I have been going to them for my regular oil changing and pretty much any other mechanical service my car has required since they opened this location. It s very convenient and they ve taken good care of my Subaru. A few months ago my car was making a weird noise and with the diagnostic guy s help figured out it was 2 different causes that are all resolved now.

Nice shop. Hector seems like a good person who wants to take care of customers and have a successful business. They are well on the way. Stopped in this morning for a rattle that had been bothering us for weeks. It wasn't a heat shield it was brakes! Also needed tie rods and stabilizers. Car drives great. Brakes are quiet, no rattle no screech. Steering is tight safe and responsive. Well spent $750. They have a service member/veteran discount.

Excellent and professional. They had 2 mechanics to work on my car so I can leave on time. Then called me days later to check if my car was functioning properly. Great service and value for the money. They use premium parts.....

I was traveling from NY to Myrtle beach for a family vacation and my car broken down. It was a Sunday and Qauility auto thankfully was open. They not only allowed me to leave my car with them till my vacation was over at no additional charge but they changed my throttle body and my valve cover gasket for next to nothing! The parts were factory only parts and they didn t even upsell them they ordered them for me and charged my the same price they were which is almost unheard of! No to mention their labor was less than the parts themselves which again was unheard of! They were so quick with fixing it even tho they knew they didn t need to be they kept my car safe and clean and had hands down the best customer service. I may live far but if I ever need another big job done I may have to take a trip back down just to use them. The charged Pennie s compared to what I would have paid anywhere else! Thank you guys so much you did an amazing job!

I got tires put on here and a few weeks later I experienced low tire pressure. Initially I thought it was due to the colder weather, so I brought it back, just in case. I was told that I just needed air. The low tire pressure continued, so I gave in and brought my car in again. They then told me my rim was cracked and a new one costs nearly $400. I wasn t having this issue prior to bringing my car in to them. Needless to say I won t be back. I hope this helps someone.

Was on a trip from MA to SC, our car broke down and we were stuck. Quality got us a new water pump installed and back on the road the same day. Great service highly recommend

Came here to get (1) single tire mounted to a wheel. Didn t even need them to remove or place on the vehicle. Took an hour and they charged me $50. $50 to mount and balance one wheel/tire that s not even on the car? Should have been half that amount. Then they wanted to nickel and dime me another $5 to dispose of the tire, which they probably get a kickback for. I took that tire with me to save the $5 just on principle. Won t be coming back.Edit: then the business responds to my review, offering for me take the tire with me when my original review already mentioned I took it with me. Incompetent lol.

Hector was very professional, he did what he was supposed to do with looking up parts and giving me the option of what I needed. He went over the details of what will be happening to my car as well as give me an estimate time of when it will be ready. very good customer service, my air conditioner is not working and I was able to pick my car up in a reasonable time. I went in last week for new tires, and they didn't have the exact model in the size I needed, but they were able to order them and get them mounted and balanced, with an alignment on top, in under 24 hours. The staff members and their services were exceptional. I got my car s brake pads/rotors replaced from them. Barely took them an hour and everyone were polite. Prices are reasonable as well. I would highly recommend their shop for your car issues.

One of the few shops I could find that takes walk-in tire installs and balancing without charging exorbitant prices. Friendly staff. Both of these things lead to them being very popular and thus busy, so be prepared to wait a while especially on a weekend. Grateful for them getting me in on such short notice.

Best customer service I had thus far. I had a problem with my vehicle on Sunday and I wasn t sure what was wrong with it. I though it was my brakes but it wasn t. Hector and his team assisted with a quick check and fix it. It wasn t the brake or anything major. I asked him how much and he said nothing. We simple check and fix a small issue. If you like to tip my guy go for it. (Which I did). Highly recommend this place and will go here for any future maintenance I have.

Got four new tires for a great price! The gentleman helping me informed me of something wrong with my car that I wasn t aware of and reminded me that I need to get new brake pads. Excellent service, definitely recommend!

Great service. Affordable prices. Timely service. I had my radiator replaced for $200+ cheaper than a local shop and service was completed within 4hrs. Staff very professional. Will definitely return for future car repairs.

Great place to go for your inspections and brake and general work. They fixed my brakes and let me take a look at the good work they did! I highly recommend them and thank you all for helping me out on the spot when my brakes were starting to fail.
