I have been taking our Sorento to Laurel Kia for many years, and I could not say more about the work that Jeremy, Sean, and the team do -- always direct, honest, and helpful. Even when the news is bad, they look to find solutions and go out of their way to make accommodations during repairs. They think ahead and always work to ensure you are as prepared as possible for the short term and long term. The recent addition of payment plan options has also been tremendously helpful. Our car is nearing 180,000 miles thanks to the service team, and we'll be buying our future cars from Laurel Kia.

Took my car in 6/12 for maintenance. On 7/6 my engine overheated. My neighbor checked under the hood and the cap to my coolant wasn't put back on. I refilled it with coolant, and now the coolant keeps disappearing. I texted them, I called, left a vm and no response. Horrible customer service.

I came a while ago on the hottest day of the year with a half dead battery. Didn't really care when I would get service as it was an emergency. I was PROMPTLY taken care of alleviating the stress I was going through. I was very happy with the outcome and will come back for all my services.Thanks Team!Service: Battery

Super impressed. Brought my EV6 in for software updates & was worried after reading all the horror stories of clueless repair guys on these EVs. Not here, they knew exactly what to do & how to handle it. Alex at the front was super nice & kept me updated. I'm glad to have King Kia as my local dealer.

When my car started experiencing oil consumption issues, I felt like there would be no hope after learning this may lead needing a new engine. As soon as I spoke Jeremy, he reassured me he has worked on many cases like this and new what to do from point A to Z. Not once did he falter or leave us hanging. Every step of the way he and his team responded with exceptional customer service from the beginning all the way to getting a new engine through Kia Warranty; which was done in time I didn't think in the beginning possible. Even if you live out of the way I recommend Kia of Laurel Service Department.

Quality work. My issue is with scheduling and how they are booked out weeks to months in advance. I have called several times over the last year to have issues addressed and they were always booked out. I called later in July and asked if I could have my car towed there to have the battery replaced because it wouldn t start and was told that they weren t scheduling until a month out I was able to get into a mechanic same day and will likely continue to go there for the most part

Service is always great at this location, which is hard to find at any dealership. The vehicle is always ready when they say it will be ready, and I feel they aren't trying to get over on the customer.

The nicest Kia service I have ever been too. I was stranded with a broken engine and they got it done pretty fast! I hate they are closed on weekends but they probably deserve it!!
