I have been using Ourisman of Laurel for the 7 years. My customer experience with Them has been phenomenal. Every time I visit they truly take care of me. My hats off to the staff that meet and greet me as I come through the door. Ms. P. Harris is the best at what she does. She took care of my vehicle, always came to give me updates on the status of my vehicle. She s my go to person every time I go there.

I saw a car online and asked a question. Mohammed replied immediately. He created a 360 video for the car which was great! When I arrived at the dealer, Mohammed was attentive and quick. He was honest and very informative. If he could sell me all my cars, he d be my personal automobile salesman. Great car buying experience. Best ever!

This a great place and the sales people is friendly, professional and honest. The car is in very good condition, very clean, and the total price of the car is the price of the car plus a couple hundred dollars for license plate and document fees and tax. The loan manager is honest too. I would recommend this place and I would come back.

I can t say enough great things about the employees. I bought my new Mazda last May, and worked with Jon who was amazing throughout the entire process. Even after I bought my car, they ve continued to take great care of me. Whether it s an oil change, inspection, or swapping my licenses plates out they re always respectful and helpful. Especially Larry. He goes above and beyond to make sure I m happy. Thank you for all you do, Larry! You re the reason I keep coming back, even if I have to drive an hour to you guys! :)

Samuel is an awesome worker and very customer service orientated. I came in about a month ago with no hope and had just got my car totaled. Sam went above and beyond to find what would fit me and make me comfortable. When what I wanted was not available he wasted no time ensuring to find the next best thing. I now have a Jeep and I m over joyed ! Everytime I call he s available when I come to the store he always has a smile and is ready to provide solutions to problems. I came today and turned in some paper work and I walked away with food options he offered within the community. This is the kind of service all dealerships should have. Way to go Sam !

I have been to this Laurel Oursmann Mazda dealer since we purchased our 2016 Mazda. The personnel have always been professional. This visit, April, 2024 was during a building phase, so I empathize with their situation, but I foundthe communications via text TERRIBLE.First- when I called I was only given options to connect to Nissan and Hyundai, not Mazda service. After several unsuccessful calls, I finally talked to someone who scheduled my service.After this, I no longer spoke to an individual. I received texts regarding my service options, but declined some of the services because there was no one to talk to. For pickup, I never received a call, but did call Mazda unsuccessfully several times, I was routed to a voicemail, and left several messages, none of which were returned.Late that afternoon I drove to the dealer hoping my car was finished. The serviceman apologized, the car was ready, but I arrived not knowing if the car was available and what services were performed.I hope this poor service is transitory! Management should call their own numbers periodically to verify that their system works!

Went to get oil change today as first time I had no idea where I was supposed to go and after heading to ouarisma first I ended up in mazda service . Larry was the one who was taking car off me. And I have to say - working with people my whole life EVERY employer wants to have LARRY in their business. Larry was nice,attentive and also found my lost key under the seat when I told him it should be somewhere there. Definitely great experience thank you!

Recently purchased a vehicle with my father from this location and was amazed at how easy it was. My salesperson, Samuel Allen, was super friendly and knowledgable. We worked to agree on a final purchase price before setting foot in the building. Once I arrived there was no trouble signing paperwork on the agreed price and getting the vehicle. Would recommend.

I took my daughter there to buy her first car. It was a great experience to my surprise. There was no strong sales pitch. No let me talk to my manager back and forth. They gave me clear written price for the vehicle. Muhammad was knowledgeable and friendly.

I recently purchased a brand new CX50 from the Ourisman Mazda in Laurel just to find out a few days later so many defects spotted with naked eyes! This is not a good sign of management, if there one exists!For anyone purchasing a new car from here, make sure you check it fully before taking it home. Words cannot be trusted at this dealership.Now after two weeks of paying more than $41k of hard earned money, my supposedly brand new car sits at the car shop to be repaired! Yeah I know, those who are reading would be like what the heck! Me too! I m very disappointed. After my purchase I ve spent 3 full days to just get an appointment for the repairs of a new car after just two weeks of purchase. Absolutely abhorrent!And yeah I was handed a loaner vehicle yesterday morning with an empty fuel tank! This morning one of their service person texted me that their expert Mazda mechanic ruined the window guard while replacing the door seal. Now the car has to sit there for another week for parts to arrive. Another great job! Overall this place surprises you with much more mishandling, deception, and false promises! Do watch out!!!

Abby, she was so patient explaining everything with the process even helping me out to make sure I was understanding all the process. I ll be back. Was here for a warranty repair. The whole staff was very friendly. I got a free loaner. Some of the other service is a bit pricy but is to be expected at a dealer. For general service I ll be here.They also cleaned the inside of my car. Most places just vacuum they actually wipe it all down too!! Bonus.Taylor especially was awesome as well and very helpful to get me back on the road quick.

Sam was great to work with. He was not pushy and I was so impressed with how well he knew the car I was buying even though it wasn't a Mazda. This review is specifically to shout out Bill Sarkodie. He spent an unimaginable amount of time with me and my husband. He was patient, friendly, understanding and was more than willing to sit and answer questions, bring up different models, etc. Bill went on more than his share of test drives as my husband kept changing his mind on what model he wanted to try. If you're looking for a no pressure test-drive situation, Bill is your guy.

Yesterday I spoke with Joshua in service dept. about a recall on a Mazda X3 camera. He told me that this was preliminary recall. I explained that I was worried about my 79 year old mom driving the car and he told me to have my mom take a picture with her cell phone while it was happening and to send the pic to him and the he will send the pic to Mazda. I asked Joshua if he thought this was really a safe suggestion and he said that is all he could suggest. I guess Mazda does not care about the safety of their drivers. Shame on Mazda and shame on Joshua.
