I tried to increase the bore of my wheel hubs by myself, took it to Burtonsville and they were able to fix my work and get them perfect. I highly recommend this shop. Super friendly and great prices.

Amazing is all I can say. I brought the head from my G4FJ engine and wanted it inspected because my engine blew and I was concerned the head was not salvageable. Well, Allan took a look at it, told me what he was going to do and inspect and he would let me know what needs to be done. He called me the next day and said head is salvageable and told me what needed to be done. I got the parts and he did everything in about 1.5 weeks. Installed all new valves on the intake side, new valve stem seals, did a valve job, ported, cleaned, resurfaced, installed my supertech valve springs and retainers and brought clearances to spec.Allan was a very plesent person to speak with as well and the fact that he explained everything to me and didn't make me waste money on things I didn't need unless I wanted those things done made me feel confident in his work. Great place, period.

A lost art kept alive by a few good men.Regardless of what the need is, machine work to critical engine parts will be met by these folks.Hesitate not, hurry in before they realize what they've got going on!

Alan was pleasant on phone and in person. Although I only needed a simple differential bushing press, the experience of friendliness and professional attention to details was great. Highly recommended.

Excellent service every time I go. Had to have an turbo oil return bung installed in an oil pan. The welding was perfect. I needed floater studs on a flywheel helicoiled. Again perfect. The day I need to have an engine built I'll surely be coming back to here.

Alan pulled out the remnants of a bolt I'd attempted to drill out and installed a helicoil. He got it done fast and the price was great. I'm glad to know this place exists!

The cylinder head specialist identified the cause of my misfire within a few minutes. It was a bent exhaust valve, and I overnighted the part to the shop, and picked it up that same evening. Great service and turn around time, but just be aware that this is a cash only place. That would've saved me time had I known that.

Had some material machined off the back of a rotor that was rubbing on the backing plates. Burtonsville Performance Machine did and excellent job, quick, and at a reasonable price.Hard to find shop tucked away in the back corner of the building.UPDATE: Shop is no longer doing BLOCK work. Still doing head and other machine work.

I wanted to get a brass ring shaved down on a variator for a moped. I was in and out in 10 mins and the work was done perfectly. Very pleased with the results. Will go back to them if I need anything else worked on!!!!

Got a flywheel machined here, they got it done same day and did an awesome job. Also brought a head by and they checked it out and informed me it was fubar'ed before performing any work.

These guys helped me resurface a Honda flywheel when no one else could. They also stuck around to do it at the last minute and were quick and amazing. Thank you!!

Wonderful experience, friendly staff, I took my Prius head, they checked for free and advised to clean and install. They are not there to make only the money like others.
