Really pleased with the tint job Hallstar Tint did using Suntek CIR. The workmanship is great and the ceramic tint, gives my car a nice look while making the interior much more comfortable by cutting down on heat and glare. Their service was professional and detailed. Definitely recommend them for a quality tint. Solid five stars!

Great Service! Showed up early and got pulled right in. I ended up being here a little longer than expected, but if it's one thing I can definitely appreciate it's a business that will take its time to do something GOOD & RIGHT, regardless of the extra time it may take. Especially in this microwave, instant gratification age. Thank you very much HALLSTAR.

Took my Lc500 here for ceramic tint all around. Got it back in a timely manner. 45 minutes after leaving my cars alarm/electrical system started going crazy. Took it to the dealer and the diagnostic test results were saying water leaked into my electrical system. This was after 3 days in their service department. Wasted a lot of time on this matter. Only had the car for a week (200miles odo). Luckily I have a good relationship with my dealer and they waived all costs/fees. Overall, the tint installed was solid, no bubbles or anything at the moment. Definitely need to be more mindful on the water that isn't getting caught. Could have costed $$$ for repairs on a brand new car like this.

Great place to get tint from. Very very professional especially the frony lady Ms Tammy she was awesome. Explains everything well and makes sure she lets us know what is going on. The technicians where awesome made sure everything was right. Explained certain things so i can know why this and that. I will be back for that ceramicClear. Thank you. Bless to all. Oh ever start that detail thing back up i am willing to work.

Have had several of our cars done here! Always the best service! It s first come, first serve so I took my Jeep in at opening on a Tuesday morning. Got the front 2 windows to match the rear and windshield tint. Was in and out in a little over an hour. The explanation of different tint qualities and legality was top notch. The negative reviews are from people who with no patience and don t do research. As a customer service and Human Resources manager, I definitely recommend this establishment. Every time a park my Jeep, I look back at it just because it looks so good! Even gave me a key fob lanyard which I am going to use for advertisement just because. Thank you Hallstar!

Came to get my car tinted a couple months ago -The saying is true that you get what you pay for - I paid for excellence!Service team was very friendly when I got this location. They got me out of the way quick! They extra heated the bottom of my windows so that opening the door didn't mess up my tints. It's been a couple months now and the tints are holding up and looking GREAT!Definitely gave my car a better look! Would definitely bring another car to them!Service: Privacy window films

From initial call, the staff were very nice & answered my questions. When I arrived I was greeted and checked in. Process and options were explained. It's first come, first served so be aware & be patient. I was told estimate of time & waited in waiting area. Once my car was taken back, the process of matching my front windows to the rear factory tint was fast. Hallstar did excellent job. Tint looks great! I realize the real test will be how it holds up over time. Based on initial look, workmanship & customer service, I'm impressed. I would definitely recommend Hallstar for tint.

Tinted my 2010 Prius back in February and 5 months later, it still looks incredible. The staff was super friendly - helped me understand my tint options - no pressure at all. Overall the price was a terrific value. Receptionist was super easy going - we had a great chat about legendary breakfast spots in Pittsburgh. I was surprised how quickly and professionally the service was done - even washed my car. I recommend this place to all my friends - support small business folks!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Just bought a new car last week. Fist time getting my windows tinted. I had an easy and smooth experience. I paid online. (Tho I was upset that it said if I paid online I d save 10% but the promo code given didn t work and no 10% was taken off) But as soon as I got to Hallstar I was greeted as soon as stepped out of my car. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And I was in and out in under an hour.

More than just tint! This shop is amazing. I had two cars tinted and they still look brand new. They custom wrapped all the Chrome, marker lights, and exhaust on my vehicle to make it stealth. All the work is CLEAN and looks Factory new. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, they won't upsell you and make sure the job is done right.

Ok customer service, but very poor detailing skills. Parts of my car weren't even TOUCHED. Inside still had dusty surfaces that weren't touched. The trunk area was only shampooed but not wiped down. My bumper had streaks of soap from the initial wash. My front windshield area was not dusted and inside my middle front seat was barely clean. All in all a waste of money because i had to basically rewash it myself. I also let them talk me into getting my seats steamed and got the exterior waxed which has no point considering the outside was still dirty and the inside as well. I cant understand why this took 8 hrs for my car to come back like this.Update: After speaking with management and the so called owner I can now conclude this business is a mess. Any customer who his not satisfied with the work is met with anger and claims of fraud for lying. Don't waste your time here. Even the Groupon doesn't make it worth it. If you do go, CHECK EVERYTHING. If you find one thing wrong I promise you'll find more. But once you drive of the lot they won't take the blame for anything.

I came to this car tint shop they don t take appointments but however, first come first serve basis when I get here they can t take my car. Call Customer Service no sympathy don t come here.Response :As an employee to the company, when a customer calls, you should alert them and state Our last car is at four however, please give us a call so that we can let you know if we are booked for the rest of the day so taking the initiative and taking the effort and using customer service skills will do you best. And I will and I did take the time out to leave the review.

I had a wonderful experience at Hallstar! Their front desk personnel was very polite and patient with me (as this was my first time ever getting tints). Everyone who tended to me and my vehicle were very friendly, professional, and worked in a timely fashion. My tint came out great (I got 20% on the fronts & 10% on the back- did not tint the windshield), and I was happy to learn that they offer a warranty with the service. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your tinting needs!

