I ve just had some dent and ding damage to my car taken care of at Christian Auto Body. Their professionalism and expertise is stellar.Glenn provided EXCELLENT customer service, took time to tell me of the process, provided full estimate prior to repair and repair was done in the time frame he said.

I damaged the paint on one side of my car. Glen said he could "buff it" and make it look better so we set up an appointment. When I dropped off the car, he gave me a ride home. When he picked me up to get my car I was amazed! It looked like new! He not only repaired the damage, he washed my car and now it sparkles like the day I bought it! I was so impressed with the quality and caring that I am shouting it out to everyone, this is the place to go for body work!

Really want to go 1 star but they closer to 1.5... This body shop wasn't too honest with me when I needed some work on my 2017 Honda Pilot. I did not use insurance so timing was critical to me. They promised and then they apologize when they didn't deliver on time. The only good thing was that the actual body work was decent....

The shop provided excellent service to repair my car after an accident! Mr. Glen was super helpful and professional with assisting me. I was so impressed when I picked up my car because they did such a great job!! I will definitely be using this shop for any future repairs needed!

I was referred to Mr. Glenn and it was the best referral I have received. My dad's car was in an accident 4 months after his passing. I was so upset when it was declared a total loss. I reached out to Mr. Glenn at Christian Auto Body and almost a year later I'm able to drive my dad's 2008 grand marquis that has so much sentimental value with ease. The service was great - very calm and peaceful yet still professional. The time that was stated that the car would be ready was exact. What more can I say - I just stare at the car and smile.

I could not be more impressed - it was just a great experience from the first phone call to the finished work. I expected them to just cut off the part of my bumper blocking the light but they really went the extra mile by putting it back into place and cleaning everything up. I was amazed by how good it looked. Not only that, but it only took them half an hour! I arrived at 10am and couldn't believe it when they handed back my keys at 10:30. I'll definitely be coming back with any future needs!

Christian Auto Body is the only shop we've have used for 20+years. We have always had at least 4 vehicles and currently have 8. With young adults and teenagers their is always something happening. Glenn has continued to impress us with the work they do. Currently have a vehicle there nowTHE PLACE TO GO

RUN far away...DO NOT trust this place with your vehicle. Went there after an accident and they took forever to work with my insurance company. They strung me along for weeks and finally I had to use my own mechanic.

Glen s service was exceptional. His business is very neat and organized. We appreciated how he treated my husband and me. When I picked up our car, I immediately recognize that he had gone above what was necessary to complete and finish the body work. I recently had a service from Christian auto body. I have been looking for a good body shop for a while in Rockville, and Silver spring area. Usually, they take too long for the service and sometime not honest. But, in this Christian body shop, they have FAST service and they are so honest. Somehow, after I got my car back and I noticed that there was one wheel cap missing. That was not their fault but Glenn was so~~ kind that he ordered one for me with no charge. They are great and I highly recommend if anyone needs body service.

Originally was suppose to take my truck to an Auto body shop in Columbia, Md. after seeing my truck sit for a week, I figured the body shop in Columbia had no clue on how to repair the roof. I pulled my truck from that shop, and Thankfully came across Christian Auto body. Glenn and his crew were OUTSTANDING! The repairs were made correctly, they issued a GREAT warranty on their work, and even cleaned my truck front to back, prior to pick up. This company truly is a hidden gem. I had the best experience with this shop even though my insurance company tried to dissuade me because it was not in their network. Based on the reviews and talking to the owner before taking my car here, I decided to follow my instinct. Glenn is very professional, personable, and provides excellent customer service. In addition, his main product, which is repairing car body damage, was outstanding; looks like new. As a bonus, he cleaned the car, inside and out, before I picked it up. Edit to respond to owner: I m glad the owner responded so everyone can see how unprofessional they are. Instead of recognizing their part in this situation, they blame the insurance company (which was the car s factory warranty) and the customer. The facts they can t argue are they kept my car for 2 MONTHS and didn t even do the service CORRECTLY. They never would call me to provide updates and instead I had to call every time. The owner s response is a joke and instead of accepting responsibility, they want to accuse me of slander. How is this slander when they kept my car for 2 months and did the job wrong?? Again like I previously stated, find another company to do body work.I dropped off my car for body work mid April 2022. It is now the second week of June and I m just picking it up. This auto body shop took TWO MONTHS to do a job that they originally quoted would only take 2 weeks. They would NEVER call me to provide updates so I had to constantly call to see what was going on with my car. Every time it was an excuse or a promise that it would be ready soon. Finally they said it was ready for pickup and when I came to pick up the car, I noticed they put the WRONG WHEEL on the car. I was so frustrated with the extreme lack of communication and astonishing lack of competence from this shop. Do yourself a favor and go to an auto body shop that will provide a timely and accurate service for your car. I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone!!!!!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I recently dropped my car off for repair at Christian Auto body shop in Laurel, MD and the owner Glen was very professional and true to his word about the repairs that were needed and when my vehicle would be ready. He also provided me with a loaner car while the work was being done. He not only finished when he promised, but he return my vehicle vacuumed and washed. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a professional place, quality work, and a person of their word to work on their vehicle. I am giving him fiver stars for a job well done!!!!

