The Service Center at Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel is horrible!!! Everyone from the workers to the manager is completely unresponsive. They lie when they claim that they will call you back.These people don't answer the phone. They don't return phone calls. It is hard to even get a basic update on your vehicle.They kept my car for months, with no urgency to get back to me. I finally had to show up, without notice, to get my my car back.I would not recommend my worst enemy to get their car serviced at this location. Find somewhere else to fix your car!!!!

Pt1. I booked a 15,000 mile full service and was told that I didn t need a full service done because I had changed my oil about a month prior. He said that everything should be fine on my end. Simply trusting the mechanic in front of me I had decided to take his word for it and left. Two weeks later my car battery died. This could ve been completely preventable had the mechanic I had spoken to here had performed the full service that I had booked.

I've been to the service center here several times, and my experience varies depending on which service technician is assigned to my vehicle. Some are very helpful, informative, and truly pleasant to work with;. Unfortunately, the majority are not as accommodating, in my experience. It can be like pulling teeth to communicate about my vehicle or access resources provided by Hyundai, and overall I feel that my time and loyalty as a customer is not respected or appreciated. The manager of the service center has been very facilitative and focused on customer care, but, unfortunately, this does not translate to the rest of his team. After three chances, I will not be bringing my business back to this location.

Brought our car here for a recall. They didn't have the part. They rescheduled so they could order it, and we brought the car in again. Surprise, they still don't have the part. Why waste our time without doing a simple inventory check?

Save yourself. I knew it would be bad at 11:00AM when I asked the guy next to me what his appointment time had been - 8:20, and he was still here, which didn't bode well for me (he finally left around 11:45). My appointment was 9:40 and it's now 12:30, for scheduled maintenance on a 2022 car......... it's literally changing oil, which Jiffy Lube has proven takes 10, and filling fluids, which, ya know, Jiffy Lube.... I'm only here because the maintenance is included in the astronomical price I paid for my car last year, but I'm paying dearly for it with my time. The bare minimum good news is that there is wifi so you can work while you wait (if you have that capability), which is the only redeeming quality given that I've been here for nearly three hours - if I had had to take PTO for this I would have had serious difficulty not losing my mind.Things happen, services scheduled prior to yours will occasionally take longer than expected. Three hours, however, is intolerable and a complete failure on the scheduling services. They have very clearly overbooked for this morning, or are incredible inefficient, and either way, should have turned people away to other days. Unsure if this is common situation for Hyundai - it's my first one - but my previous BMW and Acura service centers had always kept a timely 1 hour or less turn around from scheduled appointment time - even when busy. I have been here since 9:40 AM and am running a sincere and genuine risk of missing a 1PM meeting which is frankly absurd.Save yourselves people. Save. Yourselves.

If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is horrible. I helped my son purchase his first car last year...a 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL. It was due for it's first oil change and he decided to take it to a closer dealership than the one we purchased it from. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a BIG mistake. Not only did they take forever when it was supposed to be 2-3 hours, but they also washed his car when he specifically told them not to because he had paint correction and a ceramic coating done to his paint in May. Their "wash" completely ruined the paint correction and on top of that, there is damage all on the passenger side of his car with several white marks/scratches (his car is black). The service manager was super non-chalant about it and told my son they would contact him to schedule an appt to fix it, but it's been a week and still nothing. Honestly, I don't want them touching the car as they are obviously completely careless, but they should absolutely pay for the cost of fixing it. Whatever you do, DON'T take your car here!

Terrible service. Plan to wait hours and hours for a ten minute job. Avoid this place. Take your car somewhere else and don't get a car from this place. They are utterly deceptive and will lie and trick you. Bab Bad service.

BEWARE THEY RIP YOU OFF!Sapnish worker there William silva told us it was 225 to fix it but than said cant fix it and still pay the same price. .......We can't fix your car but you still have pay $225 or you can't have your car back then all the other worker joint him very rude and yes we paid the 225 after about 3 hours ofPuro robo en la area de servicio no se acerquen a este dealer El paisa william silva que travaja el servicio que me atendio , No podemos areglar to carro pero siempre pagas $225 o no te bamos a devolver tu carro y los travajadores se under unieron a el son unos lobos malos asi pague 225 despues de casi 3 horas de batalla
