They will sell you tires fine, but when it comes to maintenance they will come up with all kind of excuses not to rotate them or balance them. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Hire some of the laziest and full of excuses kind of employees.

Great experience. Came in for a walk in for a new tire installation. They were able to squeeze me in and were very prompt with the service.

I recently visit Sams Club #06434 for tire services. I must say, my initial impression was not the best. However, Kenya and Shawn are phenomenal leaders. They take a classical approach to customer service, which means "the customer comes first, and is always right." Their attitude of service made me feel that Sams has my best interest, and I will be taken care of in the event that I am unsatisfied.Thanks Kenya and Shawn for setting the standard, and creating an environment of trust and equity during a time when so many companies seek to take advantage of the consumer.

I got a flat tire right off the 198 exit and drove slowly to Sam's praying along the way. Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told by the lady behind the tire repair register that they could not replace my tire unless I replaced the other three that were on my truck. She said they dont mismatch tires and the other 3 were a brand that they dont carry. Very disappointing but luckily I was able to have my tire serviced down the road.

get there early or make an appointment. for some reason they only have 2 people working there on the weekend. so when you get to the counter there is no one to greet you, you have to wait for someone finish working on a car before you get any service....poor management, but that is typical Sams Club

We made an appointment.They were courteous and and efficient, and we were finished in about one hour.
