it was as if I didn't put anything. To make matters worse the employee had a nasty attitude the minute I tell him the issue and trying to convince me that its my car. AGAIN, before these occurrences and after, a little more than a gallon of gas has always worked and reflected on my meter so it was for sure not my car. Employee was no help, didn't even try to call the owner since "he was the only one who could help" I was just stuck smh

if you're looking for a state of Maryland inspection shop, then this is not the one for you. Nasty, hateful, low hygiene old man and he is very rude if inquire about why he drives your vehicle so fast when leaving the Shell gas station he ll close the door in your face ...stay away.

When I present at your service station REGARDLESS of my skin color and inquire abt a service that I m paying for I WILL BE ANSWERED. If you feel you cannot or will not, I will take my business and that of hundreds of others as I belong to a really large community retired Americans - federal government retirees. You behavior is despicable and abhorrent! I m just getting started.

Insurance scam! Mon-Fri a windshield insurance company sits with a tent there and preys on people who look like they don't know much about cars. Beware, they convinced my wife we had 2 cracks in our windshield, then went on to have her report the claim to our insurance company to generate revenue for them. Boycott this shell!

poor service, i brought my car in because it was having some problem starting, and everything they told me was wrong with it, i had them fix it, one month later it had the same problem and i brought the car in again and they told me they never worked on my car before........so if you never worked on my car before how come i have this reciept for me paying you to work on my car
