When it comes to my car there is only one place I take it to get serviced, Laurel Midas. The service is the best anywhere. The technicians show they care and perform quality work every time. Frank and Jesse keep the shop clean and running smoothly. Always friendly, willing to answer any questions and help however possible. Jesse can handle any problem thrown his way on any car, new to historic. He has a true passion for working on cars and it truly shows in his work. The time and effort made to explain each step is truly exceptional. Prices are fair and they try to keep them as reasonable as possible. They truly are a family and make you feel like you belong. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

This place don t deserve any stars . When I first got there the sales person who was up front didn t felt like he wanted to work I told him what I needed and he told me he don t take diagnostic from other places so he said he could check my diagnostic they was going to charge me almost 300 for a diagnostic I got it for free at other shops maybe because I m a female they get you NO SIR . I also said I wanted a tune up I could of left it and pick it up whenever he said he couldn t do it because if that wasn t the problem I m just wasting money even if I asked because I know it s time . I know this Midas place won t do something about it but people please don t go here bad customer service!!!!! This place is a -0 not 1 star

Super job on preforming my 2000 Suburban's repairs (transmission coil; power steering pump replacement; and vital line replacement). Vehicle feels like new and I'm extremely happy and satisfied that the repairs were performed by these phofessionals. Thus I highly recommend!!

Great service and easy to make appointment, in less the 24 hours I get my new tires and pay after the service, happy I will never change this shop.

I have used Midas of Laurel for more than 25 years. They have taken care of my cars, and my children s car. I came here on 3/7/2020 to get 4 new rotors and brake pads. Today on 6/18/2022 I went to have my boyfriends dad change my rear brake pads and when he looked at my rotors he said they had never been replaced. I spent over $800 to have them not do anything to my car. I will be going in and talking to a manager to get a full refund for a service that they never did. DO NOT TRUST this place to actually replace anything on your car! They will scam you and say that they replaced it!Service: Brakes

This Midas location was excellent. From the manager to the staff, they were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Was able to figure out the problem, offer advice and fix my car within a reasonable time. Excellent prices.Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

I meant to go to Auto Zone next door but accidentally pulled in here. I suspected my battery was dying and asked to have it tested. The sales person said I should do a diagnostic test (which included other tests of the alternator etc. ) for about $40. After the test, it turned out it was my battery. Cost of battery, labor, and test came to $300 and that was after they knocked off about $30 (which I appreciated). If you don't know a lot about cars, I'd suggest either be insistent on what you want/need, go someplace else, or bring someone who does know more about cars. Service was quick and they were polite. But it seemed like a bit of an up sale - at least for folks who can't spend $300 easily.

This location has been my shop for years for two of my vehicles. The manager and technicians have always treated me with kindness and respect. They address my questions and clearly explain findings that were not expected. They don't press me or scare me into getting unplanned service on my car, it's my choice. As a female, I appreciate that they don't talk down to me or dismiss me. That is why they are my favorite shop.

Midas in Laurel is the best shop around. I ve been going to them for a few years, with a couple different cars. They have done great work, and have done a great job diagnosing problems. The mechanics are skilled and careful when doing work. Management is knowledgeable and professional. Called and talked to a guy named Frank he got me in no problem. Him along with the service technician were extremely friendly and professional. Even put air in my tires while the oil was draining which is greatly appreciated. I was in/out in no time. If you want friendly/competent staff on your vehicle this is your shop. I went to the dealership to have a few recalls done on my vehicle. They advised that I would need my brakes and rotors done (front and back ) and provided me with a price (completely expensive). I remember coming to this MIDAS a few years ago and the service was good. When I came to have my vehicle serviced they were nothing but pleasant! From the time I came in until the time I left. They had a special going so I took advantage of that! The Manger Frank was very nice as well as his staff Jesse, and Steve! They had the music playing and it was a great experience overall! By far this has been the best automotive experience I ve had in over 15 years.From swollen Ford lug-nuts to metal caps fused on tire stems - They dedicated a lot of time prying off factory defects and owner neglect issues to get me back in my truck ASAP. They shopped around to get me the best price a new tire.It s refreshing to still see companies that truly put their customer s best interest in mind still exist.I look forward to going to The Midas Touch in Laurel for all my auto needs.

I have never met a nicer car tech/manager than Frank. He was professional, caring, and concerned about the problem i had with my 2007 Corrolla He was nice enough to tested and scan my car 3 times to make sure if I needed a new catalytic converter. First time ever at this shop. I had to get my brakes done which I did have to wait a while because they had to get the part, but once it came it only took a matter of minutes for the technician to install it on and have me on my way. I will definitely be coming back for more maintenance in the future.

I researched getting my brakes and rotors and this location came up recommended. I choose them and they did such a good job that I returned to get new tires. I will gladly go back. Did get a bit crowded in the waiting area but they offer to drive you back home if its within a reasonable distance

Pulling in an employee was parked at a 45 degree angle at entrance almost causing an accident then proceeds to get out of the car and attemp to fight me multiple times while.cursing me off for his inability to drive. Second employee got out of car and made way towards my car.Imagine if you come back and say this guy didn't do something to your car. Do not use Firestone as they are a rip-off and try and add on services that you do not need. Use this Midas instead they were very nice and told me everything wrong with the tire maintenance I had been getting and even informed me of tire rotations that were not happening that were supposed to be (bad service at another company)

Frank was an absolute dream to work with. My muffler fell off and they got me in same day. In under two hours I was back on the road and it cost less than a third of the price the dealer quoted me. Thank you so much!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Had the best prices on the tire I wanted (with the rebate). I did have to wait about an hour and a half for a tire replacement but that's about on par with anywhere else. They tried to sell me a brake replacement at $170 which I can do myself for the $50 price of the pads but, again, on par with other places.

An excellent place to get all sorts of automotive repairs done, not just exhaust systems. "Uncle" Jesse and crew have many years of experience fixing all types of vehicles. "Front man" Frank is professional and understanding. Have had many repairs done here and have always been treated fairly. Prices are descent. Jobs are finished quickly. Vehicle is left clean.

This place has been a reliable place to get good service on my Honda Fit. Most recently, Frank Thompson, the manager, took a quick look at my broke passenger wiper and solved it in 5 minutes with a wrench. :)
