TOTAL SATISFACTION! When my husband and I walked into Carports office, I immediately felt at home. The young lady explained that she was a new employee and that the Salesman Daniel was on his way. She offered to pull keys for any car I had interest in so that we could explore the lot while we waited. When Daniel arrived I already had my heart set on a white Jaguar.To my surprise Daniel began to give my the CARFAX history on the vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman, but more so he seemed to geniully care about me knowing exactly what I was getting in this vehicle. He joined us during the test drive continuing to provide answers for all questions that we had. He also encouraged me to push the pedal to the medal so I could experience the great shape of the transmission.The entire experience was easy and very professional. I am very happy in my new/used Jaguar and I will be sure to recommend all my friends his way who are looking to buy a new/used car. Thank you Daniel for such an honest and smooth car buying process. WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!STOP AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!If you are considering working with this business, I urge you to think twice. This company is beyond fraud and should be avoided at all costs. I am currently in the process of compiling documents and conversations that demonstrate their fraudulent behavior so that others can see what they are dealing with before investing time or money into them. We will also take legal action against them for their deceptive practices don t let yourself become a victim! Don t waste your hard-earned money or precious time on this shady business; it simply isn't worth it!

CarPort is a great place to get decent used vehicles for reasonable price. Mr. Louise is a gentleman and a scholar. I had the plasure of buying a Ford Escape from him on 2016 and its been running really well and needed another vehicle for my wife and picked up a VW Jetta from CarPort yesterday and that also seems running well. I will be recommending this place to all my folks and myself for my next purchase. When you go out to buy a used car, there will be risks and some work might needed such as wear and tear stuff.

Update: this place has a new manager. He is very customer friendly and very unlike the other people who ran the business. He is ready and willing to make a good impact and maintain good customer relationships. He had offered to fix my son's car at our convenience and calls to make sure if we are happy when the vehicle we purchased. Every manager in the car world should take care of their customers in this manner. I would go buy there again .

I accompanied my son to CarPort auto sales to purchase his first car. Daniel facilitated our purchase. He didn't pressure us, but gave us the time and space we needed to arrive at a decision on what my son wanted. We ended up with the perfect vehicle at a great value. Thanks Daniel.

I don't normally write reviews for places but the service was so bad, it compelled me to do so ASAP. There is nothing I like about the service of this dealership. I had found a car that had warning lights illuminated, 6 previous owners in their inventory. I attempted to negotiate for a lower price, they rudely told me that "this car isn't for you". If you want good service AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

SELLING FLOOD VEHICLES!!! BEWARE! PLEASE! me an my family have been dumping tons of money into this car since we bought it! been taking uber to work almost more than have vehicle. HAS BEEN ELECTRICAL NIGHTMARE! when we bought it, owner and staff tried to tell us that damp smell because they just got it detailed and carpet shampoo, never said anything about previous flood car! CHOP SHOP STAY AWAY! They wont take car back or help us with any of repairs.

Daniel has been running this place for as long as I can recall. I've bought at least 4 cars from him and now I'm back for another. He's friendly and accommodating and it's a warm family business.

This place sales and parks the cars they sale and try to make sales off property not sure if buyers are not told that it's from a dealer or not to avoid taxes and a warranty or not but I have visually watched them rapidly just throw endless trash from the cars they selling n our trashcan n literal minutes before the buyer arrives to check out there car so never was truly cleaned obviously

No one answers the phone. I have been hung up on. Lied to, had to take my vehicle back 3times to be fixed and it is still experiencing the same issues. This experience has been a nightmare.

No recomiendo este lugar porque son muy irresponsables, en mi caso yo compre una Nissan rogue, y el veh�culo ten�a detalles que areglarle, y llegue al acuerdo con la se�ora Roxana que me iba ayudar a areglarle los problemas ,cosa que nunca me ayud�, y otro detalle grave fue que este carro estaba infestado de cucarachas,,y debajo de losasientos traseros un basurero tremendo, tengan cuidado de comprar carros ahi,talvez se van a enojar conmigo los que trabajan en este lugar, pero desgraciadamente as� pasaron las cosas, y tengo pruebas,ah� algunas fotos de las condiciones de suciedad y cucarachas en la suv