Excellent Customer Service and an Outstanding, Amazing job on my Mercedes. Also Glenn was nice enough to give me a loaner while my car was being repaired. When I got my car back it look brand new. I will recommend Christian Auto Body because they care about their customers and will get the job done, and when you have questions Glenn will take his time and explain everything you need to Know. Glenn went above and beyond. Thanks so much Glenn! I will be referring my friends and family members to you.

EXCEPTIONAL WORK!! Got into a little fender bender with my 94 Celica, I was devastated even though the damage wasn t so crucial. Came to Glen with the situation, he observed what needed to be done and accomplished what was needed. He told me it will take no longer than 3 days for completion and he kept his word. The results were perfect as if my car was completely refurbished and just pulled off the lot from a local dealership. Once the damage has been resolved, Glen and his team concluded with traditional style hand wash and tire shine. That tire shine, sheesh, let me tell you about that. It definitely lasted for a few. May I also say, the washes they do when the important stuff is done for your car is simply amazing. Better than the majority of car washing businesses within the proximity. I wouldn t hesitate to engage business with Glen and his team again. Definitely a friendly-social business environment and excellent communication when it comes down to what is needed and what works best for your vehicle.

The work done by Christian auto body was exemplary, great attention to detail . When I needed repair service to my 2011 Mercedes S550 , Glenn and his certified technician restored my car to show room perfection. I would highly recommend this shop for all fine European vehicles. Got into an accident and didn t want my insurance to fix my car themselves so I googled auto body shops around me and Christian Auto Body topped it all with execellent reviews plus a friend also recommended the shop through a brother of his. I gathered courage, called the shop and spoke to Glen who was so nice on the phone and in person and trust me when I tell you that my car looks better than I bought it. I sent it to him really messed up and got it back neat and tidy with an excellent job done!! Glen is a man of few words but he truly delivers as an honest man would and I am in love with my car all over again. Thank you Glen!!! You deserve more than 5 stars!!

Walked in for a estimate & the guy in the front couldn't even do his job. Walked out to my truck gave it a glimpse & Walked back inside only to give me a rough estimate obviously ended up going elsewhere. Where they took their time to explain what needed to he done & charged me half of what this shop was going to do so. I have no doubt this place does a good job but the customer service is a joke!!

I called on Thursday when I had an incident that damaged my bumper! I went in the same day, and Glen analyzed the damage, gave me my options, and then made an appointment for it to get fixed the next morning for a price lower than anywhere else I had contacted. I made it to my appointment almost twenty minutes early, but they were able to accommodate and got me out of there so quickly! They noticed other minor blemishes on my car and fixed them up in a hurry. The outstanding customer service and thorough work they do alone speaks for itself, but the mechanics here truly go above and beyond! Hopefully I don t have to see them again anytime soon, but I know where I m going the next time my car is damaged!!

Glen Hayles' shop does an excellent job. Had a complete paint job done on my silver 93 RX7 in the Spring of 2013. I picked Glen's shop because unlike other shops he had other classic restorations job's going on that he could show me right then and there. The finishes were like WOW! and his price was reasonable if not low, about $4000 on a clean car, I took all trim off. He wet sands between coats ending with a 3000 grit finish. There is no need for buffing with a 3000 grit finish, the car just looks wet, no orange peel, a mirrored finish. Because this was not an insurance job his shop was under no pressure, not even from me, we let the paint get good and hard letting it dry for a week or 2 between coats. I'm not going to rush an artist, especially when the whole shop is enthused and taking pride in their work over the 4 month period. He gave a lifetime warranty using the new water based paint. The finished job is like WOW! Yes it met my expectations. I'll check back every 3 years to let you guys know how the paint looks.

Had some minor damage from a tree limb falling on my BMW. They gave a fair quote and car was completed on time. Work was excellent and they even fixed a door ding for free.
