The managers and the technicians were absolutely amazing today was my first time there with my Ford escape and the service was really quick I only got a little change but they vacuumed my floors in the front, filled up my tires, recommended me what needed to be done to my truck.. I choose this location specifically because of the great reviews I saw on Google! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I don t often go to Jiffy Lube centers. In fact, I ve never been to one before but this one is probably about the best run facility I ve been to. fast service, no nonsense, honest clear communication. I ll definitely be back.

I went to this Jiffy Lube on a Saturday at 1pm. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Customer service rep (Larry) was very personable. Went over everything in detail. Told me what I needed to have done. Didn't pressure me but made sure I understood the importance. I would definitely come back for service here. I hope they keep this customer service rep and wish all businesses had somebody like Larry interacting with its customers.

Good, quick service.The main manager was very quick and kind.The one who helped me afterwards was good too but she kinda didn't communicate all the way with me on some things but I still got the service I wanted but overall I was very happy.

The service was exceptional. They were very accommodating even though I came in right before closing. They plugged my tire and got me right out. The restroom was also surprisingly clean. This was the best Jiffy Lube location that I ve been to.

Dropped in for an oil change. Was greeted promptly, no high pressure to get or do more. Kevin was great and very professional, effectively communicated what service would be included and what I will need in the future. Excellent experience and I will be returning for other services.

I highly appreciate the service provided by this Jiffy Lube establishment. The staff at this particular location in Laurel exhibits a commendable level of friendliness and politeness. Despite residing in proximity to the Columbia branch, I choose to commute to the Laurel facility due to the exemplary professionalism demonstrated by its staff

2020 Chevy Silverado High Country DieselThe dealer put the incorrect plug on my drain plug. The crew decided to use other measures to empty the original oil. They easily could ve sent me back to the dealer or to another shop, but they didn t. Which easily could ve ruined my busy day. I appreciate them for going above and beyond. I ve brought all my vehicles to this location for the last 15yrs. Always good service.

I love this location, Brian and his team are so polite and professional. They explain in detail what your vehicle needs and make recommendations! The are careful to get the job done as well as the time to complete the job.

Got my brakes done today at the Laurel location. Service was quick as always. Excellent customer service and staff always go above and beyond in doing their job. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely disappointed with the service at this jiffy lube. Came in at 6:15 and told them that I just needed my headlights changed. They told I gotta wait a bit so I did. Then at around 6:40 they told me should be 20 more minutes so I waited again and then they closed all their bay doors after telling me to wait and someone will be with me. I continued to wait till 7:20 and still no one has gotten to me. I wasn t told anything either so I decided to leave. From coming in at 6:15 to leaving at 7:20 and not having anything done to my car is crazy. They weren t even busy at the time.

From start to finish my visit there was PERFECT! All staff employees were friendly, helpful , and very knowledgeable. Service was great and done in a timely manner! Will definitely be coming back for services.

I'm very satisfied and happy I took my SUV to jiffy lube. I had a lot of this wrong with my car and there were able to fix it. I know it took long but that's ok. In the end my car is smooth, it rides great. I can feel the big difference. I had rear end brakes,and discs done, passenger control arm and bearings, serpentine belt changed, oil change, wheel hub studs done cause they broke, and many other things at a reasonable price. They are very hard professional workers and don't give up on your car till it's fixed. Thank you so much. I appreciate everyone who helped. I've been to other mechanics and they fix things and months later the same thing breaks down. Jiffy lube made me believe in people again. Very honest workers. Thank you

All went well and customer service was good, but I'm still not sure why my front brakes kinda make some noise when I'm doing a stop. These are new brakes so... not really sure why though. I did express my concern to the staff .I was hoping they would check and tell me why but naaa,

I loved coming here until recently. I got an oil change October 23, 2023 and my car had an oil leak. My car oil was bone dry on December 23, 2023, so exactly two months later. I took my car to the local auto shop and they stated, whoever worked on my car did not screw the filter on correctly causing oil to spill out. My engine could have locked up on me and cost me thousands of dollars in damages or a new car.

I have a jiffy lube across from my house but I rather go to the Laurel location & have my routine maintenance done at this place. The staff is always friendly && knowledgeable. I always leave satisfied with their services.

I thought they were great. Only one suggestion, after I dropped the car off, I changed my mind and said yes to the wheel rotation. They rummaged through my trunk spare compartment looking for wheel lock key, not finding it they called and I told them it was in the GB. I wish they would have put it back as they found it, it was just scattered about the trunk. That was a disappointment.

After getting an oil change the guy handed me back my keys and stated that they weren t able to the oil change needed light on my Range Rover. When I asked him to explain he said just come back tomorrow and another guy will take care of it. Nah, I ll pass.

Very Pleased with my first visit to Jiffy Lube in Laurel. They gave my vehicle a comprehensive review as I requested and were able to perform all of the overdue maintenance, not just an oil change! I ll be back! I gave 4 because they put they vacuumed and they didn t. I cleared my floor for this service. Other than that the staff is always nice and informative. But y all got to do better with doing the full service we pay for.

There was no one else at the shop when I got there so they took the car right in. I was asked about what service I wanted. I said I was there am for a Signature Service oil change. They asked what kind of oil I wanted. Then they asked if I wanted my wheels rotated. I agreed to that service too. They were pretty efficient getting my car completed.Service: Oil change

Staff is always very attentive and knowledgeable, but this is the 3rd time that I've had grease all over the inside of my car. I even had greasy hand prints on my seat. I had to go home and clean yet again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The services were fast which was greatly appreciated. I was greeted upon arrival, they did an overview of my car and did not pressure me to get other services, just provided the recommendations. They worked quickly and efficiently. They also have a bathroom in their lobby which is a plus because you don't always find this at most mechanics.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Service was completed and car was moved from service bay before I could request other services could be requested. So if I wanted more services my car would have be put at the back of line, before I was able to pay.

There was no communication I usually talk to a service rep before my vehicle is touched I was told wait a rep would be with me then 30 mins later I was told my vehicle was finished I was given the wrong type of oil in my vehicle also so I can t say I had a pleasant experience