This was the second time I have come to have my vehicle tinted at Hallstar. My first was a 2015 Toyota Avalon back in 2018 and this time I had my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ tinted. The finish on both of them were dope! The sales consultant showed be the available products, and demonstrated the difference in tint product with respect to keeping the heat out. My complete job was done in about and hour. There is no shortage of tint and body shops where I live. However I will bypass them every time and go to Hallstar.

I got a groupon for a full detail, and even paid extra for dog hair removal. I took my car in before they opened, so I was the first one there. When I came to pick up my car the dog hair was still there, but a few days later my car STUNK. It was really bad so I investigated and they didn't vacuum up all of the water from the stowaway compartments. My car interior is damaged, it still stinks almost a year later. I think they treated me so poorly because I had a groupon, maybe they just had a bad day. They said it was because I brought my car in too late and only had a few hours to work on it, but like I said I was the first person there, before they even opened. But their bad day ruined my car.

Absolutely love Hallstar. My first time experience was excellent. I went here to get detailing done. I happen to look on Groupon an seen that Hallstar was giving the basic detailing done for a reasonable price. Once I arrive the owner Wayne inform me that I will need more work to be done to my car which will be a few more 20's. Which was still reasonable to me because everywhere else was trying to charge me $300 to $400. When I walked away in my mind I was very doubtful just knew certain stains wasn't going to be able to come out. which I WAS SO WRONG. Darnell was the one who worked on my car an when I said he brung my car BACK TO LIFE he have done just that. When It was time for my car to get picked up, it was unbelievable!!. My car was looking brand new again. I couldn't even wait to get out the parking lot to tell people about the marvelous job that was done. Again thank you ! Below is the before and after picture.

I've always been skeptical about tint shops and how they run their business, but one tint shop stands out. HALLSTAR TINT & DETAIL is amazing!!!!..Yes, they are busy most times , for that's a good thing. But rest assure you will be TAKEN CARE OF, as long as YOU are willing to wait or drop your vehicle off..I've had four vehicles tinted by them without issues.thanks again...

Getting a "full service" detail from Hallstar was possibly the worst service experience I've ever had. After calling ahead, getting there before opening, and being the second person to hand my keys over for service, I wound up waiting FIVE HOURS. What's more, when I got my car back and drove home (happy to be finally gone and have what's left of my day), I realized several things. One: they didn't so much clean my floor mats as much as they made them wet. After I took them out of the trunk, I saw they were still spotted with dirt, and just dripping wet with water from what I can only guess was a brief hose-down. Two: the whole car smelled like they cleaned it with a dirty rag. Seriously, I was expecting a shampoo sort of smell, but instead it smells like they just used a wetvac without any soap to clean everything, and it now smells like wet rags. Three: they just didn't even bother with the windows. Not even a quick wipe with windex; everything (inside and out) was just as dirty as when I dropped it off. Bonus: although they did clean the outside, they didn't even touch the wheels and just seemed to give up on a spot of dried bird poop that "just wasn't going to come off" (never mind I got it off with a sponge and 10 seconds of work when I got home.)To recap: five hour wait after being the second car in for the day and a pre-scheduled time, and a car that was barely worked on at all and given back smelling like wet rags. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.

Patrons Beware!I heard from a couple of people about trying this business of having my windows tinted. I was able to research the details online and decided to purchase in advance to receive a 10% discount. This was not the case. I did not receive the discount at check out and decided to call the business to see what next steps came to making an appointment and receiving the discount. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who stated that once he sees the details of what I purchased he can assist. I asked if there were any appointments available for that day (Saturday) and I was told they would contact me back because they were busy. I waited and called back around two hours before they closed and there was no answer. The business is closed on Sundays, so I waited for the next business day. Didn t receive any type of contact from the HALLSTAR business as stated by the associate and, as their website states, once you paid in advance. I decided to dispute the charges and received a follow up that they could not give me $18.50 due to me filing a dispute. I informed the associate I needed the full $185.00 refunded because I never received service. Three weeks later and the business still refused to refund my money, in the full amount of $185.00. Never received service, a follow-up phone call or email. Patrons beware!

Guys This place is 10 star It is best in class and there is no one close I took my new M 550 for ceramic after bmw Annapolis ripped me off Wow He is amazing and I told him Does not charge enough Please tip him wellBrian Told u customer for life Truly After dealing w MANy tiny etc over the years No comparison Thank you my friend See you in April Duane!!We ll update He originally suggested some more light tinting Of course know it all like me me I knew better Wrong He did it today I m telling his dedication to his craft is off the charts The best Thank u guys And his prices are low for the quality he does so tip them!Services: Privacy window films, Paint protection, Blast retention window films

Good place for tint. Other services offered fo course but cant speak to them. Made an appointment and service was quick. Staff gave plenty of valuable instruction on care for tint. Also guaranteed if any issue and return for assistance is offered.

Had my "newly purchased" used car interior detailed. Tony did an wonderful job. My car feels like a brand new car inside. It smelled so clean too. The staff was very friendly and professional, they made sure that I was satisfied with the services I received. I will definitely become a regular customer and recommend others. I definitely recommend this place, they were so patience and very knowledgeable about their services. Marlo was so helpful by informing me about my defrost lines on my car that was damage,, i appreciate that. I guarantee you will be satisfied! I can t wait to see my car once it s done. Very satisfied with my experience. Started off getting my car detailed, which they did a wonderful job. They were very informative and I ended up getting my car tinted. After three months no cracking peeling or fading. Ive had no issues with install or product quality . The audio installer suggested serveral options that I m considering getting done in the near future. Can t beat their prices and I never been to a place that gave so much information about their products. Highly recommend not going anywhere else.
