Great dealership that is super attentive and explains everything. I went to 2 other Chrysler dealerships and what distinguishes this dealership is the mom/pop family feel. They aren't pushy like most dealerships either. These guys are good. I was helped by Kelvin (sales), Mark (sales manager/financing) and Ron (GM). All interactions were great. Good people.

The service was great I went in and they did everything to give me what I wanted. Everything was wonderful. I got my jeep and the price was good and they took the time to actually find me a good good finance company and I love it I just want to say thanks to Mark and Kelvin for the great work and I love my vehicle. The customer service I received at this location is unmatched! It Can t be compared to any other dealership in MD and I mean that 100%! From the time you walk through the door it s a different feel. It doesn t feel like you re at a dealership but more so a place of tranquility because it was so peaceful and quiet. The atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were kind , personable, understanding, patient, honest and professional. Compared to other experiences I ve had at other dealerships where i felt like I was attacked by piranhas based on how salespeople bombarded me for a sale. I didn t feel measured here at all. Jim and Ron made my first experience here a memorable one and that will always stick with me. Thank you guys so much !!

My wife just went to Fred Frederick to buy herself a new Jeep since for some strange (or obvious) reason she prefers not to patronize major corporations. We love her new Jeep Compass and she had the nicest experience making the deal with Jim and the rest of the Fred Frederick family operation. Our Irish setters will love it too!

I came to Dodge Laurel on 2/19/24 because I was having issues with the Dodge New Carrollton dealership. The problem was I needed a new key fob reprogrammed to my vehicle because thieves broke in and deprogrammed the current one. I brought my car to Dodge Laurel after it's sitting at a week in the New Carrollton Dodge lot with no service or review of the issue. Dodge Laurel was friendly, knowledge and quick. My car was fixed the very next day. A+ customer service. I would definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location. I highly recommend it if you own a Mopar.

I see why this service place has the lowest reviews and ratings! I just tried to schedule a service appointment on my new 2023 Jeep for the recalls and an oil change. I spoke with Charlie, he was rude, passive, and condescending. He told me that it would take 4 hours to service my vehicle for the recalls & the nearest appointment available is 2 weeks out. He tried to schedule the appointment for 8am. I asked if I can get a later appointment like around 10AM. He told me well I could, but they have 20 vehicles in on a daily & there isn't a guarantee that I will get your vehicle back the same day. I then said I don't understand how if my appointment is at 10am, 4 hours from 10AM does not roll into the next day.He then went on to say if the coil from the recall fails inspection it may take longer but that still does not equate to my vehicle being held longer I asked if someone could bring me home during the time my vehicle is getting service. He said no, they don't have a shuttle and he just kept smacking & then said well you would have to provide your own transportation, but he wouldn't recommend it - So you want me to sit and wait there for 4hrs? Then I asked him about the oil change and how much that will cost. Since my vehicle is in the Jeep Wave program, the oil change & everything that comes with it is supposed to be covered. He told me I would have to come out around $35 BECAUSE I DIDN'T PURCHASE MY VEHICLE FROM THEM! Now, when I purchased my vehicle I was told I can go to any Jeep service and they will honor everything in the program cause it's a nationwide program thru Jeep. That's what the program is for but he told me that I would have to come out-of-pocket because I didn't purchase my Jeep from them. I was appalled at his tone and his smug words. It's a shame that I can't get my vehicle serviced in my own area, Smh.

Out of state purchase of a new Challenger with all numbers agreed to by phone in advance, arrived at the dealership to purchase and there were zero surprises or add-ons, an absolute no-pressure experience with Jim that I really appreciate. Definitely recommend.

Not to be trusted. Filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and Federal Trade Commission due to fraud. They provided a courtesy car they doctored documents to make it look like a lease agreement. The contract was blank. FRAUD DEALER. Be wise and talk to a attorney. Not backed by any insurance agent for repairs and for good reason. Kept my car over 85 days, lying about repairs. Be careful leaving your car. Stay away before they get shut down.

I can t say enough good things about their sales department. We got our dream truck here and couldn t be happier. Kelvin and Mark were extremely patient with me and helped complete the process with us for the truck. They made sure we got everything we wanted/needed before we left. Mark made sure to explain everything in regards to finances and paperwork. The whole process was so transparent with them. They ensured we knew what we were paying for. Thank you for the awesome experience! We are so excited to start our RV life with this truck!

I simply cannot recommend the Fred Frederick dealership enough!!! The staff greeted us with endless kindness & generosity and went above and beyond in helping us purchase/finance the van of our dreams!Big shoutout to Earl who spent countless hours with us filling out paperwork/giving us details about the van and to Mark who helped us tremendously with all the financing and purchase details.I've genuinely never had such a smooth experience purchasing a vehicle. Myself and my partner left with big smiles and happy hearts... and a Ram Van!! Woo! Thank you, Earl&Mark!

