I was in town for an event and picked up a nail in my tire on the way here. The guys at this location were super friendly, very polite, very knowledgeable, and patiently explained everything to me. They fixed my tire (which is 100% guaranteed!) and I got an oil change because it was time anyway. The whole process took less than 90 minutes and the price was great.

This was a great visit. We had an appointment at Pep Boys and when we got there they told us it would be three hours. We looked on Google and found Mr. Tire had good reviews. We went there and the service was amazing. We will definitely go back for our tire needs

The technicians and staff are professional and courteous. My family has experienced hiccups with service in the past, but we haven't had any more issues. We will continue to use this location for routine maintenance.

Selwin has been absolutely amazing! We were traveling back up to NJ, we're not from the area and blew a tire. He was very reassuring and was so so helpful. Truly an amazing guy, him and the team will take care of you!

Apparently this location is under new management. All I needed was 2 tires mounted. I check in with the desk attendant and he immediately offers me a deal by paying the service technician directly under the table with cash app.....I declined. He then keeps asking me for my keys. I told him you are not servicing the vehicle I drove, the tires and rims are in the back seat, Let's go get them there are only 2. We go back to the computer, he writes my ticket and then we get the tires and rims. He again looks at the vehicle and says, these rims look to big. I said again sir, you are not servicing this vehicle, the equipment is in the back and these are stock rims. The technician agrees and takes the tires to the back to mount.

I worked with the manager Obi from the Mr. Tire Laurel. I had a screw in my tire that needed fixing. (unbeknownst to me at the time was not fixable). Obi initially overcharged me on a tire plug $60, but when mentioned that price was exorbitantly high and if they offered any discounts for nurses/teachers, they magically dropped the price to $32. (I found it odd that other tire places initially charge $30 from the start, so this location was already scamming me. ). I dropped the car off and would be back to pick it up when it was done.I got a call from Obi saying their inspection was done and that I would unfortunately need a new tire. They were going to charge me $184 for a brand new tire, which was, a great deal bc it s the same exact tire . My husband called another tire place and they said they can get me in and out (same exact tire) for $140. When I asked Obi why the extreme price and why initially up charging me from the beginning, he noted additional hidden fees on the price points that he didn t initially explain to me. When I told him I didn t agree to those charges and I told him this is shady business practice, he called me rude for calling his business shady and blamed me for not asking for pricing breakdown/detailed explanation of the charges. His ill demeanor and unprofessional manner was the exact opposite of a manager, even while trying to explain the breakdown of the situation. After all was said and done, I left Mr. Tire more frustrated, upset, felt taken advantage of, and drove of (very unsafe) with a screw still in my flat tire.I had been burned by mechanics up-charging me in the past, being a women in a male driven environment, however I had never felt more uncomfortable and taken advantage of in this car repair situation, than having gone through this experience at Mr. Tire.To note, I told this story to my friend who works on cars and my father-in-law, and both general consensuses were that Mr. Tire tried to take me for a ride.I went to the place my husband called (the simple tire garage down the street) with my husband, paid the $140, chatted with the friendly staff and I was in and out in less than 20 mins.Never having been to a Mr. Tire, and having just moved to Laurel, I was looking forward to possibly finding a trusted, well-known, highly rated and affordable mechanic close-by. I unfortunately found the opposite in Mr. Tire.

Awesome customer service, and they found about my vehicle knocking sound right away. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle serviced honestly and not a rip off.

Had a 7:30 appointment, but the manager didn t show up until 8:15 to open. He told me that they don t open until 8, the sign on the door says they open at 7:30. He was apologetic, why doesn t he know what time the store open?

I cannot say enough about this place. Quick, easy and very professional. I went here about a month ago to get my tires rotated. The man at the desk looked up my information and saw that I had previously purchased 2 tires in the past 12 months. Because of this, my tire rotation was free. When I came there to get new tires, I was there for maybe 20 minutes. These are quick and their work is amazing. My kids and I walked to Burger King to get smoothies for the first time. By the time we got back, the tire was installed and balanced. I will not go anywhere else for tires and front end work!!!

Way too expensive for tires sold me a tire with a defective censor then tried to not take responsibility this business can't be trusted and lost a loyal customer for life for not offering to fix my problem that they caused.

These guys are great! Took excellent care of my car, which needed a new alternator, and had me back on the road quick. John the manager was exceptional and the technicians were all helpful and friendly. Car stuff is not my favorite thing to do but they sure made it a lot less unpleasant for me. I ll be back I m sure.

I usually go to Valvoline but after they broke my oil dipstick tube and then tried to charge me $90 to change and replace my cabin air filter which only takes less than two minutes, I needed to find a place I could trust to change my oil.Luckily, my search results pointed me to Mr. Tire in South Laurel, right across from my gym. The gentleman, I spoke with over the phone, John, was very helpful and let me know exactly how much I would be charged, including taxes, for the oil change. He got me in very quickly and it took less than 20 minutes to get it done.I am very satisfied with the job they did and will be returning in 5,000 miles to get anther one.

I hit a curb last night and knocked the tire off the front left wheel (picture). I immediately booked an appointment for today and took my car in to see Tony. He helped me in getting a new tire and alignment and it is back to driving smoothly!

Experience was great! I needed tires ASAP. There were only 3 in stock but a 4th one was brought from another store.. it was quickly brought to the store for me!

I definitely recommend this shop for your mechanic needs. Joshua was excellent, professional, and polite. He serviced my Jeep today; he identified and rectified my issue promptly. This team deserves recognition! Keep up the great work.

Can't get any lower rating or service than this. I had been a customer of Mr. Tire since 2016. Since then the quality of business has plummeted tremendously.� The male main desk w his blue eyes has an excuse for not performing any work. He's rude, uncritical, and more importantly unintelligent. Exactly what you'd expect out of Calvary Chapel.� Makes sense why midas takes all their business.� Sick of the trash. Don't even bother trying to get served here.

Mr Tire has been wonderful! The staff was so kind in checking everything for me and gave me a good price. They had a great sense of humor since I admitted to running over many nails and replacing many tires in my time. I ll only be taking my car here from now on :)

14709 Balt. Ave.Shoddy work. Scratched my wheel while patching the tire. Store manager said that happens sometimes with these wheels. Mind you they are factory Dodge Scatpack wheels, nothing special about them. Can't call yourself Mr. Tires if you have trouble mounting a tire to a wheel. Oh yeah, I went to another MT before this one and they forgot to put the valve cap back on before telling me they wouldn't touch the car, I guess they knew their limitations.

I was a walk-in on a Sunday and needed an oil change immediately because my oil change light was flashing. The Manager on duty was very polite and courteous, promise he could get me in and out within an hour. I was very pleased with the service I received and he was true to his promise. Thanks again for a job well done.

Joseph was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really liked his honest feedback and diagnosis. His communication was outstanding. Truly felt like he was treating me his own family member. Usually when I leave these type of places I feel that I was up sold on work and things that I really didn t need or could ve wait within the next 6 months but again Joseph was honest and genuine. Will be coming back here and requesting that I work with Jospeh.

The staff here is fantastic! Joseph was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He was abke to answer all of my questions (and I had alot). Josh performed the service, he was quick and thorough. My car was ready is a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this location!
