I scheduled an oil change and from the time I arrived at my scheduled time to the time I got my car back it took 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. For a scheduled oil change that is absolutely unacceptable. I was told it takes that long because of the check up and car wash they do when performing the oil change. Maybe I am spoiled by the 5 minute oil changes at the lube center, but I certainly will not endure such a painstaking wait to have my car serviced there again.

They quoted $1,000 for a CarPlay upgrade, despite other people online saying the average should be $250. I bought the parts and did it myself for $120. If you go here, be warned they'll overcharge you by 4x so they can line their pockets.

The Customer Service at this Ourisman Mazda Service dealership is excellent. I had the privilege of working with Letrell Bass and he made me feel I was in good hands when I dropped off my car. He was available, understanding and went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service. I am very happy with my visits at this location and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Ourisman Mazda out of Laurel Maryland. After an extremely disappointing experience with a Towson Mazda dealership, Phil and Ben came to the rescue. They were extremely professional upfront and honest. We purchased a Mazda 5 to be modification with hand controls. They were wonderful at getting all the paperwork we needed and working with the third parties involved. We would purchase from them again in a heart beat. Thank you for turning a not so good experience into a great one!

The customer service at Ourisman Mazda/Hyundai is unmatched. Their team efforts prove that they will look out for your best interest and desires. I recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a Mazda or Hyundai.

I am not sure where the other reviews are coming from, or if they recently updated their website so previous reviews were removed, but this is the worst Mazda dealership (in my extensive experience) in the DC Metro area. Do not use this location; go anywhere else. They do not care about you, or your satisfaction; in the past couple months, this location has gone through a lot of staff attrition, save yourself the heartache.

Oh my god! The worst dealership ever. Please do not waste your time going there. The people don t know what they are doing. One of them claimed that he is the sales manager and he is worse than the rest. No words at all to describe this place.