Yes! I totally recommend this dealership! On June 21, 2021 I bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Willys 4x4. My sales associate Susan Thrift and the manager Mark provided outstanding professional service through the whole process. I dread car buying but they made it an enjoyable experience. Sales coordinated well with Service Department who also had outstanding customer service in having my truck bed sprayed and running boards installed. This is my forth Jeep and I have nothing but good things to say about Jeep's products and customer service!!

I've recently purchased a new Ram Promaster city cargo for our company and I can't even begin to describe how amazing everyone have been!Susan and Allen are beyond anything you would expect at a high end department store let alone a car dealership.They were personal, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process.My first interaction was with Susan when I called to get pricing and information regarding the van. Susan was by far the most transparent person I have spoken with (and I called quite a few). While others kept on pushing me to come and discuss pricing, Susan gave me the exact price over the phone inclusive of all fees, taxes, etc. This was the exact price I paid at the end.While at the dealership with Allen trying to get everything approved for financing which proved to be a bit difficult, Allen was more than accommodating. His patience and help along the process made me chose buying a Ram over the alternatives simply because I felt that I can trust him and Susan.If you are looking for a new vehicle and value honest, warm, and transparent staff do yourself a favor and call them. Make sure to ask for Susan or Allen.

Fraud! I was told the price to take out the third-row seat would be $175 and if there were parts that were needed, they would like me know the cost for parts or adjustments. This morning, Brent Ivie called me to explain that it would cost $350 to take the seat out and to examine it. I explained that it was not what we discussed early 3 weeks ago when I had the van there and we looked at the issue with the seat not folding. Did the price to take the seat out double in 3 weeks? Also, when I was on the phone with Mr. Ivie he hung up on me and refused to give me his last name. That lets me know that he knew he was being dishonest. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Picture is just for attention I always look at those first. This was my first time at Fred Frederick.. my sister brings her Jeep here. My 2016 dart had a couple recalls. Two weeks out for an appt, but that s only bc they don t have many mechanics. Fine by me. The gentlemen I spoke with in the shop were very kind, as well as the lady who had all my paper work. Dropped my girl off at 8am she was done before 2pm. Would recommend.

Family member took her car here for recalls. She had gone two weeks ago and was told the parts needed to be ordered and to make an appointment. She did and dropped the car off first thing in the morning. She asked if they could also look at her breaks. It was not until late afternoon that they called and said she needed break pads. She agreed to the work. No word and later that evening she calls to find out why she had not heard anything. She asked to talk to a manager to understand why timing was not communicated so she would know how long she would be without a car. Witnessing the conversation on her end, she was extremely calm and simply asked why she was not told it would not be done the same day or any other updates. The manager in a condescending way asked, "Did someone tell you it would be done today?" As if customers shouldn't have expectations or shouldnt expect communication. He got belligerent on the phone. I couldn't believe what I heard.I personally go to another dealership in the same area and I have never taken my car to the other dealership without them providing an estimate on how long repairs will take or alerting customers if it would take more than a day. Frankly, I've had many repairs over the years and I don't think I've ever had to leave my car for more than a day for things like recalls or break pads. I've noticed in the past when she's taken her car here, it's taken an oddly long time for the things she's gotten done. I'm writing this review as a first hand observer of what I have seen this family member go through of the poor service at this place and the rudeness when questioned about proper communication.I keep telling her she needs to take her car somewhere else.

By far the worst parts department I ve ever went to to sum it all up the guy tells me to go on line it s nothing and no way he can see if a part fits my car so I gave another year without even looking he says yea I just don t know what s the point of all those computers and programs with car info and parts numbers for that seems to be the answer every time I come to this specific location

Kelvin and Ron took great care of me when shopping for a new Power Wagon. Its fantasic and I would highly recommend this dealership. They were able to get me in and out quickly, with Kelvin even meeting with me on his day off. I've bought quite a few vehicles in the last few years, and this was definitely the smoothest purchase I have ever had. I was even an out of state customer.

I took my car to the Fred Fredrick collision center in Laurel MD and they were able to get my car looking brand new and damage free again. Ben at the collision center was great. He kept me well informed throughout the process and was able to work with me to keep the costs down to a minimum.

My family had a great experience here! When I saw all of the pictures of the van, I knew I wanted to get it. The details & the amount of pictures assured me, that it was exactly what we wanted. I spoke with Rick, who was wonderful! They prepped the car, we drove 2 hours to finish the paperwork, & left within a few hours with our new van! Very smooth transaction! Mark made all the paperwork very easy for us! Would def recommend!

Buying a vehicle can be an anxious experience. I had specific things I wanted for my family in my next vehicle and was set on getting them so we can be happy and comfortable. Working with Kelvin just felt right from the time he greeted me. He listened to my wish list and had knowledge of the inventory. Having Mark support Kelvin to get me a reasonable rate and extended warranty made the experience even smoother.My Dream vehicle was there and had everything I wanted and more! I was even able to get a better rate using their bank than what I got on my own! I was also able to place a hold on the vehicle and take a few days to think on it.The team took care of my needs and made sure I left with the coverage I needed in order to be comfortable and safe for my family.
