I needed to get some exhaust bolts that were very rusted off my catalytic converter. I gave King Muffler a call and he got it off super quick! Would recommend if you are doing exhaust work and have run out of options.

These guys are awesome fr.. Owner is super cool and knowledgeable. I initially attempted to replace the catalytic converters myself, botched an extremely hard to reach bolt and was hella distraught.Called these guys and the owner explained the situation to me upfront. Did the job overnight and charged me $150 less than the original quote.. Will definitely be back!!Service: Exhaust

I have taken two of my cars here. My first car (08 4runner) needed a new muffler. His prices were 25-30 % lower than most shops in the area. However, that muffler lasted only about 13-14 months and literally fell apart. I took the car back to him and said "I'll give you a break on the replacement muffler since it was only 14 months." I watched him order my replacement muffler and realized he ordered one that was even cheaper in quality and price. I then took my second car (05 Sentra) and it too lasted only about 12-14 months. While the gentleman (owner) is really nice and helpful, you get what you pay for. In my experience, it was not worth saving the $150-$200.Edit: I went back to the shop to show the owner what had happened and he totally denied ever working on my car.

The owner didn't see this review coming, but the service was excellent, I had to leave one. At 8:40 am prompt, the shop was open , I checked my car in. The owner walked me through the process and what to expect -- at this point, he could have charged me twice as much for what needed to be done , but he didn't , he was honest and very professional. I would recommend King Muffler to all my friends and family henceforth for all muffler related work . Thank you .Service: Exhaust

I HIGHLY recommend King Muffler!! I went to three other Auto Repair shops (including Meineke) to get an estimate for an exhaust installation and they all gave me an estimate over $1,000. The estimate at King Muffler was definitely under this price. The shop owner is VERY nice and honest. He gave me an estimate and ordered the parts I needed the same day. The next day, the installation was performed on my car and I paid the exact estimate that he gave me. He did an exceptional job and I definitely will use him again.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Make sure you stop by and see Bae. He gave me an estimate, I came back two weeks later to get the repairs done and the price was the same. Most places will give you an estimate, during the repairs you get a phone call saying we found this, we found that and the price goes up. My exhaust system was done in a very timely manner. My car sounds great and runs 110% better. The finishing touches on the exhaust tip was amazing!! GREAT EXPERIENCE.

In my opinion, the owner name Bae , did an excellent job in a car I took there. He started working at 8:40am and was done at 9:26am. Everything well done and neat. I highly recommend King Muffler. Thanks A lot Bae, keep up the good work.

Needed my exhaust system inspected to see where the noise was coming from. The Technician Bae put my car on the lift showed me the issue. I brought it back the next day for the work to be done. I received no call all day and I to called several times and no answer. The phone line was distorted. I came to the shop to pick up my car that afternoon and spoke about not getting a call and he apologized. But when I asked about the breakdown of the charges things went left. He only had what his estimate was on the work order. I asked where s what you charge for Labor, parts, etc. He asked , Do you want me to charge you more? I asked would you go somewhere to purchase something and not know how much it costs? The work appears to have been done well but the customer service was trash! I do not recommend this establishment.

"Bae" has experience. No matter the job thrown at him he will get it done. Professional and seasoned. Highly recommend above any muffler shop.He got me right and for a nice price. I paid less than a custom muffler shop I had gone to before to "fix" my cars problem.

If you care about your car, please don't take it here. Very unpofessional and dirty shop. The entrance to the garage is crowded with broken old cars and once the only way to leave is to back your car up onto the Main Street which has heavy traffic. Not to mention the terrible service, I went in for an oil change and muffler delete. I was quoted $350 which is way to high so I ended getting that done at another shop for only $175. However, I did get my oil changed from here since I drove 30min to this shop. It took them 1 hour for an oil change because the guy doing it couldn't find the drain plug and I had to walk in and point it out to him. Never going here again

I called ahead and they told me they could look at the car anytime after noon, I came about an hour early to drop off my car and they had me pull right into the bay. Estimate was given as soon as they identified the problem. Car was fixed within an hour and there were no additional costs. I would recommend King Muffler to anyone in the Laurel area.

After getting estimates from several car repair shops for a flex pipe, I felt comfortable doing business with Bae. He found the problem and said he would weld the new pipe. It costs 1/3 the price of other shops and 1/10 the price of the dealer! He lifted the car up and showed me the issue and showed me the repair after it was done. He also finished in 20 minutes!!Service: Exhaust

The owner is awesome and very experienced, he fixed my car so fast and that really impressed me and if you have issues with your breaks or exhaust pipe just go there & you won't be disappointed.

Good honest fairly priced service. Fixes the real problem instead of convincing you to spend way too much on what s necessary. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also efficient with their time. Highly recommend!!

Very reasonable price, not long wait (even waited for a part), and the guy looks experienced and like someone who can really trust and won't try to pull a number on you. I highly recommend this place.

Didn't understand English enough to hear what I was asking. Or they didn't know the difference in English between exhaust manifold ( Donut ) and a exhaust manifold (gasket). To bad I have three vehicles that need work.

No way, estimate over the phone for 1.5' of pipe to replace the resonator on my vehicle was 150$. Not just no, but HELL no!
