Lovely experience. Blew Carmax right out of the water in everything, including courtesy, professionalism, quality of the cars, and last but not least, trade-in offer. Beat them by $2000.Alex at the front desk, and our sales advisor Jonah - both were excellent!Kudos!

Great experience here at EchoPark! Julian has been awesome; no pressure, very forthcoming and accommodating. Everyone here is super friendly, and the facility is modern and clean. Lots of activities for kids to keep them busy, including a young children s play area, checkers, Connect Four, a ping pong table and free video games. Lots of space for social distancing. Good inventory. Highly recommend EchoPark!

Please STAY AWAY from this place! Wanna-be CARMAX but unprofessional bait and switch con artists who treat their customers quite insultingly. This company needs to invest in training their employees in customer service. Rude and disrespectful customer service. Went in to trade in the car on 5/19/23 with an appointment and a written offer. Their buyer offered $3K lower - true to their tagline but didn t know it was for lowballing their customers 3K lower! So we wanted to have a conversation since we had written offer, but was told by their service rep who refused to share his name (picture attached) that we are a distraction for them and harassing them and said that we should get back in our car and go back on 66 Didn t realize their business is only for MD Laurel people and Virginia people shouldn t bother take their business to this shop.. He told me to get off their private property and opened door for me to get out. Please note I was only female there and all employees were males and while this guy was making these racial comments, the other customer reps were laughing. If they treat their lady customer like this, wonder how they treat rest of customers. Please stay with professional CARMAX, it was a mistake to waste my time and peace of mind at this place where they need to spend some budget hiring and training.for customer service.

Just had a great experience at EchoPark, love the showroom floor layout, love the vibe, wonderful negotiations, Jeremy was transparent, not pushy and simply allowed me to arrive organically into the deal. He showed patience, respect, and courtesy.

The people who work here are cool, no problems with them. However, the cars are absolutely garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They sold my fianc� a lemon of a car stated it went through a 192 point inspection let me tell you, there s no way this car passed. The transmission went out within 2 months, the audio system just failed, breaks needed to be changed as soon as we got the car. To top off our experience, after we got the car, when we re thinking about returning it, within the time frame allowed, the business closed that particular location. Save yourself the trouble and headaches, go somewhere with a longer and more reputable track record.

What a delightful and warm experience purchasing my first vehicle. Jeremy really made this experience seamless. He truly leads a great sales team at the Laurel location. The store manager Jeremy got me out the way! With world class customer service and a compassionate tone, he got me in a new car! As a first time car buyer, post college , I was anxious about the whole process. He took his time and explained everything to me, from my credit score to the car options. He literally went line by line and showed me what i was getting. This is what caring and passion for human experiences looks like ! His customer service style shows exactly why he s the man in charge! If you are going to get a new car , first, go to ECHOPARK, two ask for Jeremy.Sincerely , A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Great experience shopping here. They have so many cars to look at, they made me a better trade deal than CarMax right down the road. Vehicles are clean, priced right, and the sales staff are helpful WITH NO GAMES! No let me check with my manager shenanigans. Thanks Marcelo and Mamadou!

I was initially drawn to EchoPark after seeing their high quality cars, best prices in the area, and knowing their employees are paid on salary (not based on sales), which made me feel at ease working with them. After today, I was very impressed by my experience with Joel Vittori & Marcelo Molina. They honestly answered all of my questions in a timely manner, stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule, and made the experience as easy as possible for a first time car buyer. I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a very good experience! The Experience Guide that I worked with is Marcelo Molina and he did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He completely understood when I advised him that I did not want to purchase any "extras" and did not hassle me. I traveled via train because I do not live in the area and the manager was very kind to send someone to pick me up. The gentleman that drove over was very gracious. The only small downer would be that I was only left with of a tank of gas. That was my first car buying experience leaving without a full tank or a fuel voucher. Overall, I would highly recommend EchoPark Automotive and be sure to ask for Marcelo!

The entire purchase experience was completely different from any other car purchase I've made in the past. I will be back for my next "new" car.

It was very easy to sell my car at EchoPark. They gave me the check for the amount they quoted in the online estimate. Took them 10 min to look at my car and about 30 min to complete all paperwork.I spoke to 2 people on the phone and 2 at the dealership, and all 4 were professional, polite and friendly. The showroom was clean and bright.I am extremely happy with my experience there!Highly recommend EchoPark!

Even though my husband and I did not end up purchasing a vehicle - this was the best experience I've ever had with a dealer. No pressure (which I greatly appreciate), no gimmicks - straightforward and understanding. Also, great pricing on ALL vehicles. Shoutout to Jasmina - she is extremely helpful and friendly.

Marcelo made my first time buying a car very easy and fast. He was very informative and walked me through all the paperwork and also explained certain things to me that I didn t understand. Finance coach Harris also did a great job in helping me by finding a bank to approve the auto loan. Their document specialist Aaron also was a big help by printing out all necessary documents and by providing me with my tags. I also would like to thank Mike for filling my car up with gas while it was raining out. All the people listed above really went above and beyond for me in making my first time car buying experience wonderful.

I had an awesome experience with everyone here. Jeremy and Marcelo hospitality is awesome from start to finish. Ecopark is the place, talking about class, you want it you go it. If you are seeking a vehicle look no further, come to this location in Laurel and I assure they will treat you like a king or Queen. I am pleased with my visit, outcome result, monthly car payments. All entire package was a great deal. Look at God!

Bought my car here and quickly found multiple things wrong with it. The salesmen are sleezy and honestly we shouldve just walked away because the car is as bad as the people working there. Then after I did a pre-buy inspection with a seperate mechanic, they send me to the baltimore location where the mechanics there straight up lied through their teeth. They used faulty equipment to show that my tires were okay when they actually needed to be replaced. As much as I hate carmax, Id recommend going there to my worst enemy over going to Echopark.

EchoPark was calm, thorough, courteous, and patient. They stood by their numbers for both the selling price and the trade-in. And they gave a good price for my old car. Thank you to Daniel, Jas, and Joel, with some extra info help from Jeremy. I didn t get to meet the appraiser, but I thank him too.

Beat the carmax price when selling my car. Process took a bit longer due to the new company requirements needing a 4 step approval process for any check over $5000. Wish they told me this from the beginning because I waited inside for over an hour with my ride, then told me I could just come back later to get the check once approved. Kind of a large amount of wasted time. Employees are relaxed and the waiting area is pretty nice.

I don t usually leave reviews but this had to be one of the worst experiences Iv had. I drove over an hour and a half to look at a car that I had scheduled an appointment to see. I show up and check in and immediately the front desk guy was being unprofessionally rude saying I will have to wait an hour just to see the car. I explain I had scheduled an appointment and have driver far to come here. They couldn t care less and told me to take a seat. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated like this. I will never return and will make sure I spread the word about the experience I had. Don t waste your time find a dealership that actually cares about customers.

I have bought a few cars in my day . I have always had someone else with me when I did. I walked in to Echo Park solo. I was certain that I was about to be turned away one way or another. From the second I walked in there I was greeted with the up most respect... Guess what I drove away an hour later in my New upgrade Impala. I'm a previous Impala owner and currently still am...lol. I can't possibly say enough good things about the entire staff . . I'm so glad I passed by Carmax to get to Echo Park . I will never get another vehicle or recommend anyone but Echo Park.. Excellent Staff .. Deborah

I bought my first car through EchoPark! The staff were incredibly friendly and made purchasing my car a breeze. They maintain a beautiful inventory where all the vehicles look brand new.
