I bought a car with Nick as my salesman and he was amazing. Everything including all the approvals were completed an hour before I arrived. I only needed to test drive sign and drive. This was so far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nick made everything so easy. I appreciate all of the other staff who assisted while I was there and the friendly conversations of other employees. I m so happy with my 2024 Venue. I will be referring anyone I can. Robert Dawson, our sales representative, provided an amazing experience when we purchased our new Kona. Unlike many dealerships, this one doesn't pressure you hard into purchasing unnecessary optional warranties. They're transparent with their pricing, and every step of the buying process, from the initial telephone call to receiving the keys, was smooth and satisfying. Despite traveling from Virginia, the long drive was well worth it. I brought along my 1 year old child, who, as expected, wasn't the most patient, but the dealership went above and beyond to expedite the entire buying process. I highly recommend them

A surprisingly great experience at Ourisman Hyundai. Since this location sells new vehicles from Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi, it s an easy one-stop-shop to check out various brands and models. We were greeted by Robert, who walked the sales lot explaining all the details about vehicles that caught our attention. Robert was well-versed in all the aspects of the vehicles and helped narrow down field. We took a test drive, while Robert pointed out all the features of the vehicle. We negotiated to a reasonable price and trade; a stress-free experience. Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the buying process simple and straightforward.We met Lisa in Financing who provided all the numbers and helped make sense of available loan options. Her vivacious and friendly personality made the financing portion a breeze. A few hours later, we drove off with a brand new vehicle.Days after the purchase, Robert continued to touch base, ensuring everything is perfect with the vehicle and offering support pertaining to any questions. Truly a class act!While some folks may have nightmare stories about dealing with the buying and selling process of a vehicle, this was certainly not the case. I have nothing but positive things to say about Robert, Lisa, and the team. I d definitely recommend this team and hope to do business with them again soon. Thanks!

Talk about true class and a great experience. Carlton was amazing and did everything to make our buying experience great. He even drove the car all the way down to VA Beach for us. Carlton gave us amazing service and we love our palisade. Carlton even tried to push our price down a bit. Mike got us a good rate with a bank that was actually lower than navy federal. I wish we could ve got a more competitive rate for trading in our car, but besides for one small shortfall, it was an overall great experience. I would go back to this dealership again and I recommend it to everyone else.

I chose this location to lease or buy a new vehicle due to "mostly" positive reviews on various websites. That was a mistake, but I think that people's experiences will vary, and likely will due to your sales person and so forth. My sales person was mediocre at best, and once I leased a vehicle, unless he needed something from me, he has ignored text messages and emails when I needed assistance regarding the vehicle, literally, I think everyone or all but one was ignored (and it was several). A relationship, and yes even at a car dealership, works both ways. You do not just sell a car and then when the customer has questions or complaints, just blatantly ignore them - thus, strike one for the dealership. Secondly, some other persons that work in the dealership will also hound you for things that they need from you, but once again, if you need something from them, forget it; they lack communication between each other or just want to harass their clients, not sure which one it is - strike two for the dealership. Next, I went to pick up my plates for my car at the service window. I stood at the window while someone was actually AT the window playing on her phone and eating chips. I stood there for a few minutes before I finally said excuse me, I am here to pick up plates; extremely poor work ethic, disregard for customer service (in which car sales is a part of) - strike 3 for the dealership.The only positive light at the dealership given my experience, is one of the finance persons (a lady whom I will not mention by name); she is very respectful, timely, thorough, and kind; maybe if she ran the dealership, there would be less unsatisfied clients and there would be improved staff.Long story short, leasing my vehicle from this particular location was one of the worst decisions I have made. I have a long way to go to finish off the lease, but cannot wait for that day to arrive! I will not ever purchase or lease a vehicle from this location again (unless it was owned and operated by the outstanding employee I previously mentioned). I recommend when you go, you analyze the sales people as some may be great at their job, enjoy it, and respect their customers; on the flip side you have some that do not. Also, be prepared to be hounded if things are not perfect for them, but do not expect them to return the favor if you need something :) They will not bend the slightest to help you AT ALL, but they do expect you to be a contortionist if they need something. If I had the money, I would return the car and get one somewhere else. I know people have good and bad experiences at car dealerships, but this was my truly negative experience at a car dealership. First impressions can last a life time and make a significant impact on ones life, and this one surely did.Last but not least, my first visit to the dealership, I was disrespected as a disabled Veteran service member by some members of staff and management; that should have been my first queue to run away!BTW do not expect any answer from the General Manager, he tells you to contact him, see even in a response here, BUT he ignores all emails and phone calls; read reviews on Yelp and you will see how it is. These people are so unprofessional and unorganized it is beyond belief. I hope it has been reported to a higher up individual in the Hyundai corporate world. Worst experience ever in getting a vehicle.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our experience with Ourisman Hyundai was superior from beginning to end. It was by far the most smoothest car buying experience I have ever had in my 40 years of car buying. Special shoutout to Nick Cutlip. He was professional, knowledgeable and caring!!! He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend this dealership and don t forget to ask for Nick!

Chris and Sterling took really great care of me, 5-star service! I was able to get everything lined up via email and texts so I spent only 35 minutes in the dealership, which included signing loan papers. I would highly recommend this place and I will keep them in mind for future purchases.

I purchased 2023 Santa Fe SEL FWD in Oct 2023 from Ourisman Hyundai Laurel , MD. Jon Johnson was honest and easy to communicate via email. He is very upfront, gets back to you promptly, makes sure everything runs smoothly without wasting any of your time. It says all when I say I flew all the way from NH to MD to get a car from this guy after talking to almost all Hyundai dealership in East Coast area. Jon Johnson was the best sales person you can get. And, a good car price is also a bonus. Highly recommend!!

I have a 2016 white sonata, and the paint on my car is peeling off in multiple areas. The company is refusing the cost of repair, and this dealer told me the same thing about the issue. I don't think a 2016 car should have this kind of issues. Just wanted to share my experience with potential Hyundai buyers.

I would rate Mike Robinson and the Ourisman Hyundai Team 100 stars if I could. In 2020 I visited this dealership to lease a brand new Kona and left with a payment I was happy with and a great little car that very night. Fast forward 32 months nearing the end of my lease, I contacted Mike to see what my options were for a new larger vehicle. Stopped into the office while getting my Kona serviced and left with the showroom model of a beautiful brand new Tucson. Everyone I interacted with seemed committed to helping me quickly, transparently, and efficiently. Do yourself a favor and pay Mike a visit if you are looking for a new car.
